Hi girls, I am so glad to see that everyone is doing so great!!!.
All those beautiful scans and great appointments, and some of you are starting to feel better, that is great!!

Well, as for me, I am feeling a little bit better, it's been one week already since the D&C. I am trying to look forward and thinking already of my next cycle, that gives me strenght. So far my RE said I should wait for AF in one month approx, and then I would start BCP's and go after my FET (still have 4 frosties left), so hope 2007 works for me...

I wish you all a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I will keep reading your posts and writing some times, I definitely want to know how you guys are doing. So far I joined the February thread to start getting ready

hi there everyone... back from the dr, and everything is a-ok... nothing big to report the heartbeat was in the 150's and i need to schedule my level II US for about 3 weeks, he wants me close to 19 weeks.. he says that the results and pictures are better then.. so i need to schedule that. BP was not too bad, it's been fairly good at home only a few spikes here and there.. i aslo did the gloucouse test....we'll get those results in a few days...

as for NYE, we are not planning a lot, probably going out to eat and then going to a freinds house to watch the BEARS beat green bays butt... i hope at least!!!

Vicky- glad that you are getting towards your next cycle, we'll pray that it will fullfill your dreams!!!

kim- good luck making it to midnight... i have doubts that i'll make it to 10:00.... i was thinking of absolutly taking a nap!!

tasha- go bears sounds like we'll be having the same kind of NYE.. enjoy!! as for feeling movement... i think it feels like a finger gently moving againts the inside of your stomach... i'm sure you'll feel it soon, or finally relize what it feels like.... i find laying on my side in bed and trying to feel it, you can feel a little bubble or movement.

racheal- good luck with the room... we are waiting as my boys want to share a room, so we are going to see what we are going to do.. i might turn a room into a playroom, but that is so much work and paint and moving a ton of stuff... My DH REALLY wants to find out, and i feel the same way you do... i do not want to and i knew with my two boys that they were boys, i had dreams and actually had a dream that predicted the date my oldest was born... well we have 3 weeks to duke it out, but i will win...

wannababy-how are you feeling?? still sick??

cowgirl- hope that you are feeling well, and feeling the baby is great... it makes some of the worry go away... if you can feel the baby move, then things are ok... I think that the feeling is one of the most magicial feelings in the world!!! It is one of the things that i absolutly miss after pregnancy... i try to enjoy it as much as possable

well, i hope that i didn't miss anyone, if so sorry and hope that everyone has a great NYE and a GREAT start to 2007!!!!!

Hey gals...not much time to talk...Sorry!

Racheal--I had to drop you a line because I was at Baby's R Us today trying to figure out what I want to do with our nursery....and I saw some really cute frog bedding, etc. And I immediately thought of you! Have you been there to see it? Just thought I'd let you know.

Rachel your nursery sounds like it will be fantastic, before i moved to Spain i worked with the under 5's and we had murials all over the nursery, the children loved it and the games and topics we could use them for was great. As we speak DP is outside trying to build our house which has taken on a bit of urgency now :D unfortunatly i am not to much help anymore OH WELL

We have decided to stay in this evening and play games rather than go out which i am relieved about because i don't like being a party popper and leaving early but you girls now how it is.

Wishing each and everyone one of you a fantastic 2007 just think we will be mommies :D :) :o . Enjoy your evening i will say a non alcoholic toast to al the fantastic people on this site.

Hello all......
Yet again I have been AWOL, soon after I posted last week I started bleeding and was told by my midwifes unit to go to A & E which I did I only spotted a little but had a temperature and they have kept me in overnight and gave me an ultrasound the next day.....it has quite possibly been he worse week of my life, twin 2's heart stopped at 8wks, twin 1 is fighting fit....I haven't bled since and they dont want to remove the no longer alive 1 due to possibly affecting the living one, I was discharged today after 5 days as the infection I had when I got there has finally gone......no-one knows what will happen and I am trying to be positive but I am just soooo gutted, I know I should be grateful as at least I have 1 baby still but I feel sick knowing that in there with my live baby is a little dead baby I know it sounds harsh but theres no point beating around the bush......I have always said that if I ever get to have to have kids then dont take them away from me as that is my worst nightmare....and voila!!!!!!!!!

Have a great New Year I pray you are all doing better than me I am down with the PMA.....it didnt fu****g work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I have o go and redo this blasted ticker......

