Nicola- glad to hear your doing well... yeah i have to agree with you (the time has really flown by for me too).

Hope everyone has a great night!

Tonia - I'm SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! I had a good feeling about you this time even though your numbers were low at first. So, any pg symptoms yet?

Jeck - He is adorable!!!! I hope you get to be with him soon!

Nicola - Happy 9 weeks today! Are you beginning to show now?

Crasmus - How did your glucose test go today? Did the solution make you sick? I remember drinking it when I was pg last time and it was horrible but tolerable.

Buckeygal - I hope you have fun on your trip. So, what are the guidelines with flying while pg? I have a credit with Delta that I need to use by July or I loose the money. Will it be safe for me to fly in the spring?

Jordan22 Welcome to the other side! We will say a prayer for you that you get to stay :-)

Jeck I am so happy for you! I hope ALL your dreams come true with the new family!

Hope everyone else is doing well! :-)

As for me I had my 16 week check up and all is going well. Good BP, Good Weight gain and Good HB. :-) Hey how much have your OB told you is a good amount to gain in the 4-6 months. My OB said 3 pounds a month. I gained 3.4 which I think is darn good for holiday times :-) I go in at the end of the month for my level II US and that takes the place of my 20 week check up, so I don't have another scheduled appt. for 8 weeks. :-\

Well wanted to stop in and say hello and wish everyone well.
Take care,
Cowgirl

Cowgirl- Glad to hear that your 16 week appointment went well. And gaining 3.4 pounds sounds perfect to me... However, I have only gained 2 pounds thus far. I actually lost weight on my last appointment.... however I'm sure that will change soon.

cowgirl- wow what a wait... will you find out the level II results when you have the scan... otherwise that's a really long wait.... some places make you wait, others tell you right there.... i'm glad that i get to find out the level II results when i have the scan... my scan is the 19th.... two weeks :D :D :D glad that you are doing good, and everything is a-ok... weight fain is different... my book says by week 17 it's usually a 5-10 lb gain... i'm not normal, i usually gain VERY little if any during my pregnancy.. i'm down 1.5 lbs..

jordan- congrats and hoping you have a healthy pregnancy

jeck- what a cutie

nicola- hope you are feeling well, less crying?? i think that the worry gets less (just a little) at the 12 week mark... for me i feel better when i can feel the baby move... good luck, and hoping time goes really fast, but remember to enjoy this time!!

tasha-are you feeling the baby yet... i know it's your first so it takes longer... i think i was close to 20 weeks when i felt it with my first, but it is so magicial i cann't wait for you to feel it...

nance- good to hear from you... hope that you and your little one are doing well... take some time to relax!!

as for us, i had the glucose test this AM, 4 blood draws in 3 hours... and i was so hungry your could hear my stomach in the next room... i got to drink the nasty sugar drink- this drink was worse then the first drink i had to take, twice as much sugar!!! and after a few minutes my stomach was a little upset...after i finished the 3 hours and had a whole bottle of water in about a minute... in the car before i drove off... they shouldn't make pregnant women do those sorts of things!!! we'll get the results on monday.. i hoping that it's nothing to worry about

hope to chill out this weekend and clean house... take down all the decorations that i fell like i just put up... oh, well... hope that everyone has a great day/weekend!!!

Colleen- No I still haven't felt anything... or least I don't I have. I'm really not sure what it is supposed to feel like anyway. Some people have told me a flutter and some people have said it feels like gas. Well I have had gas pains, but I'm not sure if this is the baby moving or not. I can't wait for our ultrasound next week so I can see the little one moving.... we haven't had a scan since we were 9 weeks. Also glad to hear that your test today went ok... you poor thing. Hopefully the results will come back good.

Cowgirl- Yeah I can't believe I'll be 18 weeks next Monday... time seems to be flying by.

Take Care Everyone,
Tasha
