thanks gals for the kind welcome. It's good to know that I'm not the only one that worries. I was a worry wart even before so now, with all of the hormones that are raging, I'm worse. And crying? I cry at everything right now. Sometimes I laugh at myself for even crying. If I don't get ahold of myself, my DH is going lock me up... :)

Do any of you already have children/a child? I have a 5 year old that took us about 11 years of trying to have her. She's my miracle baby. I had a pituitary tumor removed and I got pg with her 4 months later. She is so precious. She is the reason we pursued IVF. She overheard me and DH talking one night about adoption and I had mentioned how expensive it was to adopt. So, a few minutes later, my DD brought me her piggy bank and said that she thought she had enough to help get a sissy. I was in tears. Anyway, here we are now. She gave me that extra push to see a fertility doc. Sorry for the long story. I just felt like sharing. They are SO PRECIOUS! and will always melt your heart...

Hey girls, I just wanted to pop in and say hi.

Racheal, congratulations on your little girl!!!!, that is so great, and the fact that everything is going so great, congratulations again!!!!

Jovigal, first of, congrats, so glad to see you on this side of the boards!!!!. Your story with your little angel made me cry, she is so sweet, you are a lucky girl!!!!!

Colleen, good luck with your 3hr glucose tolerance test, I hope everything turns out to be ok..........

Everyone, I always read you girls, and see how you are doing!!

I am getting ready for my FET, did a ovulation test yesterday (almost 2 weeks after D&C) and it was positive, do you think it might be a false positive??, I hope not, it would be great if it is positive, so things would be moving right along. Now I am trying to lose some weight, so I can start next cycle with some pounds off since I gain some weight with the prior cycle.....

Hope eveybody is doing great!!!!!

Hi everyone

I am better today, my usual sickening positive self.. these blinking xmas hats need removing now though! :D :D

How is everyone great I hope?

I went back to work today and opened the shop, when we got in this morning the whole place had flooded, it was filthy! I could have cried Jesus may have walked on bloody water but my stone angels didn't! ruined! luckily my DH was with me he stayed with me all day to make sure I was OK...ahhh..he is so sweet has done everything from housework to washing and cooking I am so lucky!

Jovigal - I am with you on the crying thing a few weeks ago I was at the vets with my 8 stone French Mastiff puppy (who is my baby) and a couple who sat next to me had a small plastic cat carrier next to them we got chatting and they saw me peeking in the cage, I couldn't fathom out what it was, the chap seeing my confusion said 'It's a pig' I just sat there and cried, a tiny little 10 wk old piglet it was sooooo cute I just cried everyone was just staring at me! they went in 1st and I just said that they could not leave that room without that pig as it would probably push over me over the edge...when I got home  and told my DH I cried again, it was hilarious!

I had every intention to do personals but my Haan Dazs is melting so I am off, love and thoughts are with you all .......

Angellica- I'm so glad to hear your doing better today... however I'm super sorry to hear about your shop. Thankfully your DH was with you to help.... he sounds like a gem. I also hear ya about the whole crying thing. I was watching college football last night (Orange Bowl) and they had Muhammed Ali come out as a honorary team captain. When I saw him I burst in to tears... my DH just sat there and laughed at me. I cry at the silliest things!

Good Morning Girls!

Angellica - I am so very sorry about your shop! On the better side, I am thrilled you are feeling better. Don't you have an U/S coming up?

Thook - I am with all of you on the crying. I cried while watching the funeral of former president Gerald Ford, and then I cried when my son came into the room and asked to kiss his sister! I am seem to fall apart very easily these days. It must be all the girl hormones!

Vicky77 - I am really glad to hear you have ovulated! This means you should get you AF in the next 14 days or so! I am praying we will see you on this side again soon!

Jovigal - Welcome! I have two children already. My oldest is 10 and my youngest is six. Our boys were asked about whether or not they wanted to try and have another baby before my DH and I made the final decision. They have been a source of great help during this whole thing. The boys are happy they are going to have a little sister, though they were shocked when the tech told us.

Nictor - How are you? You gave everyone a little time, but you forgot to tell us how you are! I hope you had a grand New Year and a Merry Christmas!

Buckeye - Yes I had really bad endo. It runs in my family. My mother was 29 when they did the hysto. and my sister is about to undergo one at the age of 27. Mine was not as bad as theirs because of my spaced pregnancies. My sister has never been pregnant and my mother had only two when she was 18/19. My OB thinks that this pregnancy will reverse most of the lessions and will give a few years repreive. This is great since I am already pre-menopausal and should only have 5-10 more years of AFs anyway. I do not think the pain is normal in that my previous pregnancies, I also had the endo and did not have the pain. I am more inclined to believe that my last C-Section is to blame. I had a very long and difficult recovery from it and I know there was a lot of scar tissue.

Crasmus - I have postponed the painting until I am feeling better. Unfortunately, I have returned to school and work is back in full swing, but I know I can squeeze it in there somewhere. I did manage to get the layout drawn on the walls and have done all the spackling in preparation. Maybe I can work on it this weekend. Oh, I forgot, I have a Cub Scout meeting Saturday and a paper due Monday. Oh well, I will just have to wait!

Cowgirl - I believe you have an U/S soon as well. I know you do not want to find out, but you better hope hubby remains firm. Mine was so obvious even though he wasn't going to tell me. I hope all is well with you!

