Ooooh last post in 2006 for me! It's a sweet thought, for as many of you keep saying, 2007 is associated with baby bellies! My sister and her boyfriend are leaving tonight; my husband and I will celebrate alone and we're quite glad we will! I've been working a lot lately, and we've been visiting/visited a lot during the holidays, too, so it will really be great to be just the two of us... with the little furry ones! I'll soon put a nice duck roast in the oven with ginger, garlic and soy sauce, and add potatoes, zucchinis, mushrooms and green pepper 15 minutes before it's done. We'll also have a nice salad with hot goat cheese before the main course. And champagne at midnight, of course!
Aaaah... the simple pleasures are the best, don't you think? I love him so much!
Jodic: Congrats on starting the stimming tomorrow! Sorry if I missed it in the previous posts.. but how long do you plan to be stimming? Go girl, you're right there!

If we're not rid of AF for 10 months, at least we'll be rid of her a little longer than usual! And yes, it's coming fast, Lupron will start soon. Still anxious to see how I'll react to the meds. The self-injection, not that much. If I can wax myself and pluck my eyebrows, and do hard hard work in flamenco (dance is about suffering sometimes, too), I can manage needles fine. Still at the same time, the process seems so slow! But I'm still in full PMA mode. What about you sweetie?
Jackie Sorry to hear that you're so bloated... I guess good old Beano won't help, for the bloating isn't at the same place... I home my remaining adherences won't hurt too much when it's my turn to bloat. Bec made me notice that we're doing accu? That's great! What's been your experience so far? What advice did you receive? Why did you mention femoral massage, how does that help accu?
lara312 Sorry to hear about your cold from hell! Believe me, I sympathise. Today is my first day without Claritin Cold and Sinus Extra Strength since the 25th!! If you can, try putting a few drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in your bath or on the electric heaters in your bedroom... it will help with the congestion.
lisag Scan on the 17th? Poor thing, that must seem AGES away, especially that you only have an HPT to rely on! You must be so excited and anxious at the same time! How many embies did you have transfered? Any chance of multiples? And I'd really like to see a nice preggie banner in your signature! Try

bec, it's always a pleasure to have news! And see your ticker! Thanks for talking about accu. I did a little search for serious studies before I made an appointment. It does seem useful. It still needs more studies, but those that exist for IVF seem very promising. My DH also has a better attitude towards it and does not mind; it can't hurt. And by the way, I LOVE that you erased "the past" in your signature; you're all about the future, and that's amazing sweetie!
charlie baby bellies is the word for 2007! woohoo! And I'm also delighted to see that we're both exactly the same age even if our medical conditions differ greatly! My DH is 36, though.

Ange, glad to hear from you again! *hugs* You seem ready to get right back on the saddle and I'm like the others; I admire your courage to try right away again. I'm with you and you reassure me a LOT that trying right away again is possible; I would probably want to try again quickly too if I were in your situation. And yes, I guess we're slowly mutating to a Jan/Feb thread; my 2ww will start at the very end of January, so...
meg thanks for your answer! Don't worry, I'm not mad at my panties (lol!), I was just intrigued. I've been on about 5 differend brands of BCP over 7 years in the past, and I never did any spotting. Even on the lower doses like Alesse. I'm still convinced it's the fact I started that BCP on my day 2 and not on day 5 like when you use the BCP "normally". Bah, it's almost gone now, and I'm sure Lupron will completely kill it.
