Myhb--I'm glad that you still check in on all of us. Have you given any thought as to when you will give it another go?

Hopeful- It seems like you are testing earlier than most. My facility does it 14 days after retrieval. I hope you keep yourself occupied until testing day. I know you have seen this time and time again, but try not to analyze every twinge. I know easier said than done. I'll probably be doing the same thing after my transfer :P

Ok Lola--we're still waiting..........

I took my trigger shot last night at 11:30. Now (just like last time)I'm having nasty bouts with diarhea  I hope this subsides soon. Tums isnt doing anything to help. :( I'm looking forward to tomorrow's retrieval. I go to acupuncture before getting it done. I will try to report tomorrow in between sleeping off the happy juice. Take care!

Mia - Congrat's on the successful completion of the bed rest! I'm sure your twinges are the positive signs of those healthy, strong embies snuggling right in! Less than a week for your beta - so great job!

Wannababy - I hope your ER went great! Let us know when you're feeling up to it! I'm really happy things are going so well for you, especially since a week ago you weren't so sure! Great job!

Myhb - nice to hear from you! You're right, I've never heard of stim shots in the bum either, but I'm just trusting in my RE! For whatever reason, it must be the best for me!

I had my first US and bw this morning since starting stims 5 days ago. I had 5 follies on one side and 6 on the other so far and RE said my uterine lining looked great. So, that made me feel a lot better since they'd cut back my stims for this cycle and I was a little worried that maybe I wouldn't respond as well. But, so far, so good. Unless the nurse calls this afternoon, I'm good to go until Thursday morning for the next us/bw.

I'm really excited for all of us ladies! I pray this is the successful attempt for each and every one of us!

Take care,

- Suzhan :D

wannababy, I'm thinking of you and hoping ER goes well.
My clinic tests 15 days after fertilization in a fresh cycle. about 10 days after transfer of a 5 day blast. My embies were 6 days old when they were frozen and at the same stage when thawed and transfered. Are you doing a 2 or 3 day transfer? That's prbably why my test is ealier after transfer, because the embies are older. I do get 3 blood tests before my actual PG test, I think they'll already know if I'm PG by the third test (3 days before PG test), but wait till the 4th BT incase HCG count is low. Last cycle they had me stop my PIOs after my 3rd blood test. Now I think it was because they knew I was -tive and i didn't need it anymore. So if they tell me to stop PIOs this thursday after my BT, I'll take it as a sign that I'm -tive. I feel optimistic though, because of the twinges, back cramps and today my BBs are starting to feel sore. Only time will tell.....

CONGRATULATIONS LOLA!!!!! I knew you would get BFP! I'm so excited for you. All the best for a healthy and happy nine months!!! :D

Hopeful--Good luck on Thursday. Yeah for sore boobs!!!

I had my ER today and must say I am a bit disappointed. Remember I told you that I had 16 follicles? Well, they only got 7 eggs :( I know that it only takes one, but was real hopeful that I would have plenty to choose from (especiallly having 16 follies) and have some to freeze. How does that happen?

I just wanted to check in (on Lola) and update you all on my ER. Going back to sleep.....take care!

Mia - I am doing ok. Now I am slowly getting back to the routine. My relatives where in town last week and I had a great time with them. It helped me to get out of my thought process :)
Good luck with ur pregnancy test. My wishes are with u and I am sending u lots n lots of Baby dust.

wannababy1229- Don't worry about the count. 7 is a good number.
I had ony 6 and even from those 1 got attached. Though it was my bad luck that it got attached at the wrong place :(
Just be patient and everything will be fine. I'll be praying for u.

Wannababy - congrat's on your 7 eggies! Hope you're starting to feel better from ER day and that you've got some strong, healthy embies getting ready to come back to you. Do you do a 3-day or 5-day transfer?

Champa - Great to hear from you! Do keep us posted on how you're doing.

Mia - I'm sending you lots of baby dust in the hopes that you will bring us the next BFP for the August ladies! Here's hoping you get to continue those PIOs for quite a while (hee hee.....) All those twinges and cramps are a good sign.

The nurse never called me yesterday with the E2 or prolactin levels....so, I guess that's good news because she said if she didn't call, everything was fine and I should just continue with the stims until I see the doctor on Thursday. I feel really great - no side effects or anything yet. Hopefully, that's good too! My first cycle, I felt great the whole time (not the second), so I'm crossing my fingers that's a positive.

Have a great day everyone. I'm still saying cheers for you, Lola! Enjoy the wonderful happiness that comes with that BFP!

