Any one else with a uterine Septum?

Hi All

After two failed cycles and being told that my eggs are of poor quality my remaining tube was removed on Monday due to hydrosalphinx. They performed a hysteroscopy(this is the second one I've had) and now have found out that i have a uterine septum. Basically if a miracle occurs and I ever do conceive then I have more of a chance of miscarrying because of this septum.

I dont have a follow up appointment for another two months so don't know the extent of this Septum or if any treatment. Are there any ladies out there who have this or have heard of this.

I feel like my body is trying to tell me to give it up as there just seems to be one more problem after another. I'm feeling pretty sore and uncomfortable after monday and am now thinking was it worth putting myself through all of this.
