New to IVF

Hello everyone.

I'm joining the board to read and learn from others who have been or are going through what I am.

A brief history. . .

DH and I have been TTC for 4 years. DH was diagnosed with azoospermia, so we went on a long waiting list for donor sperm and IUI.

I have had 6 IUIs all of them BFN!

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis State IV in March of this year. Only 80% was removed, as the rest was too deeply embedded in ligaments.

I have just started IVF treatment. Have just come off the pill (microgynon), started Buserelin on the 26th. Hope to start Puregon next week.

I am 26 years old. I live in New Zealand with my husband whom I have been with for 6 years.

I look forward to being apart of this board and hope that I can meet some people that can help me through this next tough chapter of my life.

Hi Holdengirl,

I saw your name and knew you had to be from down under! Welcome to the boards. I just wanted to invite you over to the General forum where we have a thread called Aussies and Kiwis. I have been on this thread for the last 6 months through 3 failed IUI's and have just had a miracle IVF cycle resulting in twins! The girls over there have been a great support especially when you have "local" questions.

There is also a thread dedicated to IUI's. I used this for my IUI's and the girls look after you.

I wish you all the best and hope to catch you in the Aussie thread.
