Just Curious - Kicking

Post by cowgirlclass »

I was wondering how many weeks PG you were before you started feeling fetal movement everyday? I am 17 weeks and I feel movement but not everyday. I know this is normal but I was just wondering when the movement get "regular". What about DH being able to feel?

Thanks Ladies!

cowgirl i'm right there with you and feel the same kicking as you.... there are times that i lay there waiting and waiting for the kick.... with my last pregnancy it was about 18 1/2 weeks that i started feeling it a lot more, and really did not have to consintrate on trying to feel the movements...

as for DH... he felt one or two at 22 weeks but it was later for feeling a lot of them.... he also said that he thought that it would be a lot stronger in the begining... as he said it was just a litle movement... i guess from the inside it felt a lot stronger..

take care!!!

I felt the first little kicks around the time you are now, but not often. I really started to feel them regularly on a schedule at about 22 weeks and DH felt them at about 24-25 weeks. I am a big girl though and have a little (well a lot) of fat on top of my belly, if I were a little thinner, he may have felt it sooner. Hope this helps.
