Tcbalgord: Its warm here 70 today and beautiful! GO GREEN BAY PACKERS. Im a huge Packer Fan. I see you having some snow in Green bay though!

I started my shots today and my husband gave them to me with my mom supervising. God help me! He actually did very well except he hesitated a little and kind of stabbed me twice but it wasnt to bad! I just cant bring myself to do my own shots.
My husband and I have been married just over a year and he is truley my best friend my only complaint of married life is that when I married him could find his own belt, shoes and keys and now can never find them! Not to mention his refrigerator blindness!!

OK Aunty... you really make me laugh!!! You got one of those also? Mine is sitting next to me playing some NBA game on his new xbox 360 (tc i feel your pain!). Problem is, if i had such a cream to prescribe... dh would sayi needed it...yes i am the "cluttery" one of the bunch (i like to call it nesting!)

As for antral/follies... antral follicles are the ones they count at baseline us. Potential total for retrievable eggs that cycle. Yep, so very pleased, especially as i am now on a more aggressive protocol than the last two times. 10 totsicles would be fantastic!! couple sets of twins and one set triplets. Cool! (dh would probably have a different take ) . At that point we would have to upgrade to a boot .

Carolyn: Good luck on EC. Hope they get lots of good lookin' eggs!

Angie i am on the pesseries as well. last time at this clinic i was on Gestone injections. I was on Pesseries at my first clinic. I was told just to lie down for a few mins!!! I was on Natural so did not need any drugs execpt pesseries prior to ET. However due to immune issues i now have to take steroids, clexane injectios x2 and asprin as well as pesseries 2x a day. so it dont feel so natural now!!!!!

Mom in waiting welcome. The ladies o here are lovely and very supportive and very chatty which is nice.

sassynlv it must be a relief for you to get it all sorted. It is not nice when we have added stress that we dont need. Are you doing IVF with tansfer at a later date. You have me slightly confused ( Which is not hard). All the very best.

Have a quick question for the ladies who have been through the 2ww before. the last time i did my fresh cycle i put on weight but this time since i have had my ET i have lost nearly 2 kilos and i have been eating loads???? this does not make any sense to me!!!!!!! Has this hapened to anyone else????

Gbnut....i would guess its your body settling down i know Fresh cycle makes me blow up like an anrgy puffer fish its like two injections and pumfff tie a string round my ankle and stick me in the macy perade...ok i dont know what kilos are ive only just got used to using Lbs instead of stones oh and dropping lots of my u's like in colour...maybe its the babys i want to think its the babys

Sassy phew i almost got my hubby an xbox for his Birthday can you imagine hes bad enough with his PC....thanks for the explanation on Antrals when i first read it it made me think of Rudolf (maybe cos its christmas time) you know like ooo Rudolf has really big Antrals.... you made me laugh with the 2 sets of twins and triplets wow i have never seen a man faint...LOL... my hubby spent my last tww calculating how much overtime he would be doing if all 4 of ours had taken ...i think Dh got it to spending a day of quality time with us...would have put photos every where this is your daddy...LOL

Morning ladies! I have sent a very tired DH off to work (stayed up playing xbox 360 til midnight) so now I have the house to myself!

Sonya: I don't know about snow, but i don know we got loads of rain last night. Supposed to be around 50 today, which I will take, just hate 40 and under! It sounds horrible (at least family tells me so) but I am not a Packer fan; now you wanna talk about the New York Jets then I'm your girl! I like your complaint about marriage, mine would be that he spent more time with me before, now it's games and PC's! Oh well leaves me more time to bake and read!
Congrats on becoming a pin coushion! DH will be sticking me too; somehow the idea of doing it myself makes it worse. However, if he hesitates I will kick his butt!

Aunty: I wish my Brother-in-law never brought the xbox into our home. Between the PC, his 3 fish tanks, and his other video game systems, sometimes I say DH who?

TC your hubby sounds so much like mine...3 fish tanks oh boy thats a lot of work i am so fed up of fish we have tried everything we kept getting babies soooooo many we even had convicts for a few months that was cool she took care of her babies carrying them round in her mouth brining them out to swim then taking them back into her rock...but i ran out of friends to give them too so this time i told DH he could have just 1 fish no breeding we got an Oscar hes very beautiful but i said if anything happens to this one then its gold fish ...LOl

Aunty they do sound the same. Dh wants an oscar in the worst way. He has a 55gal w/ chilids and a 10gal w/ baby chiclids. Then the big pain in my $%$ a 90gal saltwater. Sometimes I feel like I live in a fish store!
i know what you mean about them breeding so fast though, I think instead of saying people breed like rabbits they should say fish instead!

Wow ladies you have been busy i had loads to catch up on becky if youre going to be the fariy god mother does that mean you will be doing cyber sitting for us all .My dh wants a xbox 360 but after what you have all said its diffenately a no no hes bad enough on the pc (take your pick of which 1 we have a laptop and 2 pcs) he's game crazy and thinks nothing of staying up till eaarly hours of the morning playing it men are such children .
Carolyn hope they got loads of eggies and it was qite pain free

Hi Dear Ladies

Just back but will have to make it quick as dh may pack me off to bed to rest any moment.

Thank you all for your support and cheering me on (especially Aunty for your unique personal messages - so thoughtful). You are totally fab ladies.

Partial success for me. Sadly same thing happen to me as BWHD, they could only reach the left side and not the right which had more follies. There were just too many blood vessels in the way and they tried but were too concerned about internal bleeding to go there. So first thing that I heard on coming round was that they only got to 1 side. Did manage to get 6 for me from the side that they could reach. So dr talked to us and showed us pictures to explain.

Was upset & a bit tearful when I first came out as seems such a waste of over 1/2 of my yield. Seems like my chances drop by 50% before we really start. Also puts end to plan to go to blast as now too risky. However, now just relieved that there were able to get to one side and get 6 out. Could be worse. Physically I feel nowhere near as sore as last time.

So we will be on a 2 day transfer - back Thursday. I'll be willing them on over the next 24/48 hours.

Sorry cannot do personals as feel ok but a bit tired. Want to see all your photos but will take a look tomorrow. Will be testing December 13th - let's hope that is not an unlucky day for me!!!

Angie - thank you for the award. That made me chuckle! Hope that your little ones are snuggling in.

Susan - I lost weight after ET as I was carry water from drugs and that feel away quite quickly. If only the rest of it would go too...........

I am so sorry to hear that they couldn't reach the follies on your other side. I know how disappointed you must have been.

I will be praying for the six beautiful ones they did get. I know they will grow big and strong and implant for you! We April/May girls have been on a roll, so it's your turn now!
