Hi Ladies

Went in for ET this morning, my two embies had only reached 2 cell stage, the embryologist said that was good, but I know it isn't cos all my other have been above 4 cell.... Anyway I'm trying to remain positive as anything can happen. I read a post on here of a lady who had just 1 embie transfered, it was a 2 cell and now she is a proud mum of a darling daughter.. so I'm remainig as positive as I can..

My preg test is on Fri 3rd but I'll be at my mums in France, so I'll offically test on Sat 4th, but might do a sneaky HPT at my mums on the Friday..

I hope everyone is well, and has had a nice weekend. Sorry no personals but I'm going back to laze on the sofa.

Well done on the 2 embies and the transfer!! Try and stay positive, like you said it does only take one from what i sometimes read on here. keep your feet up kiddo. sending you huge amounts of baby dust and PMA for your countdown. xxx

Hey Lucy,

Just logging in to say keep the PMA going - just think it can and will happen. I'm keeping everything crossed for you.

I went back for my follow up on Friday, not much help to be honest. They said the usual, excellent response, good quality embies, great lining - but still no pregnancy! Life really is a bugger! At least I have the 4 frosties to use and they all are at blasto stage so thats one good thing!

The other thing that is bugging me is that my cycle is completly mucked up! Previously its gone straight back to normal after tmt, but not this time. I didn;t detect any ovulation this month and then the day after AF was due I think I ovulated!! What is going on! There is still no sign of AF and I just want to go back to normal - whatever that is!!

Enough of my ranting and winging, hope everyone is doing ok

Lucy- I always feel it's quality not quantity that counts...your embies have always been good. Praying the little fighters start stuggiling down now...sending you hugs and a bag full of BABY DUST

I also get to pick up Puppy chew chew on the 4th...so here's hoping we will both be celebrating

Kate- it's an nightmare all this Af stuff going awry...Mine has been a wwek early the last 2 months but very light and now have bleed ( very lightly ) at each day this month from day 12. Am now on day 21 and still some light staining!!!! I am totally confused as to what my hormones are up to!!!! Hope all will come to rights before next tmt start.
Is it january when you are thinking of getting frosties put back? Do you have meds for that? or will it be a mid month 3 day after syurge thing. sorry i am not too knowledgeable about this as i have never been at this stage . I have not had frosties as only had max 2 embies.

Julie how are you doing and how did the wedding go? Not long until your healthfram now! you must be looking forward to all that pampering

We had a fantastic weekend. 2 great party nights and a visit to see our big fat puppy. He is the fattest of the bunch so big...The breeders have nick named him 'Yoli' Poli Pudding... Am i loving him to bits and can't wait until we get him on the 4th. I am never gonna shut up about this pup you know...so if you all get fed up you gotta tell me!
I am off to Glasgow for physio and hospital appoinments so will be back Saturday...Thinking of ya all

Just popped in to catch up...and there is no new news...guess your all busy or resting up...

I am now off to Glasgow until saturday catching up with mates and hosp appointments. Typically adam is now out at a works function saturday night and is working Sunday

so we are not gonna get much time together on our last weekend alone, before our pup wrecks havoc. Moan moan..eh!

I am knackered this week. Had an emotional weekend ( 3 Af's in 8 wks have something to do with it) I couldn't stop crying and going through the what if? i neevr get pregnant again stuff...You now what i mean, tears at every nappy advert on the telly etc. Anyway i have cried myself out and am now looking desteratly forward to seeing our pup Broc on saturday. we pick him up in the afternoon...am counting the days now... Probably boring you all stupid with puppy talk but i need some little one in my life.

Anyway i am off now to make lunch...

Hi Girls

Well, I had my final consultation. Feeling terribly deflated today. Every time I get a new appointment I feel like we get a step nearer and when we have been it is though we are taking 2 steps back each time.

I have had all my tests done - just waiting for a few results - My FSH is 7.4 and normal, so should be on the go but we were told today that as DH's sperm is frozen in the private sector we have to apply for consent to get it put in the NHS sector and this could take 4/6 weeks and obviously without it we can't start!! The only reason it is in the private sector, if you remember, is that they misinformed us and told us we couldn't have the op on the NHS!!!!!! Arrrgggghhhhh.

