I took a home test this morning at is was clearly negative. No faint line at all. Offically I take my blood test in two days. Has anyone ended up being surprised with a positive result after a negative at home?
Pray! God works miracles. Matt 17:20. The difference is you get a blood test at the facility and not a pee test. My first daughter, it took 2 months before my results came up positive and hubby was in Korea. Faith and will power have its place. I join in prayer with you for success.

Yes - I took an hpt 8dp3dt and got negative on FRER. The next day I got a faint positive on the same test and a couple of days later had a positive beta. Good luck!
I don't want to build up your hopes only to have them dashed but stay positive!
I've heard of several occasions where the home test (urine) says negative only to have a clinic test (blood) return a positive. It's all in the hormones Frankly, you'd do well to save the money for the home test kit as your hormones will be all over the place after IVF/ICSI treatment anyway and a urine test will be no use!
yes, when i was last pregnant, i tested negative till the day of my blood test,, so yes, is the answer

Thanks all to your responses. I ended up with a Chemical Pregnany, my HCG levels were extremely low, didn't double and then dropped. This is why the test result didn't register positive.
I'm looking towards the future and trying again.
All the best.
