Hi Vicky.
One minute I am coping alright and then I feel like crying my eyes out. I said to my dp the other day - I don't think it has worked but I think that is me just trying not to get my hopes up but it is so hard not too. At least I have got further than the last attempt. How are you feeling?

Sassynlv,
hang on! (((hugs))) there is still a chance. I still have my fingers crossed! How scary your ER was! Wow, did they all go to the hospital with you? MY RE told me before surgery they had not had complications in 12 years and that if anything goes wrong he would take me to the hospital himself. I'm glad you came out OK. It must have been a tough recovery. My RE suggested that he would probably want freeze my embryos and transfer as an FET if I were to do another fresh cycle with him. My problem was implantation last time. He believes my linning was more advanced than the embies and they could not syncronize. It can happen with a fresh cycle sometimes because of the stims. 3 ERs is a lot, especially since you can't be heavily medicated. But I really have 100% faith in our clinic. I think they are a couple of the best doctors around. REs from all over come here to learn from them. I know that they have had a lot of success with FET. It has worked better for many of their patients. In fact he told me that my chances of getting PG is almost 50% with FET as opposed to 30-35% with my fresh cycle. If I'm PG this time, I guess I'll be proof of that. I'm sure they told you all this too. But I've also read articles say good things about them. Good luck! I know it will happen for you.

Welcome Dawn! Your test is soon, Good luck!!

KF'06,
Hang in there, it is still early for you. Think positive. It's true, not everyone has symptoms. Please don't worry. (((hugs)))

noodle,
I sooooo love the holidays, it's my favorite time of year. This is our first holiday season in our first house. We aren't going anywhere for the holidays this year, but my Mom will be here for Thanksgiving. I'm taking her to see Cirque Du Soliel's 'KA' on wednesday. I've already seen it twice, it's so good. I think she'll really love to see it. Then on Thanksgiving day I thought we'd bring out the Christmas tree and start decorating since she's leaving on Friday. MIL and FIL will be here for Christmas, it should be great time too. :)

Erin, Best of luck with your surgery! I'll be thinking of you.

Beachbaby, I'll be praying you get excellent test results!

Meg, congrats on 12 eggs! I hope you get plenty of healthy embies too!

Sita,
good luck with ET! I'll be sending sticky babydust your way! I did acupuncture too. I felt so relaxed and calm the whole way, even now during my 2ww. I have been feeling happier than I have almost all year!

well everyone, I admit, I ordered some HPTs online Sunday, 5 of them and I intend to do them all. If they come today I will start tomorrow. The same day my clinic does my first beta. I don't expect to see anything, but I will test again everyday, until I get my BW results. I'm crazy, I know, but I am prepared to see a negative, I think I can handle it.

Mia, you cracked me up with your HPT story, I think I will follow you though, I want to do more HPTs, they are addictive!!!!! haha

Good luck Casy.
Vicky - I do understand because I would like to do the HPT now but because of last time - I haven't purchased any HPTs yet. Just thinking about it make me nervous.
Like Casy, I am going to have my dinner now - making sure I have loads of vegetables. :D

Dawn80: Welcome to the board! I find it very helpful (just joined last wk) and wish i had joined during my 1st IVF. Hang in there with the 2ww!

Mia: thanks for the info on FET. i know RE told me those things at some point, but it didn't really sink in and i had forgotten all about it. I feel better about doing the FETs after reading your reply---thanks!!! I really needed a pick-me-up. I agree, we have a fantastic clinic!!! I have the utmost confidence in them. Not only are they competent and compassionate, but as my last ER shows, they are also quick on their feet! According to staff, EMS was called, but after they bagged me and gave me narcan i started breathing on my own. Both REs kept telling them i scared them to death....i told them i just thought they needed a little excitement in their lives  . Rumor is i am now known over there as "that girl that stopped breathing". I was REALLY sick the rest of the day, vomiting, etc. Whenever I have a "senior moment", dh swears i lost brain cells . Excited to hear your FET results, sending you + vibes!

KF, Vicky77, anyaf, Mia, etc: Hang in there, guys! I empathize with you HPT obsessions...you guys make me smile!.I know the wait is killer, but every day down is one day closer...

All of you are in my prayers...lots of BFPs this month :D :D :D
6 fresh IVFs plus one cancelation
Last Chance FET--- Pregnant with triplets!

Tonia - I posted on the other thread but wanted to say how sorry I am. it is just so darn unfair.

Anya, Vicky, KF, Mia and Dawn (welcome) - you poor things, your posts seem more and more tormented. Between the nightmares, symptoms and HPTs it sounds like torture. Hang in there girls the end is in sight- maybe now is a good time to take up a new hobby like crochet or knitting? (LOL)

Casy - congrats and all the best with the retrieval.

Meg - a dozen sounds like a very healthy numer - well done and welome to the limbo land that is the 2ww...

Becachbaby- lots of baby dust for your next test result
ME - 35 DH - 37
TTC - 6 years
IUI - all BFN
