Hopeful welcome to the wonderful of insurance companies and pharmacies SUCK. I will be going through Walgreens, them and Walmart are always very good about checking your insurance first. I am sure Target too, but since I don't have a Target Pharmacy around here I can't say for sure.

welcome to you Lisa, good luck with your upcoming test!

as for me, I have a nasty little cold, thank you so much Wisconsin weather, so I'll do more personals later.

Have a great day and sticky baby dust to you all!

Good Morning Ladies,

Well this is going to be a quick post as I am at work and we have been spoken to about phone and internet usage. Just wanted to tell you that I went to NP meeting last night and they went over the while process as well as the meds. OK lets talk about some of these needles man!!!!!! My eyes fell out of my head, and my husband leaned over as said' "I dont know about that one." The others did not look bad at all. I feel confindent now that we understand everything and know how, when and where to do all of the meds. My meds are arriving on Saturday, I think then it will truley start to feel real.

To all the ladies on the 2WW I hope that time is passing by fast for you and your embies are all snuggled in!

To all the newbies welcome aboard you have found a wonderful place with a awesome new family!

OK got to get back to work before I get in trouble!

Hey girls..
Jaby: wooohooo!!! Congrats on the BFP!

lisag999 and fee: welcome to the looney bin! The more the merrier!

fed: I LOVE to get my meds each time...it means i am starting up again and always gets me excited. Was a little overwhelmed the first time, though... i am excited for you to get started!

lara and ems, and Vickie: sending an AF jig your way, that stubborn beotch!

TC: think i have some menopur left, will check for sure...

bec and all the other 2ww'ers... wishing you all the peace and patience in the world!

Mia: Oh, girl, I have TONS of lupron left (they diluted mine i think 4 times, and i only took 0.04cc at a time). Right now they aren't expecting i will need it this cycle. i have bw tomorrow, will i know then? (very new to this whole FET thing). Anyway, you are welcome to use it if i won't need it... When do you start it???? i am working out in Henderson on Tuesday...

Feeling good about things...even good enough to open a few Christmas cards from friends w/a million kids each (previously decided to avoid another breakdown, would hold on to them 'til next month). Wasn't bad at all...i guess that means i really am in a good place :D. AF was kind and arrived yesterday (if you consider 24 hrs of crippling cramps kind  ). But no complaints because now i have my schedule. Yipee!!! FET on Jan 25th (Mia, you and me babe  ). Oh, and Mia, i didn't even have to request the 25th, they scheduled me then..good thing, if they wouldn't have let me have the 25th, i would have wrestled them to the floor in choke hold...wouldn't have been pretty. heeheehee

Welcome Lisa,
hope you are having a pleasant 2ww. Sticky baby dust to you!

Charity, I will PM you asap. :)

Sassy,
yeah! you got the 25th too! :D What time are you in? I think my arrival time is 8:30 am.
Thanks for offering your Lupron. Your schedule should tell you if you are on Lupron. I'm not sure they have me on a diluted form though. I called Arlene to ask about going to a CVS or Walgreens for Lupron, but I only got her answering machine. So I'm waiting to hear from her. Usually it takes her several hours to call back. What a hassle. Do you think they would just give me a prescription slip, instead of calling it in? That way I could just take it to what ever RX I want.
You're working in Henderson? Where?

Erin,
Hooray! for getting your meds! Wow finally, huh? You've been so patient, you deserve a good outcome. Don't worry about the needles. They look worse than they feel. The long ones (IM) look bad, but are very thin, so really don't hurt at all (just remember to change to the thin needle after drawing the meds). The short needle (SQ) are also tiny and won't hurt going in. It only depends on the med, some of those sting a little. You get used to it quick. Good luck!

Mia: I get my paper tomorrow...didn't ask arlyne what time when she called me yest. she didn't mention me using lupron, but i should probably wait until they get bw back tomorrow to be sure. The only deal w/dilution is that you would have to take 4x the dose..they did that b/c i think i was initially supposed to take 0.01cc and it would be too difficult to measure out. I doubt having arlyne call it in or get a Rx written would be a problem...they should be able to accomodate you! How much money did we pay them, again?????

Have a good one!

Oh, I know, we pay them so much money and some people still act like we still owe them. God forbid we make one special request. My schedule says I'm taking 0.1 cc. I that a lot more than .01 cc?
Pecos and 215. I used to live near there on Green Valley Pkwy. Well have fun at work. :)

Just dropping in to say HAPPY CHRISTMAS/SEASONS GREETINGS to all you lovely ladies

- DH and I are off to see the in-laws in NZ and it will be an internet free zone!

What a year 2006 has been! This time last year I knew I was facing PCO's - little did we know that 2006 wd bring us male factor, IVF/ICSI, hospitla for 3 days with OHSS, a polyp then needing to be removed and of course the 2 x BFN's!

I don't want to sound self indulgent as each and everyone of you ladies has had so many challenges this year too. Just want to say a special thanks to Aunty for her dedication to updating the board and for being so supportive, plus Shantala, Lara, Carloyn, Bec, Becky, Susan, suzhan and everyone else I look forward to getting to know better in my next cycle - bring it on in Jan/Feb!

Good luck to Ange, Tex, SSalgo and Sokru on the 2 ww. And dear Bec too - so sorry I won't be around to hear about your BFP. We fly back in on 30th so I will be straight to my PC to hear your news.

2007 IS GOING TO BE OUR YEAR!

HopefulinLV - I took my Lupron in to Drs. office 2 wks ago thinking I could use it again this cycle, but the nurse told me to toss it. She said that after Lupon is opened, it is only good for 30 days. Not sure why Shraft's won't run your Lupron. That is the same drug company I am using and it was covered by my insurance.

Mom20 - There are more jobs out there - and the one that's just right for you is on the horizon.

Tex - The very reason I hate using HPTs. BFPs are coming up for you. Let us know tomorrow what you find out.

Meg12 - Don't forget chocolate!! We still can use chocolate as a reward for making it through those really tough days. I'm proud of you for your willpower to quit smoking. Hang in there.

Vickie, Lara, & Ems - Here's a group AF jiggy!!!Image (actually I think it is a DJ spinning records - but the rest of them are doing AF dance for you)

Lisa - Welcome!! Great place to be 4 support. Lots of that on here. Testing is close - I'm sending a truck load of baby dust you way and hope Santa brings you a BFP!!

Christine - Hope your cold gets better, take lots of vitamin C and chicken soup.

Erin - I did the same thing 1st cycle. The BIG needles used for mixing scared me to death. My meds came to the house BEFORE they told us what they were for.

Girl I work with is going thru her 2nd IVF in Feb and we go to the same clinic 2 hours away. She brought me a Christmas gift today - it was an ornament with a big baby bottle and a girl and boy baby peeping over the top. On the back she wrote 2007 will be our year! and signed it. I broke into big ol tears. Don't know if it is the BCPs or just that I want a baby(s) SOOOOOOO bad. She and I are a great support for each other. Our boss is about to panic, saying "what do I do if you both get pregnant?" We just both laugh. You ladies are the same support. Thanks for the "pick-me-ups."
