I got the report on my embies. We have 16 that "fertilized well" (RE's words). They we're all frozen today. I thought they would grow to blast then freeze, but I was wrong. I am very happy with the number of totsicles we have! I'm supposed to call when I start AF to start my next FET. I'm thinking of going for it. Don't really want to wait anymore. :D

Wow Mia--16 is a very impressive "frozen family" (that's what my RE calls it--makes me laugh)! Wishing you the best of luck!

Mia: Thanks for the updated schedule (and by the way, didn't think it took long at all...). I like meg's "frozen family", that definiately describes what you have!

ER for me late this am. A bit scared (ok, a lot scared) after complication last ER. met w/anesthesiologist and RE yest re: meds (i.e., almost no meds, means lots of pain). Can use whatever prayers you can all send my way! Will update later.

Sassy, thinking of you. I hope ER went ok. I had a brief taste of how it feels since I woke during ER. Let us know how you are doing.

Meg, frozen family, hehe. I guess, in a way, I got the huge family I used to always want.

Well done Sassy! 16 eggs, excellent! Maybe next stim cycle you'll get even more and won't have to do a 3rd?! Who knows... Take it easy now. After my ER I just stayed on my back with knees up as much as possible. Seemed to be the most comfy position. Oh, and I took 3 doses of extra strength Tylenol (not all at once of course). Hope you feel better in the AM.

Sassy and Mia - wow, just read your posts. 16 is great! I hope just to get half of that. So both of you were put to sleep during ER? My RE doesn't put you to sleep, just a valium and mild pain pill. So, pray that I can handle it on Saturday. Well, I guess, pray that I even have enough follies most of all. :)

Noodle--I don't think your crying will hurt the embies at all. If that's what you feel, that's what you feel. What can you do about it---there's no fighting hormones, that's for sure!

I'm still really emotional as well. This is a really hard time of the year to feel like you're never going to get that positive. I work in a mall and babies are everywhere. We went out last night for the first time in a long time--I was able to drink!--but I was a grouchy wreck. Then I feel guilty for ruining a good night out, so then I cry even harder. Gar. This process definitely makes me appreaciate my poor husband (even though half the time I want to kill him!)

Jovigal--I'll pray for you to have strength, too! How brave to have no drugs, although I'm a little jealous as it is no fun being "put under". You'll be great, I know!

Sassy---Hope you're feeling better soon!

Well, ladies, i got my fert update...12 ferts! (of 14 mature) Very happy as it is 2x as many ferts as i have had before. Because the #s are much higher than before... we have decided to go straight into a FET next month instead of doing another (or two) fresh cycles as originally planned. Yipee!!! Still in lots of pain and confined to couch/recliner. Not as bad w/fireplace and christmas tree lights on, and dh waiting on me. Luckily i don't have to work until tuesday....

Hi Ladies - it's BFN for me unfortunately but was prepared so feeling OK. We'll definitely have another shot - question will be whether to do another fresh and keep the 3 frosties in reserve, or use up the frosties. Can't decide now. Will take some time out and get my head back to normality but I'll keep an eye on you all - thanks so much for all your support.

Sorry haven't posted much here - I've been over on Dec/Jan thread but in the interests of tying up loose ends, wanted to let you all know too...

All the best to everyone - will be back soon. A

Meg12- thanks for the encouragement, i'm glad it's not just me who's emtional. I would kill for a drink right now! You must have really needed it even being crabby.
Jovigal- I cannot imagine not being put under for the EC, I was awake during my cyst aspiration and NEEDED to be out. Good Luck!
Sassy- Yeah! Way to go! Sounds like a nice and relaxing set up!
Angie-So sorry! YOu are very fortunate to have some frosties ready to go! Just keep the faith and know that one day you will be a mommy.

For me, 1st night no crying in 10 days! It's getting so close, It did EC on 12/1 and ET on 12/4, 3 day transfer. it's the 11th, could I try a HPT? DH says I should just wait and I know I should just wait but I would like to be a little prepared. Any thoughts???
