Hey Susette,
I could not believe how warm it was. My son who is 6 was outside all day on Saturday then on Sunday I brought him to my friends house to play with her son and they played outside. It was nice, my son loves to be outside so the normal New England winter weather is tough because I dont like him outside too long as it gets so cold.

I am actually on Lupron now. I started lupron on the 4th and I am starting Follistim possibly on the 17th. My husband is doing my injections. I feel that he should have to do something in this process so that he feels he helped create the babies home! Lupron is not bad at all. I have had no side effects at all and the injections dont hurt one bit. I am hoping the follstim is the same. Good luck with your cycle as well!

I have a question for anyone who has the answer. Is it OK to do all injections in your stomach area? I am doing my lupron injections there and I am planing to do my follistim injections there as well. I figure that it is working out well with no pain so I might as well continue. Please let me know if I should be switching it up for belly to leg to arm!

Aunty- Good luck today at your meeting!! I know everything is going to be fine!

Bec- How you feeling? You have every right to be tired and I hear you about the dreams. I remember when I was pregnant with my son! I dont know what your mind is thinking when you are pregnant! But man the things you think of!

Going back to work now! Write to you all later.

BABY DUST TO ALL!
Erin

Hi Girls, I know I have dropped off the face of the earth. SO MUCH going on over the last few weeks with the Holidays and all. I'm still in cycle, although they have bumped me back a little out of the Dec/Jan cycle. I think I had told you that. My baseline is Feb 2nd, and I'll probably be starting bc with my next AF around Jan 20th. I have so much to catch up on, I'll start reading all the messages and get back with you all. EEK! There are so many new things. Congrats to all the BFP! If you remember my last post (ages ago) I had to drop more weight, as they lowered the bmi for IVF at my clinic. I had 16 to drop by Feb 1st. I'm still 6 away. It's killing me. I eat well, literally go to the gym every single day, and this morning I got up and had gained a lb this week. AHHHH! I wanted to scream. I have to lose the 6lbs, or my cycle will be cancelled. I don't know what else to do other than starvation. I didn't think it would be this hard. I was tight on my last cycle, as I had to drop 6. I was down to the last lb on retrieval day. I barley made it. Then they dropped the BMI, and I have 16 more for this cycle. Good Grief. They're killing me. Anyone ever heard of this??? I promise I will catch up on everyone, and stay more in touch now. Janice

Erin when I went to my injections class my nurse said it was ok to do all of the injections on the stomach (except od course the progeserone). She said that if the one spot gets too tender just switch to the other side. Hope that helps, GL to you!!!!!

Aunty OHHHHHH GL to you today I know that it will all be just fine, but sending big hugs to make double sure!

As for me DH and I talked and we may try again at the end of this month, but it will all depend on how my MIL is doing at the time. Thankfuly she is was released from the hospital a few days ago, but she has to be in a rehibilitation place indefinatly. Since she has MS she cannot feel (pain) like we can so she can't always tell if she is injured and since she is a wheel chair my FIL cannot continue to be her sole caregiver any longer. So I am praying for her speedy recovery. I hope to rejoin you all soon, but until then I AM WATCHING YOU ALL!!!!!!!! :o

Hey Jemima- good to hear from you!!!! My levels were a little high for a singleton and there a chance of a multiple, but honestly my gut nstinct is I have one little peanut in me! but we'll see! my SIL level was low 100 and she had triplets? so I guess you never know!

Haylie hang in there- I was so tired downregging too. asleep by 7:30 some night yikes! all worth it in the end!

Sophie- hey girlie! ahhh it isn't too bad, i figure i will have my time to really complain later on! yeah the dreams are wacky, mostly having to do with work situations and people trying to break into my house and weird!!!! VERY ACTIVE IMAGINATION!
hope your day goes fast!

Suzette- HEYYYYYYYYYYYYY
ahh best of luck to you too my sweet~! so far got a bit of morning sickness, tired, a bit moody at times hehehehe! But doing awesome so far! very eager to go thursday! woohoo!!!!! LOVING the weather, but not today, a rainy new england day makes you want to stay in bed!

Erin you agree!!!! rain rain go away!
on the injections. I did all of mine in my belly, somedays better than others but follistim was ok! . cool little pen!

BWHD- hey long time girlie! great job on the weight loss, so strange your clinic is so strict, but I have heard of it before. my cousin is overweight and they made her lose weight before IVF because of the decrease in chance of success and because the increase of risk during ER. but she also has Blood pressure issues????

Rachel- yup any excuse for a nap!!!!!!!!!!

TC- my heart is with you!

Aunty- rock on today!
love bec

Hi Ladies,

All went well today. I will start stimming on Wednesday, so my tentative dates are EC Monday 22nd and ET Thursday 25th, subject to all been well and working. Heres hoping I don't get OHSS this time. Although I felt ok last time considering my E2 was slightly under 22,000 by the time I had EC. Fingers crossed my daddy and my recently deceased daddy in law will bless us this time. My FSH was great at 5.3 so who knows.

Emma....you go girl...grow follies grow.....

Aunty.... Dying to hear how you got on today...

JackieG...Sorry about the cancelled cycle hunny...big hugs..

Jemima... Well done on the weight loss...good for you...I have been dieting(eating sensibly) and gyming like mad and I'm steadily losing 2-3lbs per week. I'm hoping I can keep this up.

Good luck to everyone else...I honestly can't keep up ladies...such a busy thread...

Bec I was just thinking that! LOL It goes so much faster then we would like, right up until you hit the 8 month mark. Then it's like going in slow motion! Murphy's law, fly by the good and cool stuff but crawl through the uncomfortable stages! I am so excited for you!

Bec- Yes really a rainy day in New england... i hate rain prefer Snow believe it!! at least it looks nicer..:) , Well i cannot wait to really get downreggin and hoping for the Best really , i really want this to work , and hopefully get a girly, girly..... When i was pregnant of my son i didn't vomit once.... i was just very sleepy mainly on the first 3 months it was work coming home and couch!! till hubby was getting home in the pm... si i hear ya on that one!!! rest all that you can because when that or those little ones come the will be no rest!!! :)....

I hope everything continues to be good thru the whole pregnancy it is an amazing feeling , i used to love dressing cute with my hugebelly i'm barely 5' and i couldn't hardly drive by my 8 month because my belly won't fit between the stiring wheel and my seat since i'm short need to be close to reach gas and breaks, also on Friendly on the booth area no way needed a table with regular chairs that's how big i was with my son..:)

Well keep us update it on everything !!!
Love

Ok Bec well technically you can get out of shoveling next year too, since you will have new little one(s) to tend to; and at that age they will be doing all sorts of new things so you won't want to blink! LOL
I know what you mean about loving Murphy on a few things and this is definatly one of them. Just try to remember that when you are 8 1/2 months along and want nothing more then to see your feet again!