Oh ladies-- My nurse called and told me that out of the 7 eggs retrieved, only 4 fertilized  (Last time they got 9 eggs, 7 fertilized and 3 survived). I'm afraid that the 4 fertilized won't survive. My nurse said that it will be a Thursday transfer (3 day). There are so many unknowns going through this process. This cycle is definately not going the way we all hoped. :( I'm not giving up hope, but I'm a bit disappointed.

I feel pretty good since yesterday's retrieval. My boobs are sore and I am preparing for the 1st PIO injection later tonight  I'm also going to acupuncture tomorrow in preparation for Thursday's transfer. I hope all is well with each of you. Take care!

wannababy - I'm so sorry you didn't get as many fertilized as you had hoped. I understand you're feeling down and disappointed. I wish I could give you a big hug. You're absolutely right, this process can be really hard on us. I'm still rooting for you - you've already gotten through many steps successfully, so keep your positive spirit! I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers throughout the week.

I had a rough day today. When I first found out I was pregnant in March, my friend found out she was also pregnant (naturally) with her 3rd. Unfortunately, when I found out about my m/c she was completely unsupportive - when I told her she never called to check on me at all. Well, out of the blue I get an email from her today - she had her baby this week and sent me (and loads of other people) an email with all of her pictures. All I can think of is the baby I lost since I would have been delivering now too and my heart aches. I'm really mad at her - we haven't even spoken in months, why would she be so heartless to send me those pictures. I just don't get it. Thanks for letting me rant ladies....I feel better just getting it 'off my chest'.

My dearest girls,
here I am again, sorry for torturing you for 3 days,I had a BW this morning and finally got home. It was nice to be by the beach, but I love my house and I missed my computer, especially all of you! Thank you so much again for everything, and remember, just like Sam wrote, we are not leaving this thread until we are all pregnant. Mia, Wannababy and Suzhan, you are next!!!! Image

My first Beta was 102 (9dp3dt or 12 DPO) and my second today was 442 (12dp3dt or 15 DPO). My doctor told me that everything is going very well and these are strong numbers. My 2ww was not even 2 weeks since I was testing already 9 days after the transfer. We only told our moms and my best friend, but we don't want to tell anyone until I am at least 12 weeks. Things can happen .... but I am trying to be positive. My nurse told me I am 4 weeks and 1 day today and my due date is July 23rd. My first US is in 2 weeks. I cannot wait. We were told we have 6 more frosties ready for the sibblings. They were frozen the day after ER, so I don't know what their quality is.

Wannababy --- don't worry about your embies count, they may be very strong and very good ones, I think less is more sometimes. Please just don't worry. I am sure there will be at least 2 good enough for the transfer. My embies were grade B 8 cell on day 3 and they took I mean at least one took. They say some fragmentation is normal, so don't even panic if there will be any. I was kinda sad I did not even have one that was A grade, but maybe it was a compromise for quantity. So if you are having less, they may be much better quality. Good luck my dear! When is your ET? I will be here to cheer you up just like you were there for me!

Suzhan --- I totally understand what your story. I hope your friend did not do it intentionally. Because if she did, she is not a friend and she is not even worth of your time. She must remember you guys got pregnant at the same time and it must be hard for you now. I had a similar thing that happened on Saturday, my "friend", that has not kept in touch for 2 years called me on Saturday night to invite me to her bb shower. They started TTC at the same time like us - 3 years ago and she had no problems getting pregnant, but keeping the pregnancy. After a year of chatting about getting pregnant, she stopped calling me because I think she was afraid I will be pregnant sooner because I am 9 years younger and it will hurt her. She mentioned something like that. How funny she called on Saturday, just when I found out about my BFP. But I did not tell her. I will call her when my bb shower comes  . (hopefully). I understand it hurts when you see other people getting pregnant, but that was not my case at that time. And now she calls me when SHE is... and then she asked - and you guys still nothing? .... how rude! Anyway

Sam --- thanks for all the positive thoughts, I cannot wait to know if you are having a boy or girl!!!!

Mia --- I had twingies too, so that's probably a good sign! What else, very sore boobs (even walking down the stairs was hurting me - while wearing a bra of course  ) and I was bloated. And had the rash or acne or whatever it was. I wish you all the best and hope for some great Beta numbers for you!!!! Image

Champa --- it was great to hear from you again! I hope you can start again soon. We missed you a lot here!

Love and lots of baby dust to all of us! Lola
