Meg: I am hoping that your numbers will improve. It seems strange that the numbers would go up if you are not pregnant. I had a chemical pregnancy after my first IUI and my numbers were around 25. My nurse told me that was borderline for pregnancy. Unfortunately, mine dropped fast. It was a 10 the next time and 0 two days later. That's why I think it is strange for it to go up. I am holding out hope for you.

I was really down yersterday because I just don't feel any different. Everyone keeps telling me that I'm not suppose to yet. I guess they have a point. My husband is out of town and knew that I was blue so he sent me flowers at work. He amazes me about how calm he can be and how he has faith that this will work. Just 2 more days until my bloodwork.

I read a paper today that said something like: Most people pray for hardships to be removed when they really need to pray for strength to climb the mountain. I don't know why but it made me feel better and I thought I would share it with you all. Hang in there girls!!!

I'm hanging in there. I almost think this would be easier if I just knew straight up that it was bfn instead of this big mystery. It's going to be a long 4 days until I can test again!

Meg, I am so sorry that you are going through this. You are in my thoughts and I am praying that your numbers grow!

Cheeky- I am doing good. I finally got my start date. Depending on Af I will start the pill mid December with ER and ET either the end of Jan or early Feb. It is nice that things are finally moving along. Hopefully I will not get anymore cysts to slow things up.

Sassy, I think things are probably looking good for you. Definately something is working and seems pretty powerful.

Cheeky, I'm on 175 iu of Follistim, 3 amps of Menopur and just added a Ganirellix shot. All done at the same time in the PM. I definately feel the affects of the meds much sooner this time. I didn't really feel bloated and icky last time until the last few days of stims. I have more follies and higher doses this time so it's no wonder.

They started me on ganirelix yesterday. Seems a little earlier than my first stim cycle. I am on a higher dose of menopur this time and things feel more active down there. I had my first follie measurement today. There are 15 all together and they are already between 10 and 12 mm. W/my 1st cycle, at my 1st US my follies measured between 7 and 11 mm. I can't wait to be done w/stims and find out how many embies I get out of this.

Thanks for your support. I guess even when things seem to be going right, i figure it will really turn out bad (i.e., hyperstim). They want to suck my blood again tomorrow to see where the curve is headed. Hoping i don't have to add cetrotide every day...that would make 5 shots a day. Aww man! (not that one more would really make a difference .

Good Morning...can't sleep, EC today, so nervous and excited and uncomfortable. we have to be at DR at 10:30am, I have to leave earlier, DH doesn't seem to be able to take care of business when i'm in the house. guess that's a good thing???

Well friends....I took an HPt at 5AM and it was a BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is 8dpt. I'm excited, but my friend said be careful...it could be the the HCG. But, I had that 12 days ago...what do you guys think?

Cinders- Think That is a good sign for you. My clinic only has me take a HPT for my result and I will only had my HCG shot 11 days before test day! Well Done you!

Noodle- how was EC? Hope you got lots of lovely ones.

Sorry this is a quicky, but I had to phone the clinic today as I have been so bloated and have been breathless especially at night. They spoke to the consultant but he sayshe is not worried as I have no other signs of OHSS, so just water and rest. The nurse ended by saying fingers crossed for Monday as its a good sign! I'm now thinking this could be a BFP but really don't want to come crashing down on Monday. Not gonna give in before Monday tho. Can I cope with ths weekend? Argh!!

As for me guys, I am just being as awkward as ever, I had my scan this morning and once again they have all grown but once again they are not big enough, they are now measuring between 11 and 13, they took my bloods and they are rising nicely but not too much!!
They said to me in the scan today that if it does go ahead they will have to freeze whatever they get and then do FET next year, so it doesn't look like I will be joining you 2ww's this year!!! I have to say that I am very dissapointed but I suppose that it is taking me so long to get these follies to grow right then at least if they do get them from this cycle then I wont have this to go through again for a while!!!!!
I have got to go in tomorrow again for another scan and possible EC will be on monday but have to wait till tomorrow to find out for deffinate!!!!
I am extreeeeemly uncomfortable and I am sorry if this is TMI but I need the toilet every two minuets cause my ovaries are so full there is just no room left for wee!!! (sorry guys)
Oh well, I wish I had a bit better news for you all but that is all I can update at the moment!!
All those follie growing dances have made me grow loads and loads, they are just not growing them big enough!! Maybe there is two different dances! one to make them multiply and one to make them grow!! I deffinatley don't need the one to make them multiply!!

To anyone ive missed im truly sorry but my thoughts are with you guys and this thread constantly,i hope you all get the BFP's you deserve..

As for me,its all but over,ive been in agony all day,and as ive done this 3 times before i know the signs,AF about to rear her head..I told my sister who is 29 wks pg and my sis in law who is 10 wks pg(and had her first scan today,i was so jealous!!) that i must be getting used to the disappointment as i dont seem too bothered i just wish she'd get here and id know its finally over..I just wanna scream i keep getting excellent quality embies put back in,so why arent they implanting? My clinic just says bad luck,but geez how much bad luck can 1 girl have...

Cindy - I'd say that's a bfp, well done! The beta's will confirm it but I believe the hcg is well out of your system by now so if the hpt is positive, it's a very good sign.

As for me, I also took the evil hpt today but got a bfn, so I don't hold out much hope for Monday...I know it's a couple days early, but with the changes a couple of days ago combined with the hpt result, I've readied myself for what will likely be a negative outcome again. What a disappointment.

Suzhan: Don't give up hope!! I literally was saying yesterday and this AM that I wasn't pregnant. After I peed on the stick I looked in the mirror and said I'm not preg, and it came up preg. Also, my sister who conceived naturally, did not show up on an HPT or her first blood test and she was pregnant. Your numbers may not be high enough to detect on the test. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Well ladies,

Test taken for the last time, and it was as we expect a BFN for us again.

We were expecting it as we had 3 neg HPT during the week, especially the one we done yesterday.

I want to thank you all for your wonderful support and well wishes through everyone of my cycles, i really couldn't have got through it all without you all.

You are all amazing women and men, to endure what you do to get what most women can have at a click of a finger, You are strong. stubborn and very couragous to go through what you do, whether this works for you or not you should all be proud of who you are, and don't let anyone ever tell you different.

We are going to take a year out now and enjoy our last year in USA, then we will start adoption procedures when we move back to the UK.

I hope and pray that you all get your dream and have a baby to love and cherish, whether it's through IVF, adoption or by miracle naturally.
