December-January Cycle Buddy's Our New beginnings
Just a quick pop in before I am chased back to the couch. Our final embie counts were 1-blast 1-morula/Blast (embryologist called it a blast when we went to go look at it even tho dr said morula so who knows lol ?) But the 10 cell only made it to 12 cells and dr didnt want to put it back it even tho I was fighting to put it back. So I have 2 lil embies with AH hopefully snuggling in for a lil 9 month nap. OK gotta run sending everyone love, P&PT and as many sticky vibes as I can.

lara hehehe actually, doing exercise in the morning helps me get going for the rest of the day. All my limbs were shaking after the workout, but I feel fine and abs are actually hurting a bit less. Joy!
Haylie Bah, I'm dealing okay with the tiredness. Thanks for your thoughts, however. And about the snow, well... I love the snow, I'm not complaining... had to shovel my car out of a mountain of snow yesterday at 9:30pm after working since 2:30pm (!) after some idiots pushed the snow to the side of the road despite all the cars that were there! It was quite an adventure getting that car outta there! Thanks to my sweet DH who insisted we keep a shovel on the backseat, lol! And about the rain, let me tell you that I FELL IN LOVE with your wonderful country. If I hadn't met my sweet DH, I would probably have managed to do my internship there at the end of my Ph.D. and, who knows, even stay there forever. Even if English men have a terrible reputation as lovers!
All my favourite actors are English, Welsh, Scottish, so... We might move to Europe one day, if only after we retire... *sigh* That would be so nice! I would be far from my family, but close to my FIL!

SS sorry to hear about your hubby i hope he feels better soon.....your story about your son brought back memories for me i used to be a step mom (still am in my heart) but i remember my son at about age 4 used to wake up at 5am and come running in to show me his lego creation id be laying there fast asleep to be woken by him making flight noises and swooshing a model of something over my head "ooo look mom this is a jet"....LOL bless good times
PMA i think we may have read the same kind of things one says one thing another says another....i agree it can be confusing thats why my advice comes from ladys i have cycled with before what actually worked in the real none WWW world ... your right gatorraid and V8 are high in sodium thats why a suggested drinking it after EC and before ET in your small window of baby free days the only reason i said those are thats what the ladys i was with used that worked and as for the water intake we all did the same thing tried to drink 3L a day later found out that was wrong one lady who was admited to hospital for OHSS was told to limit her water intake to 1L so i really dont want everyone to take my word as gospil and by all means check with your Dr's but just what ive learnt over time and what i myself will be doing
Silva i love that your looking forward as for beta #'s its so hard to say we did a list one time to compare #'s and how many babies but i think its lost in cyber space by now you could try starting a thread ask people what there #'s where and how many beanies they have im sure lots would reply to you...thing is im sure you will see you can have two people with the same # but different amount of babies or someone with a lower beta can have more baby's than a higher beta...LOL i know its not much help but i agree with meg thats about right and as close as you can get untill your scan....hugs good luck with your EC

Bwl... I just had another IBS crisis; took Pepto Bismol so I would not be bothered in the rush to leave for work in an hour (that's IBS's specialty... hit just before I have to leave!). I told myself that it would be well out of my system in 24h or 48h... I'll stick to Immodium after I start stimming; I hope it works as fast; that's all I ask! Ah, but other than that, I'm fine. I think the crisis is over; just have to remain seated for a little while... *sigh* I hope the stimming meds won't make it worse... as I usually have bigger crises during the pre-ovulation phase, I really fear that it might be the case... must remember to buy Immodium this week.

Let me clarify a little something; I didn't check the info about Gatorade or V8 because I questioned your word; I always like to understand why I'm doing something before I do it. I still don't have a lot of answers to that question, however. Why were you told that you should drink V8 and/or Gatorade between EC and ET? The limited amount of water intake, I can get, preventing the bloating, I can get too (but then all dishes with tomatoes should be avoided, plus all the feculents). But why not prevent the bloating during stimming as well? (I sure know that bloating makes my abdominal pain worse, stimming or not) And why V8 and Gatorade, and not orange juice or milk for example? I'm just curious about the rationale for specifying that period of time in particular, and that kind of drink.

Big welcome to all the newbies! Sorry I don't get in here to chat as much as the others. You'll get all the support in the world here.
I was reading another forum and there was a lady posting that on her 8th FET became PG with sextuplets after transfering 4 embies. 2 embies split!

Well I guess I've been as patient as I can possibly be. My ET is getting close.
Friday is my last day for lupron, yeah! then it's back to PIOs. I had an US yesterday and they seemed very happy with my linning once again. All the layers look good, It's now 12mm, plenty thick enough. It actually doubled since last Thursday. It still will thicken up some more because I still have over a week to go. How thick is too thick 
I heard of the linning being too thick for transfer. I hope I don't get too thick. 
I can't wait to get off the Lupron. My skin is so bad. I've got rashes and stuff, yuck. Drinking a lot of water seems to help with the dull feeling in the head.

PMA LOL yeah i noticed after you pointed it out there isnt much going on with me i have 8 days left untill things really start to move so just sleeping and getting headaches....doing good
as for the Gatorraid and V8 all i know is i didnt use them last time because it was lady's i was cycleing with that used them but it was after the fact for me i only got very mild OHSS but i was bloated for ages i know it was recomended by clinics and the hospital but really dont know why now its a long time ago what i do know is it worked the reason you shouldnt do it while down reggingor stimming is your littleones are still inside and its not good for our eggs or implanting embies too much salt but it really does make a difference if taken for those few days ... OHSS is different to the bloating we have going on now(really different) what we have now is a side effect of Lupron OHSS is caused if i remember right by producing more than 10 eggs and usually the trigger shot sets it off pushes hormones way over the limit it doesnt show its ugly head for about 4-5 days after the trigger unless before EC your told your E2 is very high then you will see it sooner usually only lasts about a week anyway unless its severe then you will need to go to hospital ooo also if it starts to fade off then seems to come back thats usually i sign that your pregnant the extra hormones produced by the implanting embryo can also trigger it great hey its not common to get it so dont worry too much you will have indicators that you might suffer from it we will be close in our stimming too i think so we can share the big belly times...or hopefuly not

If you got a BFP did you have any spotting after transfer or any sign you can think of that may show implantation?
