Hi ladies,

I seem to say this every cycle i do, but i don't want anyone getting their hopes up and then have them drop like a ton of bricks.

PLEASE DON'T READ ANYTHING INTO ANY SYMPTOMS YOU ARE HAVING IN THE 2WW.

I have every symptom under the sun, but know from past experiences that it can still be a negitive, as it can all be down to the drugs.

I'm on 1cc of progesterone a night and 0.3cc of estrogen every Tuesday and Friday.

I feel sick, tired very sore and enlarged boobs, heartburn and some day constipated and i know they are pregnancy symptoms for me as ive been pregnant 6 times. I get these symptoms nearly every cycle and ive not had a positive yet.....

I don't want to put a dampener on things for you because i know the 2ww can be a very exciting time, but i just don't want to see any of you hurt more than you have to be.
i pray that these symptoms you are all getting are due to pregnancy, but please wait till you get your BFP's before you get your hopes up.....

Take care
Wishing you all loads of luck

I hear you, Rachel!

I just got the dreaded call...my number did not double. It went to 12. From 10 to 12. Not looking good. I'm pretty devastated. The worst part is that they are still keeping me on the drugs and everything since it did increase, so I can't even take a hot bath and drink wine to make myself feel better! The nurse said it was pretty bad, so I'm pretty much out of hope. I go back on Monday for one more blood draw.

Mia, will you take my name of the bpp list---I feel it mocking me!!!!!!

Meg: I'm sorry..that is dissapointing. Let's hope things change Monday.

Suzhan: I know what you mean. I woke up this morning thinking that I didn't feel pregnant. My bbs are a little sore, but I don't really feel anything right now except that maybe my period is coming. Hang in there. I'm afraid to test on Sat. in case it's too early. What do you think??

Vicky: Congratulations on your scan!! Enjoy your pregnancy!!

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this part of the message board. I am also new to this whole process. This is my first IVF, and now I am in the 2ww. The wait is very hard. I go to the dr. on 12/4 for a pregnancy test. Has anyone taken a hpt, and has it been accurate? I was thinking of taking one over the weekend.

Also, has anyone experienced a sort of fluttering feeling in their stomach. It is hard to explain. It is not as painful as a cramp and I know it is just not butterflies. (Although I do have these too!) I don't know. Maybe I am reading into everything.

And for those of you who have gotten a BFP, what were your symptoms? Did you guys need to take an estrogen patch?

I wish everyone good luck on this adventure. At least we are all in it together.
Thanks.

Rochelle---

Welcome--and I wish you the best of luck!!!

As in symptoms during the 2ww---they are were from the meds and recovering from the ET. I had no boob soreness---not much really. Nasaua and sleepness and some cramping (from the PIO shot). Honestly, it's ok to feel good. I got worried that I was not feeling much, but it still was positive :D . Just take one day at a time, and determine pregnancy from the RE.

Some people used HPT and got a +... I did not try, I just knew I could not handle a - HPT...it would have discouraged me---and made those PIO shots even worse

Sending you tons of baby dust---let us know how it goes!!! You are almost there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Meg,

I know I am new to the board, but I just wanted to say that I am sending good thoughts to you. The fight is not over yet.

I just have another question. For those of you who got pregnant, what type of embryos did you guys have. The dr. put in 2 ok looking embryos. They didn't have any blasts.

Meg, I am so sorry, but don't get discouraged, you have to keep fighting, babies will eventually come, sending you lots of hugs!!!

Rochelle, welcome!!!. I had 2 3day embryos transferred, one was an 8 cell and the other was a 16 cell, I am pregnant of only one of them, guessing maybe the 16 cell, but never know....Symptoms in 2ww, I didn't have much, actually I don't think I had any symptoms, just some tiredness, that's it......GOOD LUCK!!

Hey guys (sorry fed and angie that you have to read this again!)

I think this is good news, but not sure...anyone???

I started microdose lupron flare protocol on Mon (w/same dose gonal-f and menopur as last cycle). I had d3 labs today, and an IVF coordinator just called me all flustered saying "Hurry, go take ganirelix NOW". Now this was a problem as i have no ganirelix in the house :? (wasn't gonna need it since on the lupron...). but did have cetritide. Chatted w/RE-- my LH is increasing (apparently not good at this point??). They don't have my final estrogen level, but know it is >700. >700??? I think that is good, or is it way too high? My IVF#1 my d3 E2 was 70, my #2 was 327 (and i was pretty proud of that ). As i had 21 antrals, maybe i have a lot more growing this time w/new protocol??? I guess that would also explain the pelvic pressure i am already feeling. A little concerned about OHSS. Anyone had similar labs?

Meg: so sorry your beta didn't rise much  . Hoping the best for you!!!

Rochelle: welcome to the thread! These girls are great!

Vicky: so glad you hear your scan was great. Congrats!!!!

Meg-I am so sorry that the news was not good, but there is still hope, and I am sending you all kinds of positive thoughts!

Rochelle- I had a 3day transfer and they put 3 back. During the 2ww I had sore bbs, but they were actually sore before the wait-I think it was from all of the drugs. They did seem to get bigger though. Also, I had cramping throughout. I was sure I was getting af several times. Best of luck to you!

Vicky-Congrats-I'll bet it was so great to actually see your own little blob!

Suzhan and Cinders-Thinking of you both! Lots of +++++ thoughts!

Sassy-It sounds like it is good news...I'm so glad because you definitely deserve it!

Hi everyone, wow so much has happened, congratulations to all the BFP's, and heartfelt sympathy to all the \bfn's.

Vicky aind ellie, so pleased the scans went well you must be so exited.

Sarah , i know just how you feel, getting a positive and then losing it hits harder i feel, i've had a week from the forum and feel much better now. Hope all goes well in your trip home and keep positive, we now know we can get pregnant, we just need them to stay around.

Meg, my thoughts are with you and hoping they increase my first beta was 7.6, my second was 4.2, i had to have a third so they could log the negative. However your number has increased and you are still on meds, my nurse said she has known a full term pregnancy from a lower number mine so do not give up hope.

myself i am feeling a little better DH has arranged to take me to spain to see my parents, we leave on sunday, i think he realised i wasn't coping very well this time. i can't wait to see my mum, think it will be teary.
My next appointment is Dec 21st, i am hoping we can start our next FET with my Dec AF which would mean a transfer late january, so fingers crossed.
i am going to ask whether i have issues {hormone, antibodies} that will reject the embryo's as i am very regular but have been late afew times and wondering if low pregnancies which have not hung around. Anyone had similar issues.
anyway off to bed, will log back in next weekend take care and sticky baby dust to everyone.
