Hi Everyone!

Angellica - Wow Twins!! Congratulations!! I can not think of a better birthday present. Happy Birthday. I am so happy for you and your DH. You must be thrilled.

Rachael - I'm so happy that your uncle is doing better. Sorry that the Christmas shopping did not go so well but you still have some more time.

Everyone - I hope you are all well and having a great day.

As for me I am back from my Nuchal scan. And while I have to wait a week for the results the baby is still measuring perfectly and has a very strong heartbeat of 174. We got to see him/her move around and I sware it looked like He/She was waveing at us. We also got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. It took all I could do not to cry. I'm sure I will be nervous waiting for the results but for now I thank God that everything looks good so far.

All my best,
Nance

Angellica i am so so happy for you. :D :D Twins is a double gift and knowing that you have helped someone else must feel amazing. congratulations. Did you watch child against all odds on BBC 1 last night? it was about egg donating and very moving.

Nance you lucky thing seeing your baby moving around and hearing HB, i'm not surprised you nearly cried. I am sure your results will come back fine. PMA PMA.

I'm not feeling nauseus anymore this evening. Wonder if it will happen every night because i had a lovely dinner made for me. Do you think i can make it last 7 months??
Take care all

Hello Girls... sorry I have been away for a few days. I have actually been at home resting (kind of like bed rest). I think I was doing way to much.... and drained myself. However, I feel much better now.

Nicola- welcome to this side of the boards... we're so happy you've finally joined us.

Racheal- it's so great to hear your feeling so good... however, sorry to hear about your uncle. I hope that he continues to get better....

Vicky- where's that PMA??? Try and stay positive until Monday when you find out your wonderful news....

Angellica- First off Happy Birthday To You.... secondly congrats on the twins. What a perfect B-Day gift.... hope that your biopsy went well today as well. Please keep us posted.

Nance- so happy to hear that your test & us went well.... I'm sure the results will be great next week. How exciting that you got to see your little one moving around (and waving)....

Colleen- Yes I'm finally feeling much better. I think I just drained my body of energy... but now I feel good. I'm going to take things easy from now on and rest whenever I get a litte tired.

Kim- great news about your scan...

Sorry if I missed anyone... but please know that your all in my thoughts & prayers.

As for me I'm doing much better than I had been the last 2 days. I'm just getting excited about my appointment on the 26th. I wish it were the 25th already... well maybe not because I still have X-Mas shopping to do.

Hope you all have a great day & night!
Tasha

Hey gals,

My little first graders have their Christmas show tonight, so I dont' have much time to write--plus I want to rest a little before the show!

Nance--Glad the nuchal went well. Do you want to find out the sex of the baby? Cause they say the heartbeat can be a clue.....let me know if you want more info.

Angelica--Welcome to the twins club! Yeah! Glad to have you!

Vicky--I'm still praying for ya.

Everyone else--hope all's well. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Wish I had more time.

Hi everyone I hope you are all good?...

Kim - Thanks for the welcome! I am so excited 2!!!!!!!!

Tasha - The biopsy wasn't done just an ultrasound, no-one wants to do a biopsy as they are scared of rupturing the implant, the implant itself look good but they aren't sure what is causing the lump, I personally think it's hormonal changes....I have another utrasound in 4 weeks and they are hopin they will be able to tell then. I am glad you are feeling better now, I am exhausted at the moment, I have just woken up after 15hrs sleep... :D

Ellie - I have watched every episode...I get really emotional every week, it is so amazing twins I am sooooooo pleased, the clinic moved my date back by 4 days though.. so back to week 6 now they told me they go by the date the embryo's are put back...sounds strange to me but oh well!! I am glad you aren't feeling sick...keep it up! or down.. x

Nance - We are thrilled! I am glad baby looks fine, I cried after yeserdays ultrasound infact I cried all day, half the clinic staff looked pretty tearful as well! I bet it was amazing hearing the heartbeat Im going to get my sisters heartbeat monitor off her next week, I'l be sleeping with it on..

CMOSCAR - I am so pleased yor Uncle is doing a little better I know what it's like when you have to stay happy ad positive for you and are trying your hardest to shrug off a deep sadness, stay positive for him my FIL was given weeks to live with stage 4 lung cancer and he made it to 7 months and fought to the very end, so who knows... Keep smiling and good luck with the kids pressies!! :D

Nicola - Thanks I had the best day ever as you can imagine! and my Mum is doing OK, all the left side paralysis left her after 24 hours which is a Godsend, so good news all round!

Vicky - How are you? thanks for the good wishes..keep telling them to grow, affirmations do work! keep them up all will be fine not long till your scan now, I will be thinking of you!

Everyone who is constipated, I am not feeling it with ya! but I hope it goes maye you could all try a I AM NOT FULL OF **** affirmation!!   seriouly it must be wicked and I do not want it!!! Good luck xxx

I have an ultrsound on the 29th December so not long till I see them again!!!! :D

Take care Ladies....

Angellica I am so happy for you, you sound so happy that it is amazing!!!!

Nance congratulations on that last scan, sounds like everything is moving right along!!!!

Today I am kind of down again, I have been holding the PMA this past couple of days, but I think that the closer I get to Monday the more nervous I get, of course. And also it doesn't help that I have been reading back in this forum to all those cases similar to mine and haven't found any encouraging story. I do find encouraging stories in non-IVF forums, but because they miscalculate their ovulation days or so, but in our case we know exactly when things happen, so, I don't know...........as I said, I am kind of down today again..............

