Alright, I have to ask for help. I am new on this forum but not new to the board. I have been having brown discharge for about 5 days now. It is not much but enough for me to see it and worry. I am 8 weeks and 2 days along and have gone thr' the confirmational u/s. We had the heartbeat etc. My RE basically said unless it is active bleeding they just wait it out. So, I stopped calling them. Has anyone else experienced this? I hope it will stop so I don't have to think about it!
just to let you know, i too had brownish spotting and it finally went away after week 12, i think..... we are doing good, so hang in there and try not to worry!!!
Hi, I had brown spotting too. I think if it's brown, not bright red, you are fine because it's old blood. I went in for an u/s after that and it was fine. I also had a cyst, so maybe you do too and it's draining. I think spotting is normal in the first trimester. Good luck!
I also had brown spotting for the first 10 weeks. My dr said it happens to plenty of women and nothing to worry about. I am now in my 28th week so I guess she was right.
