Angie - just a quick stop in to let you know I'm thinking of you and sending you every ounce of PMA I can across this big ocean that separates us! I won't forget all the PMA you gave me when I had given up in the 2ww after my negative HPT and the constant swings in my symptoms at the end that made me 100% positive it hadn't worked - it was only 1 week ago today I was certain I had no chance. It just took another day for that darn hpt to turn positive! I look back now and think that the day I finally got the early response hpt to turn ever so faintly positive (9dpt3dt) my blood test beta was already 50 (I just didn't know it).....My point being, those things can drive a gal mad and they're far from perfect. So hang in there and give it another day or 2. I'm thinking and praying for you!

To all the other ladies I haven't 'officially' met, take care and good luck!

Hey All
I have been out for a couple of days and I cant believe how many post there are!!!
The big e/c day is tomorrow at 10:30am! Both my husband and I are sooo excited! I am home resting right now to get ready for the big day. I have been really tired and have a sore stomach. My boobs (much to my husbands joy) are swollen and huge and really sore! Poor guy he can look but he cant touch! I have a really high estrogen level and they said that is probably why I dont feel very well. They think they will get 12-15 follies so I am really excited about that!

Well my husband insists that I go rest. I will do personals tomorrow when I am at home.

Dear girls - thanks so much for all your lovely messages - I am strengthened by all your PMA - I really am. Sat morning here - just did anothe HPT - still neg - but who cares. I am going to wait for the fat lady to see whether she sings or not after my blood test (Mon am).

Carolyn - all the signs for you are good - AF is not here - that is great so stay as calm as possible. Keep yourself occupied - do the "meditative walk" - where do you live in LOndon - I am sure there are lots of beautiful Christmas lights to look at - twinkle twinkle!

Sassy and Sonja - good lcuk with your EC's - will be thinking of you.


Sat morning here - we have had a beautiful lie in - cuaght up on lots of zzzz and now later we are going to the beach and then a friends party - so a nice day ahead. DH is being very strong and lovely - I was so worried he was going to fall apart. I want him to be a dad so much - he will be wonderful. He is a biig funnny kid himself which is why I love him so much. Ah better stop - before I get weepy.

I got the report on my embies. We have 16 that "fertilized well" (RE's words). They we're all frozen today. I thought they would grow to blast then freeze, but I was wrong. I am very happy with the number of totsicles we have! I'm supposed to call when I start AF to start my next FET. I'm thinking of going for it. Don't really want to wait anymore.

Auntie, have a great time! DH's prank sounds hilarious! Can't wait to hear how it goes.

Hi ladies!!

I have very sad news , i spoke with my Dad's Dr. and unfortunetely he won't make it, we will pull the ventilator tomorrow and then God will decide when he will take him to rest. Now my transfer is really in jeopardy because when it happen he will be transfer to Puerto Rico where is his origen, so we will travel to PR when he passes. Just want it to give you guys some updates on my final moments with my dad and on a very possible cancellation on the FET.

Keep my family on your prayers we all need it.

Thanks to everyone for cheering me on. I feel quite numb really. I feel like I have tried so very hard this cycle - stopping my stressful job, doing the acu, cutting out all the caffenine and booze for 6 months, 3 back on board, etc etc - and now if it does not work then I am not sure what to do next. Guess I'll go out and get drunk and have a huge cafe latte on Tuesday!!!!!

hopeful - how scary that you woke up!! but 16 fertilised eggies sound fantastic!!!

angie and carolyn - keep up that PMA!!! these BFNs arent real until the clinic says so. do you both have to go to the clinic to have your official tests? we get given a preg test by our clinic and have to do it ourselves at home and then ring in. i dont like that - i much rather they do it so its in their hands and not mine. angie - you nearly made me cry talking about your dh like that. you must love him very much. carolyn - xfactor and fish and chips sounds lovely!!! you also made me laugh about xfactor dancing and white knickers. i'll remember that for when i want af to show. hehe

sok and sassy - GOOD LUCK with your EC today/tomorrow!!! we'll all be thinking of you!!! sassy - your dh makes me laughing singing whilst giving trigger shot. thats something mine would do!! haha

aunty - how you feeling honey?? how did the ky and boxers go? i think thats hilarious!!! by the way, i will do the list whilst you're getting your bfp but you may just have to give me a bit of training over the pm thing!!

ems - so excited that you picked up your goodie bag. bring on af!! you're very right about our dh's being so strong and how sometimes it's obvious they're really not. its such an up and down - if your hubby is allowed to know that you've been mentioning him on here then send him big hugs from me!!

as for me - i phoned the clinic yesterday to get the results from dh's test and they said they are pleased. they found sperm, it survived the freeze and thaw, and we have 6 straws. does anybody know how many sperm per straw? i think its just one per straw but dh seems to think its more per straw. any ideas?? i'm gonna give them another call on monday and ask what the count and morphology actually was, just out of interest. she said that the sperm was good enough for icsi and that we should hear soon with the next step, which i guess would be the open evening. woohoo!

as for the vials for me they use 1 vial per ER there are lots of spermies in the vial. getting 6 is FABULOUS!!!!!

Carolyn hang in there... BFP thoughts for you. you are doing EVERYTHING right, it is out of your hands and it going to happen when it is right, I pray that this is the right time for you sweetie!

So i go in tomorrow am at 8am. and have EC glad I get to jhave it on Sunday so I won't miss work, going to do Accu before and after transfer on wednesday! getting close. scared but so ready. today is a busy one so atleast i won't be thinking about tomorrow. nephews "family" birthday party and my company xmas party tonight. fun fun! my wacky grandmother came down for my nephews party, she is a hoot. but very swollen, boobs are pretty normal. i also start a estrogen patch today to give me an added boost for the ET. hey i will do anything as long as I get my BFP@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