Sorry to send this message, but I needed to vent......

vicky-please hang in there, and try to be positive... i hope that it all works out just fine!!! you are in my prayers

angellica- congrats on the twins, that is so great!!!! so exciting... hoping that the lump is just hormones like you said...

nance- glad that you got to enjoy seeing/hearing your little one. i think that every time i hear it, i almost break down myself... it is so precious

cowgirl-hope that you are doing good, and not worring too much about that HB.... i think that HB just flux in people too... when are you going back in?

tasha- glad that you are feeling a little better, take it easy and try to get completly healthy!!

rachael-glad to hear that your uncle is doing better, hopfully he can hold out till the baby comes... too bad you can not travel, but it's good to keep healthy... good luck finding all the toys... we've had a hard time finding a few, and ended up doing a hard target search on the internet, and then paying shipping... you know the special gifts that they ask santa for, and now are no where to be found!!

nicola- hope that you are feeling well....

ellie- glad that you had a good day, and a dinner made for you... sounds nice to me.... good luck on getting it to last!!!

kim-good luck on the christmas show, and hope that you are doing good....rest up!!

Happy Friday Everyone

Vicky - I am so sorry you are having such a hard time. Please stay strong, try to be as possitive as you can and hang in there. We are all praying for you and sending out loads of positive energy your way. Never appologize for venting that is what we are here for.

Angellica - You make me laugh so hard with your constipation affirmation. I'm sure you are right and that your lump is all the hormones. Especially that you are having twins since your hormone levels are so much higher.

Kim - I hope you are doing well. How did the show go?

Ellie - I am so glad you are feeling better. How was your home made dinner?

Tasha - I am glad you are feeling less tired. Try not to overdo it too much. I know that is hard because of the holiday coming up but make sure you give that beannie a little bit of rest. Now I sound like my mom

Racheal - I am so happy that your uncle is doing better. How are you doing?

Colleen - I hope you found all the toys you were looking for on the internet. My nephew wanted that new Elmo doll the TMX one (to be honest with you it kind of freaks me out but apparently it is all the range with 4 year olds) and my whole family is going crazy trying to find it.

Nicola, Cowgirl - How are you both doing? Well I hope.

Enjoy your weekend everyone!! Does anyone have any fun plans?

Hello Everyone.... Happy Friday!

Vicky- Try and stay positive... I know it's not easy but you were doing so good. I'm sure your scan will go wonderful on Monday.... I'll be praying for you and your beanie all weekend.

Angellica- well I'm sure your right... your lump is from all your hormones (which is so much higher because your carrying twins).

Kim- How was the X-Mas show???

Nance- how are you doing???

As for me I'm doing much better.... I'm basically back to normal and it feels so good. As for me we really don't have many plans this weekend (which is great). Tonight nothing.... tomorrow we have my little cousin's 1st B-Day party and then we're going to my sister's basketball game and Sunday we are staying home to watch the Chicago Bears!!!!!! How about everyone else?

Hope you all have a great weekend-
Tasha

Hi gals!

Yaaaaawwwnnn! I am exhausted today. I had a late night at the show, but my kiddos were flippin' adorable! They did a great job, and we're all relieved it's over. Unfortunately, I now have a kid with a case of chicken pox in my class....which means there will probably be more. i've had the pox, but it still makes me nervous. Oh, did I mention that 3 other kids have the flu? No kidding. I'm surrounded by germs. I can't even count all the handwashing I've done! I'm glad I got the flu shot. :?

Angelica--What's your due date? I've heard with twins, we can expect a little (or a lot) earlier. Take it easy! Oh, I'm glad your booby U/S went well.

Rach--I'm glad your uncle is improving. He sounds like a clever guy! His good sense of humor will be so beneficial for all of you.

Vicky--"MY BABY IS HEALTHY'--I can't hear you....louder now! :) I'm going to borrow a quote from my husband and give it to you. "There's no reason to borrow worry from tomorrow." I think he's right. Live in the moment and enjoy what you have right now. Worrying isn't going to make anything easier or better. I know it's easier said than done (trust me on that!), but just give it a try. OKay? I'm sending you a hug!

Nance--No big plans for me except to sleep and maybe a little shopping! I'm so excited to have nothing major to do! How about you? Oh, have you found a constipation remedy?

I hope all the rest of you are doing well. Have a good weekend. I think I might try to go catch that movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" tonight. It looks great!

Girls, I can't thank you all enough for all the encouragment that you sent me, you don't know how important this is to me. Each time I read one of your posts telling me to have hope I feel better.
I posted a question on a forum that one of the girls told me on the other thread, where doctors answer the questions, and he said he had cases like mine develop into healthy pregnancies, this is exactly what he said ..."Yes certainly. It also depends on the angle that the fetal pole was measured. The heart beat can be low in the begining, but should then pick up. If it stays low and there is no growth, then that's a bad sign."....so this gave me even more hope......
Well only 2 days to go.....AGGHHRRRRRRRRRR!!!! Image.

Racheal, good luck on your scan on Monday, you said you had a scan too right??

HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYBODY!!!!!

Hi Girls,

Hope you are all feeling well today !

Vicky- I am praying for you . I hope everything goes well with the scan tomorrow.

Angellica- It is great to hear that you are having twins !! Congratulations !!

Nance- I am glad that everything is going well for you and I am glad that you got to enjoy seeing and hearing your miracle.

Cowgirl- i hope that you are feeling better !

tasha- I am gald to hear that things are back on track now. Please have PMA my dear.

Nicola- hope that you are keeping well....

Thook - I am glad that you are feeling good too. How did the B'day party go ?

All you other girls - I am sure you are busy with Christmas coming up so soon. Please take of yourselves and hope all is going well with you !

As for me, I started bleeding again yesterday and it lasted for a day. The bleeding seems to occur every Friday !! I had some clots too which has been worrying me. I am really down now and have been crying alot. The nurse said that I should just get loads of rest and come in for the scan as normal on the 20th of Dec. I am really scared and would appreciate your help and support.

Lots of love,
Sita