For those I have missed, I am sorry. As for us, we are doing okay. The pains seem to get worse the more tired I am so I have been trying to rest as much as possible. I have a check up in three weeks and will be hoping the pains subside by then. Otherwise, hubby and I are playing the name game and never agreeing on anything. If we are lucky we will have a name picked by the big day.

Racheal.... glad to hear things are going well for you. Try to get as much rest as you possibly can. You need it and the baby needs it too.... I hear ya on names. We have narrowed our names down to 10 (5 girls & 5 boys). That's out of a book of 100,000 (I guess you can say we're picky). Good luck....

Hope everyone has a great day today!

Jovigal--Your story made me tear up! Your daughter sounds sooo precious. It reminds me of when I was that age. My mom had really bad endo and couldn't get pregnant, but I wanted a sibling soo bad. I would have done anything to help my folks! They were on a list to adopt a baby, and voila! They miraculously got preggers with my sister. God works in really mysterious ways. My sister's now 22, and she constantly reminds us of what a "miracle" she was! As for my story, I have no children yet. These twins will be my first and second!

vicky--Good luck to you! I've never done a FET, so I'm not sure of the protocol. I'm praying for you!

angelica--Oh dear, I don't blame you at all for crying! After all you've been through...then to have your shop flooded. argh! Just be sure to take it easy on yourself....your little one needs some of that energy.

racheal--Isn't endo just a @#$#? I feel bad for your sister, though. That is so young to undergo a hysterectomy. I never had anything beyond stage 2, but that was enough pain for me. I guess I should consider myself very lucky. Oh, and how ironic that pregnancy is supposed to help with endo....yet so many women with endo can't get preggers? What's up with that? :( Oh, and I TOTALLY cried watching a news report about the FORD funeral....it was only a little 1 minute news clip, but it was enough to send me over!

Thook--I just bought the 100,000 baby names book yesterday! Yikes! I didn't realize what I was getting myself into.....we have a few possibilities, although we can't seem to agree. Go figure...Plus, we dont' think we're going to find out the sex of either baby. That means we need at least 2 boy names and 2 girl names. This should be fun!

Hope everyone else is well! We're actually heading out to Arizona tomorrow for the big Ohio State football game. We're huge fans, and we'd love to see the Buckeyes beat the GAtors (sorry to you gals in FLA!). It'll be a long flight, but I've already been given very strict instructions from my OB....water water water, walk walk walk, stretch stretch stretch.....

Talk to you when I get back!

Buckeyegal- I was going to ask you if you were going to cheer on Ohio State, but that seems like a silly question now that your going to the game. I so wish we were going to the game too.... I actually sent winners to the game through a Frito Lay Sweepstakes my company was doing. I work for a Marketing Company and we do all of the sweepstakes.... We actually had extra tickets but we needed to send them back to the client.... bummer.

Have fun and follow your doctors orders.

hi there girls... hope that everyone is having a good day!!!

Kim- have fun at the game and i know that you will follow your water water water, walk walk walk, and stretch stretch stretch... and most of all i hope that you have fun!!! as far as the glucose thing, most people are not tested until week 24-28, but i was on metformin, which is a diabetic drug sometimes used on PCOS patients to help with hormone balance and ovulation my doc wanted to test early... you will should have the test done week 24-28.. here is a link if you want more info http://www.babycenter.com/refcap/1483.html

Tasha- you are doing good on the name thing if you are down to 10.... i think that we are still over the 10 for each boy and girl names.. You are going to find boy or girl out if you can right?? When is your US??

Vicky- glad that you are doing good and hope that your FET will make your dreams come true!!!

angellica- soory to hear about the shop. sounds like DH is great!! hope that you are hanging in there...

rachael-rest up to keep the pain away.... i'm parying that it goes away sooner then later... sounds like you are really busy.. how do you find the energy?? you must just want to collapse at the end of the day!!

jovigal-as for my crying, it has gotten better, but i was there for awhile crying at just about anything...as for kids i have 2 boys age 5 1/2 and almost 3.. both of which were ivf babies and we were trying 5 years before we had our oldest.. we have had so many ivf cycles and other infertility trestment before that... so to us they both, and now this one too are our little miracles!!! your DD sounds so cute and sweet!!!

as for us... we are ok... i am going to do a 3 hour glucose tolerance test tomorrow...yuck... i need to fast then they take blood, then i drink a solution that is like REALLY sweet soda, then they take blood after 1 hour, 2 hour and 3 hours.... so i'm there for 3 hours and i can not drink or eat anytihng from 10:00 tonight until the test is over close to noon tomorrow... no water or anything!! So i'm giving blood 4 times tomorrow... good think it doesn't bother me...

BP is still doing good, and counting down the days until the US.. only 15 days!!!

take care everyone...

Colleen- I too was on metformin, but my doctor hasn't ordered the glucose early for me (although every doctor is different). Yeah we're going to try and find out what sex the baby is... if it cooperates. Our scan is scheduled for next Wednesday Jan. 10th @ 6:30pm.... I hope we can find out... if so I'm going shopping that weekend at Babies-R-Us w/ my Mom & Sister. Actually we're going there no matter what for a special event they are having about baby showers.... should be fun! Well good luck at your test tomorrow.... we'll be thinking of you and hoping your numbers come out good. Keep us posted when you get the results.

Take Care-
