Lola, Lola, Lola!

No, you don't know you're not pregnant. Think of all the ladies on this site who thought the same only to have BFPs and remember me, I was sure I wasn't with only a few days left to wait and hey presto. Doesn't matter what your previous cycles were like.

Just had to say that!

Miss Funky winky... aka Lola,

What absolute rubbish.... i no likey negative attitude. When I had my BFP from IVF i felt absolutely nothing and my sister explained to me that was a good thing.... she was right, feeling nothing is good. Besides I was pregnant for 7 weeks and had no blimey clue.. obviously had no pregnancy urges then either... so stop the nancy negatives!

BFP will be here on the 11th.. so proclaims the queen.. atleast, I am the queen in my world!

you gave me a nice chuckle with the mental picture of you movin in to my cozy space. will demetrio be joining you? you may have to chose between him and magi bubble and little raft..although we could place one of them in my ever expanding arse. heck, I have two butt cheeks, we can take all!

Jens- hi buns! no complaints about pain from me.... I know better and do not wish to be glared at from all parts of the globe. no tree for you either.. are we the most holiday party poopers ever? I have to say, I like seeing it up after forcing myself to just do it. It may help to make some strong eggnog as you decorate!....

as for the rest of the party... where are ya? O. luv it that Cams popped in just to give Loolers a what for!

Darling Octofabs,

The countdown is coming to a close...
I have it etched in my brain... that and my end of course deadline!
Only a few more nights and Miss Lola gets her BFP  ....I am SO hoping. We need to finish 2006 with some MUCH needed good news. All extremities crossed for the 11 Dec. No negative comments, Lola. I second all the other remarks... you don't know until you get the call. Super that you have taken a day off work to get your news... it's better that way, no matter the outcome. Have faith, dear Lola

Speaking of Faith, wow, Steph, what news you have. I don't blame you, it's a little scary to say the least. I trust that Little F will do the flip herself and it will all work out. She wants to be like her mum...keeping us in suspense and probably is loving the odd "yogish" position. Let's face it, she's quite the little surprise monkey! You take care.... and keep us posted

Xmas... dear Jen... yeah, I feel for you... another Xmas without a baby. Funny, I was reading through cards I sent my DH that date back to the holidays in 1999, praying that next year we would be "three". Yeah, well, 5 Xmas have gone by since then. It's so sad and I can understand your DH's attitude. My DH actually requested that I make an effort so I have gone all-American (not offense, Steph) and there are lights everywhere in our flat and our fake Xmas tree glows in the dark  I am just content that I am not alone this year...

Walshy... seem to keep crossing paths with you on MSN. I am not online as often as I am trying to keep focussed on the studies (thank goodness they are soon over!). I hope you are as well as can be given the time of year. Down with the diet until after the holidays.... You take care and if you catch me online, say hi! Heaps of hugs to you!

Camilla.... still got your hands full

I am waiting for AF before starting my cycle...should be around the 11th, then all steam ahead for the FET, feeling very dispassionate about it all at the moment as totally focussed on the studies.

Got to dash.... take care and will be back before the 11th.

MUCH MUCH love,

Little R

 So much happening on the 11th, BFP for Loops and witchy visit for Littles

Loops - Oh the worry, i wish the 11th would hurry up, i'm as tense as when i was going throught the 2ww. Loops, this has to be the one---no pressure love but we need some good news to end the year. Its so difficult to keep positive eh, but we're here so if you need to let off steam then blast away to your buds

Littles - Glad to heave you back bunny, your studying way to hard. Not long to go until your FET, you must have such mixed emotions after trying so long. I'm praying everything works out for you

Walshy - Hows you? Any better news on the diet front? Its so hard just now eh, everywhere i look there are choccies staring back at me in the shops  You keep your chin up. It must be fab whether your having so at least you can stick to the salads, its cold here and dark, which makes me always go for the stodgy warm food--the unhealthy stuff. Have been trying hard to stay in control though and have been eating lots of salad and homemade soup yyyyuummm.

Steph - Is OctoPrincess on the turn yet? Think she's going to be a stubborn one----who does she get that from----let me guess your going to blame dh

Camilla - How you coping with two bundles now? Your a lucky girl, i hope all of us can have the same good fortune as you soon.

So have been out for lunch with my old Keychild, more like a son to me now then shopped until i dropped. I started my Chrimbo cards last night and am putting up the tree tomorrow---better be careful not to get too festive and happy eh  Anyway am staying in tonight, Mum's over for tea tomorrw then out with my work buds for a few drinks on Sun at one of the girls houses. My big night out is on the 17th (6 days after our big Octo BFP  ).

Ok off to wrap some pressies. Have a fun weekend girls

Thinking of you Lola dearest....hopefully you're enjoying your weekend and not in emotional meltdown (where I would be)! :?
What are you up to? Dvd viewing? Reading? TLC from DH? Relaxing?...I am all ears.
It will whizz by... we're all on the edges of our seats for your BIG day. It's exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time... can't imagine what you are feeling.
When do you actually get your news? What time in the UK? I am 4 hours ahead of you...

Jen, love... enjoy decorating your Xmas tree  ...put on some carols and appreciate some yummy vino. I will be thinking of you too.... our fake tree looks really sweet... I have added lights that have 9 sophisticated programmes ranging from frenetic blinking enough to induce a migraine to a gradual dim and glow effect...wonderfully cheesy  Have fun with your Ma...

Steph...enjoy your days off from the office... I'll "see" you on Monday.. many hugs to you and your bundle..

Walshy dearest...we must have a chat. What are your plans for Xmas? Family? Just the two of you? How are you feeling? Will log on later and see if you are around. Enjoy your summer sun...

Much love,

Littles

Hola sweetbeans!

Thank you for all your positivity vibes! I've only got time for a quickie, am about to go shopping with mi mama.
Hope you're all okaly dokaly this weekend (hoorah! le weekend! how I've dreamed of this since monday!)
I'm having wierd twinges in the underneath and had wierd dizzy spell yesterday - was in a meeting and convinced myself I was having (very) early miscarriage. And I'm supposed to be a doctor - I have lost the power of logical reasoning. Anyway - know from previous attempts that all things can means all possible outcomes so am not guessing. Just assuming the worst like a good scout
Littles - my blood test is around 8:30 and they usually ring with the result between 12 and 2. I'll post as soon as I know. No meltdown yet - too busy!
Steph - thank you for thread! It freaked me out a bit seeing it this morning! So close now!

OK dudes, I'll pop in laters
take very good care my lovlies
