Hi all Vicki on my last ivf they started me on less drugs and it took longer to get some good follies, this time they started straight off on 225. Good luck for Friday hope everything goes well. Beckyam that is why we are all here a bit (lot) mad in our own way and good support to each other as we all understand. I feel really pleased for friends/family but the why me? and the green eyed monster can't help rear its ugly head. Take care x Julie hope your neck is okay - good luck for Wednesday. Lisa how is the start of your 2ww? okay I hope. I have been for e/c today,I am using a different clinic and it was so different to last time. I was awake throughout so a bit painful. They kept me in for 3 hours after but I couldn't go to sleep. Will have to have an early night as been up since 5 this morning. They got 10 eggs and I have to ring tomorrow morning to see how they are. Gem, Lorraine, Loopylou and Frances hope you are okay and Dolly good luck for Friday. Hayley how are you?? Hi guys Sorry about the rant yesterday. bad day. feeling much better today and am even sitting here with a picture of my new nephew. thankfully have finally been given the go-ahead for the Profasi injection tonight after 4 days of coasting so ec will be on Friday am -halloween!!(at 7:00 am !!! have to get up at 4:30 to drive into London!!) thanks for all your support guys. only thing I'll have to remember tonight is NOT to sniff!! it's become such a habit now as have been sniffing for 5 weeks!!! Lisa C- glad ec went well and good luck for tomorrow. keep us posted. vicki - very relieved that you are still in the running. am keeping fingers crossed for you for Friday. hopefully with the increased dosage will have boosted the ovaries into production mode. frances and Lisa P- good luck on your 2ww. aly - hopefully we'll be on 2ww together. traci - how's it going? to everyone else stimming and injecting - best of luck.beckym xxx

Hi everyone Beckym I'm so glad your ec will go ahead on weds I'l be thinking of you. Lisa C glad ec went ok brill news on 10 eggs,let us know how it goes tomorrow. Ambar how are you have you ovulated yet? Everyone else sorry for not naming you all but I hope everything is ok? We will get a call from clinic at 10am to let us know how the embryos are then we should be going in at dinnertime for fet!! Speak to you all tomorrow Love Gemxx

Hi Guys Still waiting to ovulate, hopefully tomorrow! Its really strange having to do the test every morning , brings back all the memories of previous 2ww tests. If all goes to plan and my hormones kick in FET might be Monday. Gem - thinking of you at 10am tomorrow. Good luck, hear from you after lunch. Beckym - have a chill out day tomorrow, drink loads of water after your EC, we might be on the 2ww together. Lisa C - Good to see EC went ok, hope you get a good nights sleep, look forward to hearing from you after your phone call. Vickib - Keep positive for Friday, thay wanted me to abandon as I only had 2 day 12, still went ahead and they found four. It only takes one said the embryologist! Jules K - What a week you had on top of all the sniffing, keep positive, next Wed not to far for the baseline. Hayley - hope all is going well, it is a rollercoaster, sometimes I get a rush of one minute hope the next despair, I find it helps to take a deep breath and focus on what we are trying to achieve. Easier said than done. Shame we are not at Barts on the same day could of had a juice & a chat. 2WW girls - Lisa, Lorraine G, Frances J, Loopylou, I'm sure there is more...sorry if I've missed you. Hi Girls Thank you all for your very kind and supportive words and thank god for this site, I’d go mad without it. My tummy is growing so I’m hoping my follies are like me laid back and a slow starter, roll on Friday! Ambar – hope you ovulate soon and your FET is Monday. Gem - Good look for today. Beckym – No apologising now, that’s why were here to listen and support. Glad you are feeling better and your coasting is over. How was the profasi? Good luck with EC. Hi everyone thanks for your thoughts. I rang this morning and they said 7 had fertilised (same as last time) have to go back in 10.15am tomorrow for e/t. Going to have a day out today dh has been off work all week and we haven't done a thing. Best wishes and PMA to you all Love Lisa xx

hi guys gem - just wanted to wish you best of luck for the embies and for et this afternoon. Lisa C - 7 out of 10 - very good!! best of luck for et tomorrow vicki- wishing you loads of luck for your scan tomorrow!! make sure you are drinking loads of water as Mr T has told me it helps the eggs. ambar - hope you get to have et on Monday my ovaries are twinging like mad after the Profasi injection last night which I guess is a good sign as means I have ovulated. I was shaking so much when I did the actual injection, worrying I would spill something!! am on the loo every 20 minutes as am drinking half a litre of water every hour!!! roll on midnight when I'm not allowed to drink anything!! beckym xxx

Afternoon girls Well I've got 2 embryos inside,they had to defrost all of the 6 embryos to get 2 good ones,some didnt make it and some lost some cells,Ithink we had a 4/7 cell and a 5/7 cell put back in,I had to empty my bladder as it was too full and boy was it uncomfy!! they said I could go to the toilet after but I waited until we got home they reasured me that they werent going to fall out! I even laid down on the back seat-things we do! we test on 10th november-whos testing on that day? I'm off now to rest,I'l catch up with everyone tonight just wanted to tell you our news. Love Gemxx

HI there Gemma I test on the 10th aswell! Aly -many thanks for your advice re. implantation for diui, it was a real help. All the other 2ww hope you're all taking it easy. Can I ask about SEX, are you abstaining? i have been, poor dh asked me this morning "how much longer!!" have you been adviced not to have sex or not? Would appreciate any other thoughts / ideas. I'm still caffine, chocolate, alcohol and bath free. If it all helps then I'm happy to continue. Take care everyone and lots of PMA! love Lisa x

Hi Lisa King's College Hosp have told me that we can have sex as much as we feel like and abstaining is not necessary. I think you should go with what feels right for you... Love Lorraine G

Becky - Glad to hear you are feeling more positive. Vicki - Good luck for tomorrow, will be thinking of you. Ambar - Thanks for your kind words yesterday, really cheered me up. I have felt a lot more positive today. I so wish we were at Barts on same day to give each other moral support, at least we have the next best thing though, all being able to chat together on here.
