1st and 2nd AF Bleeding after Methotrexate shot

Hi,
I was give single Methotrexate shot on 09/22/2006. After that my level reduced to zero in end of october. I got my first AF on 25th Nov and 2nd on 19th Dec. The ammount of bleeding in both these AF's was verly less. I hardly used 1 pad on day 1 and on Day 2 and 3 I didn't even need a Pad.

Has anybody else observed low bleeding in AF's? I am getting worried as I'll be starting my next IVF cycle in mid-Jan and I am not sure if I should start or wait for another cycle.

Please help!!!!

Hi Champa

I had a D&C one month ago, as I m/c as 12 weeks.
I just had my periods, only used panty liners, not even pads.
As you I dont know if I should start a new cycle on my next AF...

I will ask my doc and think you should do the same!

Hi Souris,
Thanks a lot for the response. I feel better knowing its a common thing. They did my D&C as well on Sep 22nd.

I called the nurse and she told me that this is becaus my linning is thin after all the procedures. She says it's OK for me to start in mid-January.
