pregnancy levels and spotting

Had blood tests yesterday which showed my levels to be 5000 at 23days post transfer. Since before I got my BFP I have been spotting, mostly dark brown. Obviously I am worried. I hope these levels are good. I suppose Im just looking for some reassurance.

Mine at 21 days post transfer (2 days embryos) was 4800, so really similar. I did not spot but i have read many times on here that brown is alright as it is old blood most probably because of the uterus stretching!

I spotted from day1 until about 7 weeks into pregnancy. Mostly brown but some days it was pinkish red. My dr. said that this was normal and it did finally stop right after they took me off the progesterone suppositories. So don't worry unless you start bleeding terribly. I am in my 21st week and have not spotted since 7-8weeks so you are probably fine. Good luck

Thanks for the helpful comments. I did wonder if the spotting had anything to do with the progesterone suppositories as it does seem to be more noticeable about 2hours after I have the progesterone. I will try not to worry, although its difficult not too.
