Debz, Charity, Angie. Thanks about Crinone. I called my auntie. She is MD. She said better do it hormonal at night. Also she was angry that nurse ordered me to walk. Very stupid. Well, must calm down. I must remember my promise to make peace. There is nothing I can do to change what in the past. :D :D But I will learn more again. I hope you don’t mind if I come again with question about my past experience.

Shantala, :D :D 2 years ago when I told my best friend I was thinking about IVF. She described what she thought about IVF. She thought IVF like making milkshake. Put ingredients in bottle. Shake.. shake… n Bam here comes the baby. I didn't laugh. I looked at her n asked what school did she enter n her IQ level. She threw her drink to my face. :D :D Don't worry we are good friend still now... Anyway, if I translate 'IVF' from my languages into raw English. IVF is 'Tube baby' :D :D

Debz, DH coming today. We are going to see new Jackie Chan movie. Do you know him?

Charity. Im very very sorry you didn't finish the cycle. I know how you were feeling. It almost happened to me. After ER, none of my 14 egg fertilized. Both egg n sperm in good condition. No need ICSI. DR no idea why it happened. Sorry if I asked. Was it OHSS? Im praying very strong for you to become mommy next year. Anyway, you are so lucky. None insurance will cover me. Thanks for info about pregg shoot much cheaper, I will ask them. I love SUV!!!! That’s the car Im dreaming to drive my children to school

Angie, Good luck on FET. Ghost told, higher success rate on FET. Yipee…

Caroline, hows the stim honey? I just want you to consider eating egg white. Egg white is good source of protein. We need a lot protein to grow those eggs. My last cycle, I took 2 white eggs a day. I boiled until the yellow part hard, throw away the yellow part. Too much cholesterol. I allowed to eat the whole part, 3 eggs a week. I ate them till my AF arrived. You can also cook the white part in soup. My roomie took 6 eggs a day   Here comes my roomie again. She becomes celebrity here. Thanks to me. :D :D Btw, I hope you dont mind if i ask why you can't eat red meat? You are in our prayer. Hug for you....

Erin, im happy the operation went well :D :D

Sticky baby dust to all of you. God Bless.

Luv, Jemma

Ladies

Hope that you are all having nice weekends. It always goes too fast.....

Erin - Hope that you are recovering well from the op and that you are getting lots of care & attention.

Sokru8 - Welcome - You have found a terrific thread with the best board that I have ever seen by Aunty. Sounds like you'll be at ER just after me. Ask away if you have any questions at all

Jemma - Hope that your dh is now back at home with you. No insurance for me either. They covered some of our tests but no tmt. Shame! I am not sure if I can eat egg white but thanks so much for the info. I am not a big fan of eggs at all. No problem at all for you to ask questions. My dietician said that red meat was 'hard work' for the liver and with all the drugs it was good to have your liver in good condition so drugs did not have such a rough effect on your body. I am sure that different people say different things. I have found the chicken and fish pretty healthy for me.

Bec - Hope that you had a great time with your Mom. How are you doing with the down regging?

SSalgado - looks like you may be starting tomorrow. The very best of luck

Nia - good of you to drop in so we know that you are doing ok. Take good care

Charity - An SUV with three rows of seats. How cool is that? Sure that you'll be filling it up soon. Could not believe it when I read about Ophree have 4 little beanies. That is amazing. WOW

Angie - Hope that you had a fab time at U2. I saw them at Wembley like years and years ago when I was a student. Joshua Tree tour. Like 20 years ago! OMG. They were fab then - sure that they still are. Just made me feel really really old!!!! How was your DIY job on your hair!? I did mine today so now I have no grey showing but hope that any chemicals can quickly get out my system. I managed no spills today which is a miracle for me. Normally mess everywhere!! Hope that your scan went really well. Looks like you are really close to transfer. I am wishing you all the luck in the world. You'll be leading the way for the rest of us hun

Shantala, Rachel & my other X Factor viewers - You were so right about the McDouglas getting another stay of execution. It was obvious to me that they and Ray were the worst and neither of them were in the bottom two, My Mum was threatening never to watch the show again as she really liked Robert. But she knows that she will!!!

Shantala - the smiley for our friends cracked me up. I just don't think that they know what to say to us. My mate was really awkward yesterday when I said anything about tmt so I just avoided the topic and we talked about other things. I was cool. I am sure that she wishes me well - just has no idea what to say to help me.

Rachel - I am v interested to hear what you find out about adoption especially whilst you are still doing ivf. I'd like to do both given my age but heard quite a few people say that the authorities might want you to have 'done' and finshed ivf before you start the process. Really keen to hear how you get on hun. I agree with you re-injections. Last time I had done 18 shots of DR before I even got near a stimmies pen then you start running out of new spots. Also started using my leg which bruised really badly. Could not face my tummy until I ran out of space. Then I found it easier! Guess we all learn as we go along!

Macca - From the board, it looks like you may be on for FET transfer tomorrow. Is that right? If so - then loads and loads of luck and stick vibes for you hun

Aunty - How are you feeling? You always do a such a great job of cheering everyone else on that sometimes I forget to think of you and then feel so bad. Let us know about you !!!

