 Hi Walshy - You sound very positive and ready for any new challenges that come your way---you go girl.
I am always wondering why we can't put more than 2 embies back in, the Americans seem to do it and although i know there are risks of multiple births and complications i reckon its our body and embies so we should be able to choose--right? Anyway me personally, i would put 2 back then there is more chance of it working. Two can't be sooo bad or all the other docs in the world wouldn't be doing it. You go with what you feel is best
Great to hear you are sticking to your healthy eating. I have had to stop running just now because of my flu and i feel like a lazy slug. Went back to the Dr yesterday and they delivered the lovely news that i now have a chest infection---told them that last week but they wouldn't listen  . Was due back at work today but am staying off, will dope myself up with antibiotics and maybe go in tomorrow.
Ok off to chill out

Thinking of you all

Love Jen x

Greetings from the desert...my dearest Octopals... I won't be long as I am not sure how long I have until this internet connection starts to fail...
Having serious computer problems here and can't really deal with them until I am a completely mobile

Firstly, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you wonderful people... let's hope it's our year this time! We've been waiting long enough!

Secondly... waiting for news of little Faith... can't believe she is here already... oh Steph hope you're enjoying every moment of it

Thirdly... going for my test on 8 January...of course DH is not around and only gets in on the morning of 9th.... but don't have a feeling that it is a BFP. I am not being negative...but this is not how it felt when I did get a BFP so just putting 2 and 2 together really. It's strange I feel sad already...but mostly I feel angry because I don't understand why I have to do exactly for this to work...

Fourthly...I hope you are all well... Walshy..you sound like you're back to your usual happy self; it's great to hear  you're positive and rearing to go! Lola...hope you have had fab holidays and some much needed TLC  ... Jen, poor thing, get well soon, thank you for your constant support.

MUCH love to you all.....

Littles

Hey there Octogals...but mainly Jen as you are the one logged in

Hope you are feeling better by the way... sniffles and headache have been banished to another planet

Well, big day is tomorrow...but not really a big day as I am nearly 95% sure that I am getting a BFN...I have decided to do a HPT tomorrow morning early and then have my blood test. It's crazy but at my clinic they make you do a HPT and also have a blood test. Well, I have decided that it's my body and I will do the HPT myself and they can do only the blood test  I want some control too

Anyway, this week has gone very quickly...so I can't complain...
DH is away as usual for the results so will have to wait 24hrs before he's home to let the waterworks kick into full swing

I have decided that the next FET will be in March if all goes well. We have holidays in February and we want to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and his Bday so I don't want a FET messing with our plans

Sorry to not be in better spirits....

Much love to you all,

Littles

Ms Littles I feel so sad today for you that again nature has dealt you a bad card. Why do we continue to get bad results. I wish I could fly to Dubai to give you a massive hug... bettter still you fly to Oz with your DH and then I can give you a hug. This just sucks. KNow that I am thinking of you and really hope that your next cycle will be the one for you as you deserve this we all do.....

Jen you are such a great support to everyone on here. My computer was having problems and so I couldn't get on as much but wanted to. I hope your feeling better from your dreaded flu. So what is new with you? Any house things on the horizan and also when are you cycling again?

Lola when are you back or do you have to hire a private jet to get all the stuff you brought back over.

Steph and Camilla I hope your having fun with your little darlings...

As for me AF showed up on Monday so I am on day 3 of injections and this time syranel YUK. I didn't do it last time. I just finished with a new accupuncturist (the other one was great but too far away). I got a little emotional when I was trying to relax being all sad that I have to go through this again and that I may never give my DH a baby  but I will and this time damn it it will work.... I order it.

OK talk to you all soon......from Walshy.

 Hi girlies

Walshy - thanks for your kind words but i'm just doing what you guys do for me  You sound great, well done babe, you can keep us all motivated. Hows the healthy eating going? I had to stop running because of my chest infection but my antibiotics finished today so i will start again on Fri. I lost some weight when i was ill though----need another bought of flu
It's great to hear from you and fab news about your cycle. I was also on syranel for all my cycles but this time i have to go on an ovulation kit then hrt tablets before the injections--hopefully will get me some more eggs. I don't know if i will do acup this time round??????

Littles - Glad you have your mum with you for some company and hugs. When is dh back and for how long? You take time to get pampered

Loops - Where are you hun? We understand if you need some time out but just log on once and let us know you are ok

Steph - Hope your enjoying being a mum and Faith is doing well. We need photos of you BOTH now.

Camilla - Nice to hear from you, thanks for checking on us. Hope everything is going well for you.

Well i had some rumbles in the old tum department today and think af will be here in the next week. Starting to get a bit panicky about this cycle as its all so new and looks so complicated. The ovulation kit looks like double dutch and the tablets have different days and different colours--------oh to be able to S@@g and wait 9 months, wouldn't it be such bliss

Ok am back to work today so must dash

Hi Girls!!!
I feel as I have been away a lifetime.... Faith Caroline is here and absolutely gorgeous!!!! I was expecting newborn ugly.. but she is a dollbaby if I ever saw one. She was born on the 3rd at 8:21am... 6 pounds 11 oz, 18 inches long. A peanut! The c-section went very well, we have the video to prove it. The recovery was no harder than all those lap surgerys for endo... every doctor that came into the room asked me why I was out of bed already. I guess us infertilty chicks are tougher than the rest! When they put in my iv they asked if I was ok with needles... that gave us quite a chuckle. I am enjoying and appreciating every moment with miracle baby.. the same way that you girls will.

Littles- so very soory for yur bfn.

Walshy- luck sweets!

Jen- hey girlie- very proud of you for keeping the thread going... good we aren't counting on Miss Loo for that... speaking of which..

Lo-la-la-la, you have been away a lifetime! how are you?
Gotta jet,
luvs to all!

 Hey Steph, welcome back and congrats on little Faith, knew she would be a beauty. You enjoy every second, us infertility chicks deserve every second when it works.

Loops - Get back her now, your missed.

Littles - Hope the visit with mum went well and you are chilling out and getting spoilt. Was pleased to see you are bouncing back for a cycle in March.

Walshy - How you doing. Whats going on with af?? Any dates yet??

Me - Well af is playing games with me. I am usually spot on time but after some rumbles in the tum i thought it was due but nothing yet.
So will end on good news for a change. Do you remember after my last cycle i called my own Dr to ask for help with the funding, she had said it wasn't possible before but i though i would chance my luck and ask again. Anyway she called back last night and said she would fund the drugs even though she will get her knuckles wrapped. She feels as this may be my last try its worth the hassle. She is fab. So now at least we get £8oo off the bill and only have to pay just over £2000. Finally some positive news eh.

Slept really badly last night and am working at 2.30 today. Got up saw the rain and black clouds, was so pleased i couldn't go running and am going back to bed for an hour---i NEVER do this but what the hell got to live dangerously sometime eh

Take it easy buds

 Hi Buds

Just to let you know that AF arrived yesterday, spooky as i had just written about it. So i start my ovulation kit on the 21st and its all go from there. Round 4 ding, don't know how i feel about this cycle though as it might be our last if we dont get a good response with the eggs, so keep everything crossed for me.
Ok off to do a sleepover at work so catch up tomorrow
