Hello everyone...it's me again...Why is drinking water so important...In reading all the emails I noticed people talking about that? Sorry for the ignorance...My clinic doesn't seem to tell me too much...Kristen

hi<br>on my lat try the clinic did'nt tell me to drink water .i found out on here.its to stop ohss.don't know how it works.but on my last try the first day i felt really ill.feeling sick and dizzy phoned the clinic and said to drink between 2 to 3 litres aday.asoon as i drank thr water i felt much better.so so get that water down you girl and stay near a loo.hope this helps you a little.<br>good luck <br>cath xx

Hi, I think it is because your follicles fill up with fluid after the eggs have been removed and you have to replace that water by drinking loads. My clinic didn't tell me either but I am sure I read it on here somewhere. Seems to make sense. If it's wrong I'm sure there's someone out there who can put me right...<br>Lots of love<br>Kat xx