Hugs to everyone else. Hope that you all have lots of PMA!

Tired, headachy and hungry today. Cannot remember the hungry from last time but may be that is why I put on so much weight when I did tmt 1!!! Plus my tummy is starting to swell and crampy on right side. Not complaining as know that means that there is some action going on down there which must be good. Right!!! Done all jabs on right side so far - so muct be time to go to left side of tummy tomorrow!

Relaxing day yesterday with mate getting a massage and nails done. It was a nice treat. Although again was starving my the time that I got home. Dh and I went out today to a little Xmas shopping. Got him some new glasses which he wanted for Xmas. Plus got some cute pink slippers for my niece which are like ski boots as her feet are always freezing and a nice smart black fleece for my BIL. It is good for me to do this otherwise I'll be stressing out that I am not organised in my 2ww as we get into December and rushing around when I should be resting.

So 3 days down. Antagonist injections (did not have before because of down regging) start on Tuesday so those are new for me but look quite straight forward. As Bec would say, gotto love the days when you have 2 jabs a day!!!

Trying to take it in my stride and remain calm. Acu again on Tuesday which should help. If it goes like last time then I might get to EC next Thursday. That is only 11 days away. CRICKEY!!! Stay calm. Don't think about it - 1 day at a time.

Love & baby dust to you all.

Hi Carolyn...its so sweet of you to ask about me im touched...i dont know why but i have this wonderful feeling about you this cycle like im just waiting to post your BFP kinda forgone conclusion.
i remeber the headaches and being really tired with stimms oh and hungry ...its sounds like you had a great day i think it is really hard for our friends to know what to say to us i suppose if you havent been touched by it anything you say can look unreal its a shame but i think thats why us having each other is so good for us.

as for me i was feeling a bit lost like this is my last chance to be a mommy and not having a clue what id do if its fails so i went and had a really good talk with my MIL shes amazing woman with a huge heart she was a foster mom for many years and we talked about fostering(im a foster child so something i always wanted to do) i want to try emergency care of little ones i didnt realise i could say what ages i wanted ... i feel that i want to try it and my MIL said that even if i only get to love these little ones for a short time that giving a child love and security going through emotional turmoil can affect thier lives in bigger ways than i could imagine and maybe just maybe one would come along that would be my child so im going to take a look at that and i feel more at peace with what ever happens...ooo was that really heavy sorry...i am excited to start my cycle but loving every moment of being with you all.

love to all Aunty

Aunty

Keep up those good thoughts for me this cycle. Please & thank you 8) I am not banking on that BFP. I am justing feeling grateful that I was allowed to cycle pre-Xmas when they had told me after the op that I'd have to wait until the New Year. So it's like a 'bonus' go that I was not expecting at all.

Fostering. I think that would be such a totally amazing thing to do. I feel that it is almost more giving than adoption as you are not sure how long the children are with you & it must be so hard when they potentially move on. But I am so sure that you would give them so much love whilst they were with you that it would alter their lives forever.

May be investigating it would take some pressure of this ivf cycle for you too.

It must seem ages away but hope that this month will fly by as we all get ready for Xmas. We will all be cheering you every step of the way after all the support that you have given to each and everyone os us!

Sunday evening. Not the best part of the week but it does mean that we are all a little closer to our dream.

Have a good week all.
Lots of Love

Hi lovely ladies,

Just a quick one as I really need to get on with some work!

Carolyn - U2 were fantastic - played their latest stuff plus all the old favourites from the last 2 decades - wow it brought back memories! Loved it - got to bed at 12.30am and then off to dr's for 7.30am this morning! Need to rest up now.

Aunty - all I can say is you would be an incredible foster mum - you are so caring, thoughtful and kind. (But of course I hope your treatment is a success too.)

Scan update ... lining is slowly creeping up - it is 7mm (from 5 last Thursday) and it needs to be "a good 8mm" - so upping the dosage of progy again - luckily no nasty side effects (spots have gone :D )
So hoping now FET will be w/e or early next week.

Love to you all. A

Angie thats fantastic ooo gosh i cant believe you will be on your TWW soon im so excited...i have looked into a lot about linning and from what i have found out is over processing it can be as bad as it being too thin i read that between 8-9 is optimal any less or more is no good for the embies...so praying for a nice 8mm for you...im pleased your feeling ok make the most of it wont be too long till the MS kicks in...

Sorry to butt in, Aunty, but I almost cried when I saw your post. Where did you find the information on 'too thick' of a uterine lining? I had my final scan yesterday and they said the uterine lining was 18 mm....The RE didn't say anything about it being a bad thing. Tomorrow's ER day. Nothing I can do now anyway, but just wondered where you saw the info on the lining being 'too thick.' Thanks.

Thanks to everyone for welcoming me in! I understand the feelings of frustration about others being incencitive about IVF and getting pregnant at the drop of a hat. One of my good friends just found out she is pregnant for the 3rd time her youngest son is 8 months old! It was unplanned and her husband is mad about the baby! It just makes me so jealous.

Good luck with the ER Suzhan