DH has to go to the hospital, collect a Nitrogen cannister, take it to the private hospital, pick up his frozen samples and drive it to the NHS hospital (!).....thought was a bit odd DH has to be the courier - obviously saving costs.

Defo won't be starting until after Xmas now so will have to wait for the Jan AF and hope they aren't too busy to take me.

Sorry for being glum but brick wall and head banging spring to mind. xx

Hi all

Hope everyone is doing OK? I am in France at the moment visiting my mum and step dad.. Going home in the morning...

I have the worse cold, my throat is killing and have a horrible chesty cough.... also something else to make me feel like shit...... I did a digital HPT this morning and it read.. NOT PREGNANT.... I haven't told anyone, not even my boyfriend, he isn't here in France with me. I will wait for my official test that is on Friday....

Mum had some visitors this morning, the lady who came had a 6 week old baby with her, he was gorgeous, but I wanted to run upstairs, slam the door behind me and cry, cry, cry, cry (yes probably feeling sorry for myself but I don't care) but I didn't I was sociable (no not in French, although I think they wish I was communicating in French)

I really don't know what will happen now as I can't fund anymore, I have funded all my cycles and just can't keep going on financially...

Personals will be short, sorry, going out for a meal and I haven't even got changed yet, so better be quick...

Julie - Great to hear you enjoyed your stay at the health farm, always come home feeling very relaxed and refreshed don't you...
Sorry to hear the palavour you're having with DH's sperm, yes very odd he has to be the courier.... you're FSH is good.. Anyway sweetie take care

Jen - we all go through the "what if's" it is very hard and does get us all down, you are very strong though and I know you'll get your baby one day... Have you got Broc now then? What is he like? Hope he doesn't wreck your house, being a pup and all......Take Care

Kate - Yes you do have the 4 frosties, do you know when you're going to do FET..? I have a very strong feeling my consultant is going to tell me to consider Egg Donor next time.
Our cycles can get very mucked up with tmt's, when I had my msc, I didn't get a period for 2/3 months, last time when I got neg my period was 3 weeks late, had a light one then had a normal one a week later... very strange...! Best be going now, you take care

lucy I posted on your other topic...Just want to envelope you in BIG hugs honey.especially as you have a stinking cold...I am writing KEEP THE FAITH but in my heart i feel like you do! It's so sad when it ends like this....Can you not go on the NHS list. I know it's a 2 yr wait but maybe they will take you quicker cause of FSH and early menopause stuff.???? Heart felt hugs to you honey...at least you are with your Mum!

Julie...what a nightmare...DH having to be courier, but at least you'll have the nhs backup and will save costs. a shame you have to wait until January but i feel the NEW YEAR is a good start and a fresh time to have energy for a cycle of tmt...Good luck with it all. How's the throat and cold???? typical that you spend all the time and money relaxing and then end up on monday feeling crap. Hopefully it's just a clearing out of the cold and it will be gone soon.

poor you Julie hope you are feeling better now it's nearly the weekend and you can rest up!!!! If that's what happens when you come home from a health frm you can keep it !!!ha ha!Only joking it's a good thing in alternative therapy they say it means your clearing out stuff emotionally!

Lucy- honey i am hoping with all my heart that you have a BFP!!!! and that the htp was wrong cause hcg hadn't kicked in yet...I really feel for you honey whatever the result...Hugs

Adam and i are away to Glasgow this afternoon to visit my family. It's Dads birthday tomorrow. I kept thinking about all the heart and stroke stuff he went through at the beginning of the year and how it's a miracle that he's still here!

We also are viewing a penthouse 3 bed hotel suite tomorrow for our wedding. Hopefully it will do and we don't neeed to look any further!...the best bit is we pick up Broc tomorrow too at 1pm...It's been the week from hell this week waiting for this day to come. It reminds me of 2ww!!! he is so big now...loads more photos on ww.nurisha.com if you want a look.
