I think this is good news, but not sure...anyone???

I started microdose lupron flare protocol on Mon (w/same dose gonal-f and menopur as last cycle). I had d3 labs today, and an IVF coordinator just called me all flustered saying "Hurry, go take ganirelix NOW". Now this was a problem as i have no ganirelix in the house (wasn't gonna need it since on the lupron...). but did have cetritide. Chatted w/RE-- my LH is increasing (apparently not good at this point??). They don't have my final estrogen level, but know it is >700. >700??? I think that is good, or is it too high? My IVF#1 my d3 E2 was 70, my #2 was 327 (and i was pretty proud of that ). As i had 21 antrals, maybe i have a lot more growing this time w/new protocol??? I guess that would also explain the pelvic pressure i am already feeling. A little concerned about OHSS. Anyone had similar labs?

Jems - it seems to me that most clinics are similiar with DRs - I think I only saw mine once in the last cycle and that was the initial consultation, everything else was done by the nurses....apparently he also did my d&c or perhaps it was of his many staff.... !! I am starting to think he is a figment of my imagination!!

Bec - good luck with stims tonight, hope it isn't as bad as you imagine.

SS - wish I could help but you totally lost me !! I'm sure that super dooper aunty will be along soon with great words of wisdom - what would we do with out her. Should we know our LH levels and all that - i don't my clinic took them or more than likely told me about them....

Aunty hows your PC behaving - is he being good now?? Can;t believe you are moving months again, ever since I came on this site you've been waiting to start - you poor thing.... I'll do a jiggy dance to get your AF moving. I know that with xmas and everything things are tight, but is it worth a visit to accu to help get yr cycles back to normal?? Thats why I'm going although still no sign yet - however ask my DH and I'm the b***ch from hell at the mo, so i think its a good sign (PMT !!)

OK if you want to update your page, I just googled MYSPACE BACKGROUNDS. Clicked on the sites found one I liked and copy/pasted it in the all about me section of my profile. Most sites that have backgrounds will have other graphics to put on your page.

If you want to be really fancy and have a song. Click on Music on the top of the myspace page and enter in the artist you like and their profile will come up, you will click on them and find the song you like and then click add to my profile.

OK I hope that wasnt too confusing . If you have any questions you can either PM me or send me a message through myspace and I will try to walk you through it better.

Hi Carolyn - so pleased transfer went well and testing one day after me - excellent! If you only have a 12 day wait does that mean I can test 2 days early - oooh! I think a HPT might be in order next w/e....

Hi Babyblue - no real symtons - a tiny bit crampy and bbs a tiny bit tender - that's it. I am really happy that the clinic said with the protocol I am on, I should get AF. The pessaries apparently stop this. Last time I got AF 10 days in to the 2ww so knew it was all over then. SO this time when I feel a bit crampy, I know it's OK - hope that makes sense.

I'm going to try and get out a bit at the w/e as I have had such a quiet boring week - and mentally it 's doing my head in. Bec - have decided I am going to yoga on Sunday - it will be good for me - obviously I will take it easy - no upside downies, or stomach exercises but life goes on and my clinic certainly doesn't advise against this. Just said don't take up any new sport!!!! As if you'd do that! I think I'll take up rock climbing on my 2ww.....

OK better go - today I at work I am determined to get lots done.

Hey Girls
Day 4 of the shots and I am not feeling well. I have been having the worst dizzy spells to the point where I almost fell. I spoke with the IVF nurse and she said these are normal side effects. JOY RAPPTURE AND BLISS! I am also having nausea and head aches. My mom is giving most of my shots because my dh has to "mentally prepare" before giving me my shots and it just makes me laugh. He is so worried about hurting me. It is very sweet! He has been treating me like a princess though. Making dinner and even putting the dishes in the dishwasher! Its a miracle!!
I have blood tests and u/s at 7am and I am hoping to get a set e/c date but they are estimating Dec 6th! I cant wait!!!

Carolyn: I am sooooo excited I cant believe three lil ones!! You must be so relieved!

Aunty: Sorry to hear that you have been pushed back a month. Hang in there though! Darn computers! I happened to be married to a computer expert so he fixes everything I break!

Aunty: Ganirelix (aka antagon, same as cetrotide) is a GnRH antagonist and so it prevents LH surge and therefore ovulation during IVF stim. Theoretically, on the microdose lupron flare protocol, the lupron should serve that purpose after the flare, but apparently that isn't happening. I am hoping that means i have lots of impatient little buggers in there just busting to get out . BW to be done again tomorrow so they can follow.

Hi ladies

Quick Q for you if you don't mind....

As you may know I am currently on the pill trying to keep my endometriosis stemmed until my next IVF in a few weeks time. I was told by my GP to take the pill continuously with no breaks, therefore I should get no periods, and no terrible pain. I am on day 2 of my third consecutive pack of Microgynon and have been having a bleed for over a week now. Sorry if this is TMI but its brown, not red, and started as spotting but is now pretty much a full flow, but brown .

I know its common to get "breakthrough bleeding" when taking the pill continuously but this seems more than is "common". I have phoned my GP and am waiting for her to call me back but feel its not worth changing the pill now when I only have 3 weeks left!

Flippin 'eck - its never simple with me is it!!!???

Any advice would be much appreciated....anyone been through similar?

Hi Em, sorry I can't help - endo is about the one thing I haven't had! Had fibroid, polyp and pco's - keep trying your dr and your IVF clinic - do you have a nursing team - they often know a surprising amount too. I'm probably stating the obvious! I know this process totally buggers up our cycles so please don't worry.

Love ANgie - currently stuck at home on Friday summer's night going crazy on 2ww and about to yell at DH for staying out too late after work.
