Sucess Story Please read

Post by Jackie A. »

Hello Ladies:

My name is Jackie A. and I just turned 42 last month. Some of you might remember as I cycled in July. Here is my story....

Me and DH have been ttc for the last few years. I have had 3 natural pregnancies all m/c at very early stages. One IUI and one IVF last July(both BFN). After our IVF we decide it to try naturaly and see what happens. We have been both tested and Dr's say there is nothing wrong with either one of us and they cannot explain the m/c's. On our last IVF we decide it to do PGD but unfortunatly were not able to do the test as we only end it up with one embryo transfer.

Well I just did HPT and got a BFP  I cannot believe my eyes I had to ask DH to pinch me so I know its not a dream. I know its to early to get excited and I am trying not to.

I just wanted to share my story with you. Miracles do happen to us elderly ladies too. I do not have any other children so I pray this pregnancy is healthy one.

I do not post much but read all your stories everyday. I pray for BFP and a healthy pregnancy for all of you.

Hi Jackie, congratulations! A similar thing happened to one our members on the "Over 40 crowd", Tammy. She was awaiting her next cycle of IVF and fell pg naturally. I believe she is about 22 weeks pregnant now. Why don't you join us on the over 40's?

Jackie

Thank you so much for sharing your story.

It gives a lot of hope to the more mature ladies like me that this might still happen for us. Like you I have no children and was 4-0 last May.

I am so very pleased for you.

Enjoy being pregnant & lots of luck for a happy & healthy 8 months to come.

Hi Kiesha:

Thank you so much for your support. How are you doing. I check the board all the time and check on you. Can't wait to hear your good news.

Well I went for b/w this morning. I was worried about the hcg being too low the whole time fear of m/c. Got a call from my RE few hours later wanting me to go in tomrrow morning for u/s. My hcg today was 8450 (I think is too high). My LMP was october 1st. He did not sound too concerned just wanted me to start PIO shots asap and see him in the morning for u/s to see what is going on. Now I am sitting here worried about high hcg. crazy ha!! Any thoughts??

I guess I'll know more tomrrow morning.

Thanks again.
