Lola, thanks for the protien tip. I have been trying to up my protein intake since my start. I started adding protein powder to my juice also. I hope it works. Last time I'm not sure if I got any extra protein. I remember I ate a lot of MMs though  I'm sure it was very bad of me to do that.

Sam, good luck on Monday. Are you hoping for a boy or girl?

Suzhan, I posted to you in the Nov thread. Please try to keep up the PMA.

bobo, how did the PGT go? I hope it's good news!

Morning Ladies - Sorry that I have been MIA lately but between the holidays and the fact that our computer had been acting up, I hadn't been able to post. Too bad I can't do this at work  .

Lola - Congratulations on the twins! I am so happy for you. When you had first posted your beta numbers, my first thought was twins :-). That is such awesome news. I am sorry to hear about the third baby. Is there a chance that he/she could actually develop into a healthy baby?

Wannababy - Congratulations to you as well on your BFP. I was so anxious to hear your news and when I couldn't log on to find out, it was killing me. But when I did find out, it was worth it. Good for you. How are you feeling? Has the shock wore off yet?

Mia - I am glad to hear your stimming is going well. Do you have an estimated time as to when you would like to do the FET? In some ways, I envy you because you are getting the ER part out of the way and will be able to do the FET when you are ready. You'll be able to enjoy the holidays without the added stress of the 2ww and everything else that goes along with the ET.

Also, don't let your mom let you down. I know that she means well and all she wants is the very best for you. I can understand her point of view because we are putting our bodies and minds through a lot but I think for all of us, if we end up pregnant, then it is so worth it.

Suzhan - Please don't give up hope yet. Don't get discouraged by the HPT. You never know what the blood test will tell you. Please hang in there. I am praying for you and you are in my thoughts. Good luck on Monday. You don't know what might happen.

Bobo - Welcome to the board. I am so sorry to hear about your BFN. From what I understand, a chemical pregnancy is exactly what Lola says - a very early miscarriage. Please don't give up hope but also give yourself some time to grieve as well. We are here for you.

Emily - Welcome to the board.

Sam - How exciting that you are at the point in your pregnancy to be able to find out the gender. That is so cool. I am so excited for you. I hope it turns out the way you wish.

As for me, it looks like the earliest that I'll be able to start again is in January. My RE has a new protocol for me - instead of down regging and then starting stims, he has me starting Gonal-F on day 2 of my cycle. I wanted to start right away but they wanted me to have at least one period after the miscarriage. But the next cycle (provided my cycles aren't messed up) is due in mid-December and they don't like to do new cycles so close to Christmas. My DH is happy because he wanted a break from it and give my body a chance to recover. I can understand his point but in some ways, I just want to get going again. I've been doing new projects to keep me occupied but there is still a part of me that isn't fully into any of them because my mind is elsewhere.

Have a great weekend. Sorry that my post is so long.

Suzhan - Don't freak out yet. My firend had taken 3 HPT all negative. She got a BFP on her beta and still for a week later a HPT came back neg. Don't ask why she kept testing I think to just see the lines! Point being, there is still hope. Just relax and try to not stress out over the weekend. I in know it's easier said than done. But atleast try!

Bobo- I just want you to know tht I am thinking about you! I wish there was something I could say. Just know that we are all there for you!

Sam - Can't wait to hear. I vote boy!

Myhb - Looks like we'll be about the same time. I have to wait til January also. So, it will be nice to be able to go on this journey together. I won't know for a couple of weeks if my dr is going to change my protocol or not. I'm looking forward to hearing and just getting this thing going!

Take Care-
Emily

oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh.....9dpt3dt....and got + on a HPT today Image

I finally managed to 'hold out' for 4 hours (I've been having to 'wee' about every 1-3 hours!) and took the test on two different hpts - one was a faint line, the other was quite positive. I'm trying not to get overly excited, since I know this is not definitive and I have to see if I get two doubling betas between today and Monday, but this is a huge glimmer of hope finally!

Just had to let you guys know, since I was so down yesterday morning after the (-) test.

I truly do appreciate your support guys, helping me to keep the pma for the last day. I'm continuing to pray and keep my fingers crossed that everything continues be positive. Thanks again.

xoxox,

myhb - I wanted to say that I was so glad to see your post and excited to hear you're getting started again. January is truly right around the corner so enjoy the few weeks during the holidays and use the time to mental and physically 'gear up' for your next cycle. I know when I was waiting between cycles it seemed like it would never come, but before I realized it I was stimming already.....I hope the new protocol will be the 'golden' one for you!