Ohhh Angellica, you don't know how sad I am after reading your post, my heart goes for you. I know it is very hard to find out that you lost one of them, but you still have the other one, so you have to be very very strong for him/her. Probably the PMA didn't work because you need others to help you keep it up, so here I am going to help you the same way you helped me so much when I needed it most....I know this is not my field, it is yours, but I will try...repeat with me....MY BABY IS HEALTHY AND HE/SHE NEEDS ME.....MY BABY IS HEALTHY AND HE/SHE NEEDS ME......MY BABY IS HEALTHY AND HE/SHE NEEDS ME.....say it as many times as you can, you will feel better!!!!.......I really wish I could do more, but I hope this is enough....So what did your RE say about this?.....
I wish you the best for this new year, it will be your best year since you are going to have your precious baby, so keep your PMA high!!!

I wish you all of you girls the best HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!

Vicky77 - You are so very sweet! I love your attitude! I pray 2007 is your best year.

Angellica - I am so very sorry for your situation. However, you still have one little one to care for. As far as there being a dead one in there, your body will take care of it. I do agree the doctors should let nature handle it. Often when doctors intervine, it can have devasating results. Your body knows what to do and will do what it takes to care for the living baby. God Bless you and DH

Ellicat - I am very excited about the murals. I have always been into color and this is just another excuse for me to do it. I hope you enjoyed your New Years celebration. Everyone does it their own way!

Buckeye - I have seen Babies R Us frog set. However it has small peices that can come off with a baby's normal wear. I did find one similar only without the little pieces at Burlington Baby Depot. I think that will be the on I get. the link is: http://www.burlingtoncoatfactory.com/IW ... n_Id=45942
I prefer this one because it has patches of different types of cloths with different textures to keep baby busy.

Nictor - Thank you for asking. My uncle is doing well. He spent the Christmas to New Years holidays with my parents and his families. He is recovering as best as possible from the heart surgery and infection, but they have not decided what they will do for him with the cancer. Regardless, his time is limited. However, he told me on the phone that he is going to hang on and meet the newest addition and that I will get to go fishing with him one more time. I truely pray this will happen and I know he will try. I love him so much and I cannot wait for the baby to get here so I can drive to Florida. I talk to him every week and he is sounding better everytime. I think God will do whatever is right for my uncle. I hope that he will not suffer too much even if it means I do not make it to say good-bye.

Crasmus - I am very glad to hear your appointment went well. It will be a great relief when you have the level II. Are you going to find out what the baby is?

As for us, we just got home from the hospital again. On Friday, I started having very sharp pains from the groin up into my lower abdomen. I treated as round ligament pain, but it continued throughout Saturday. I finally caved and went in this afternoon. They did a whole bunch of tests and u/s. They did not find the cause, but gave me some pain meds to take the edge off so I can get some rest. I have an appointment on Tuesday with my OB/GYN to follow up and possibly find out what we can do. At least we got to see the baby again and it was sucking it's thumb! S/he is measuring at 15 weeks (about 3 days ahead) and does not show any distress over the pains I am having. We came home and lit some fireworks with the boys and now we are settling down for some sleep. Happy New Years everyone!

Thanks to everyone.........all I can do now is pray I suppose, but it hasn't helped me yet!! I know in my heart I will eventually be fine, I just cannot believe what has happened, thank you all for your words of encouragement and advice on the forum and those that have pm'd me.....it is just bl**dy pants at the moment, today I have some quite bad pain and am just sitting here wondering if this is it....I am scared to move or go out as I may just bleed everywhere or I may not bleed at all...my next scan is the 19th Jan, an eternity away.................

Thanks again you all made me cry but I am so grateful to have you.....

apologies for the copy and paste I am off to bed now....

Angellica,

I am so sorry for your loss. You must be devestated. Please try to stay positive for your other little one. Get as much rest as possible and if Jan 19th is too far away call your Dr. and see if you can make an earlier appointment. I know you are lacking in PMA now but we will send you and your little one all the PMA that you will need. If you need to vent or cry just log on we are all here for you.

You and your family are in my prayers.

Angellica i am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know it must seem difficult but trying to remain positive for your healthy baby will help to keep you both well. You will always have your little angel looking out for you and their sister/ brother. I am sure your doctors are right in letting nature take its course and if they had any concerns they would have made your next scan sooner. I am sorry for you pain and discomfort today and will send you some healing to help you.

Angelica...I am so so sorry. I can't even imagine how painful this must be for you. It sucks how after all you've done to get these babies, that it can't just be a simpe normal pregnancy, huh? I don't blame you at all if you are ticked off right now.

However, the gals are right. If there's one thing I learned through my IVF procedure, is that positivity and mental outlook have such an effect. Your little one inside of you needs that PMA now...even if you don't feel you have it in you. Keep praying. I'll be praying right along side you. Take it easy and sleep as much as you can right now. You've been through a lot.

Take care!
