Welcome Hopeful2BePregnant!!! :D
Glad to have you join us!!

Charity ~ thanks for the information. I will not be downregging - I am one of those that skips the suppression phase and just gets straight to it! You are already into your cycle, how exciting! :D I am praying for you...I am so confident this time will be different with you new protocol.

[b]Souris ~I can't believe I don't know this being in Vet Pharma, but what is toxoplasmosis? How did you know you weren't immune? I have heard that feline waste can be toxic to pregnant women....maybe that is the official name for it? Neige is beautiful - I'm sure she'll be glad to be home, but probably not too happy about the new little ones!

Susan ~ Welcome back. :) I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. It's a vicious cylce - you don't want to get out of bed and do anything, but if you stay in bed it seems to just make it worse...I'm glad you are up and looking to the future. Some hubbies handle this so differently than we do - not that they don't care, they just internalize it differently. We are also pumped full of hormones which makes it that much more emotional. We are here for you and you can vent any time.

I'm off to the gym...still trying to lose the lbs. gained during my last cycle before our cruise! :D (So I can just gain them back in Feb...great! :P )

Hopeful welcome!!

Reach, yes toxoplasmosis can be given by cats poos, row meet or dirty veg/fruits. It is not harmful when you are not pregnant but can cause a lot of disabilities to a foetus... Every pregnant women in france get a blood test for toxo and rubella. If you are not immune to toxo, the doc advise you to cook your meat well, wash the vegs and stay away from cats...
Thank you for Neige, I also think that she is beautifull!! :D

How are all the other Feb buds?? Our thred is getting reallly busy, I love it!!

Good night, I am off to bed, it is 22h50

Hey its busy round here

 Welcome to all the new girls

Yyyyiiipppppppeeee Chrimbo is over
Oh how boring am i eh. Had mum round today and she is telling her friends it has not been the same as normal this year as me and dh are unhappy  Didnt say that, just want to have a wee one to open pressies with and get excited about. Its amazing how i feel i'm being a pain in the butt and i never even discuss the ivf unless anyone asks me about it. Felt mad but she left soon after  ohh is this the time to be merry hahahaha

Well i finally finished work yesterday and now have 7 days off. Got up this morning and went for a run, am getting better and feel so much healthier.
Dare i say it but i actually feel a bit relaxed at the moment and not as stressed out as i did, but hey the ivf starts again in Feb so stress levels with be sky high again

Ok off to chill, catch you soon

Love Jen x

Souris...Thank you for reminding me...Yes! Congratulations on your impending nuptules Jazzie's Mum...I have been absolutely swamped with work...Made time to say hello and update the board, but that's about all...

Jen...I'm sorry about your mom...Kinda made it sound like your relationship was unhappy, not that you're both equally sad about this shit we're all having to go through. Nothing like a good guilt trip & miscommunication to make the holidays complete, and a misleading one at that...I love family, but they're all a bunch of dumbies some days. Image Don't be too hard on her...Sounds like she had a selfish moment thinking about how she was being affected by your sadness, and forgot what you & dh must be going through and how this must be impacting your lives.

Speaking of having a selfish moment... Can you believe it? I'm on single digits now!! Only 9 days until they start me on the Super-Stims! I still don't know what dosage, and to be honest am a bit scared since I did pretty good on 225 and 300 of Follistim...Then, I'm also going to be on another 2 injections that I've never taken before. I hope everyone is ready for the super-beeeoooch I may become...

Sully...You are RIGHT behind me kid!! Tomorrow will be single digits for you too!! Getting excited? I bet you are...I know I am for you! :D Can't wait...

My mommy leaves tomorrow morning to visit my sissy in Wyoming, so won't be back until after I start...She doesn't know I'm going through my second round yet. I lied to her and said it was going to be more like March/April...It's just that I fell flat on my face last time after telling EVERYONE, that I made a promise to keep this one between me, dh, you and my immediate boss (only because of the scheduling issues with work)...We'll see if that makes the crash any easier...If there is a crash...Got to think positively, Charity (self talk)...PMAPMAPMA...My new mantra...Anyway, better get back to work...Love you guys, and will hopefully talk more later...Take care...

Hi Everyone!
Well, I am not on any meds ad I am still feeling bitchy about the BFN on Dec 23. My DH is not getting it and it is making things very difficult. I have decided to go back to work full time and immerse myself in something other than baby making. I would like to welcome  all of the newbies here and personally thank Charity for all of your hard work and dedication to this forum. You have great attention to detail and I can tell how much this means to you. Congrats on staring the stims. I was on 300 of Follistim and although they said I did well this time, I only had three mature eggs... I wish you the best of luck. I will probably start my stims mid Feb and have the retrieval somewhere at the end of Feb. Looks like I may be a March cycle buddy, but I still need you guys right now for support. Mind if I just hold hands for a bit?

Susan (Sat14)...You can stick around your whole cycle, if you like, Sweetie...Afterall, I'm technically a January, but am sticking with my Feb gals, just cause I know this is the place for me...

I'm so sorry again about your BFN. Life isn't fair right now, but I seriously believe there is a balance in nature. Where bad things happen, good things happen. Sounds a bit sappy, I know, and I'm not usually a silver-lining kind of gal, but it is something I really do believe.

I do know what you mean about emersing yourself in work. And it sounds like a good idea for a while, but please please please don't let this one BFN get the best of you. You're tougher than that, and that baby is needing you to be strong!!

Hey! My husband sends a message...He said you should "put out" to that poor dh of yours!! He's such a romantic!! Actually he said I need to "put out"! Seriously though, I think I know how you're feeling about the whole intimacy thing (last thing on your mind right now), but when you are able to get to that place with one another again, and have some pillow talk time, sometimes that's where my best and most intimate conversations happen with my dh. I'm not sure if that works for you both, but maybe that's what you two actually need. Some alone time to just be lovers again. I might be stickingn my nose in where it doesn't belong, but I hope I didn't make you uncomfortable. I think it's something we all deal with. I know during my first cycle my dh wasn't a happy camper having to wait for three days before the collection, and another two weeks after...He was a real trooper though. I am convinced men have physical "needs". I'm not one of those push-over women, either, but I really do think they do have physical needs that are different from most women...I'm babbling at this point, so I'll shut-up, but I think you understand what I'm saying...Anyway, dear, I think you need a big hug from dh, and big drink from the bartender, long massage from a hot Swedish guy, and a long talk with the old man and I think you'll feel like a new woman...

You take care sweetie, thank you for your compliment, and I'm glad you're here regardless if you're in the mood to look ahead just yet...You take care and know we all are here for you...
