Ladies, I just got done watching this internet movie called "The Secret" and I wanted to share it with everyone. It basically talks about how positive thinking and positive energy creates positive outcomes. It is 1.5 hours, so it is a long one, but I know tonight I am going to put up picts of my future twins, my house that we are going to build and the snazzy sportscar that I want when the twins turn 10

Hey there! Thanks for all the good luck wishes. ET went well today. A little painful though because not only was my bladder too full, but my ahem (tmi) bowel was to full. fortunately I was allowed to unleash a little liquid before ET. RE said we transfered 2 good looking "big" blasts. I'm already tired of being in bed and have a crick in my neck from looking at the laptop to the side of me. BTW if you have a laptop, for your bedrest watching YouTube is a great way to pass the time. search for anything, you'll find it. Tomorrow we'll find out how many embies we have to freeze, if any. I'm craving hot oatmeal, I don't know why, I've been eating it like every other day. DH will kill me if he finds out I went downstairs to make some. maybe he will make some for me when he get's home from work. Test day is Feb 4.

My2 and Raintree, So sorry to hear the disapointing news. You both are in my thoughts and prayers. (((hugs)))

Mom20, sorry about your dog. I don't think it's silly to feel so sad about him. I'm a huge dog lover myself and I think that it is their nature that causes us to endear them so easily. My dogs are still very young, but I sometimes think, what will I do when they grow old and pass away. I definately feel for you. (((hugs)))

Sassy, yipeee! sticky baby dust to you! what can I say.... I knew it! that is so wonderful! I really prayed for him ya know. When I was at the clinic, I said to him "c'mon get ready, your mama needs you!" I didn't see you, did you see me? I probably was gone by the time you did your ET. I left around 10:30am.

Denise, I think positive thinking really has a great impact and negative thinking can cause bad things to happen. I was going to do a scrapbook of the things and goals I really want for this year. A visual to help me keep my eye on the prize. maybe I'll start that when I get done w/bedrest. crazy how long that vid is, didn't know you could post one that long. did you finnish it? I wished you good luck for ET the other day, but remembered it's for fri or sat. I see from the list it was today. sticky baby dust to you!

Hi ..thanks to all of you for such a warm welcome...and best wishes...
i am back from the doctors office.i went in for egg retrieval.however it failed,unfortunately. when i woke up the doctor said the capsule around my ovary was just too thick so the needle could not penetrate.i am just devastated.i had very good no and quality of follicles despite pco...and still we werent lucky enough to gain anything out of all those efforts and investment.i just don't understand it.before procedure doctor told me i had 70%chance of success..and he couldnt even get one single egg?i feel so bad..has it happened to anyone before? well afterwards he performed artificial inseminationand said theres a lot of chance for u to get pregnant....still...coz there r lots of eggs which r gonna ovulate today....so..this is my story....unfortunately...i don't know what to do...Am i never going to be able to have ivf? he said i should go for ovarian drilling.before this he had said i dnt want u to have drilling coz u r just 26 and u may have premature ovarian failure. i just dnt know what to do...

Sassy we all knew he was a little fighter imagine the trouble your going to have when he /she arrives cause this 1 is differentily a sticker .

Aunty i really hope your twinges are loads and loads of eggies .

Mia glad your babies are back home and hopefully you will still have some frosties for a sibling for these 2 babies .

Nothing to report for me all the headaches seem to have gone and also af is gone so really quite good cant wait till monday to hopefully start the next stage .

Thanks so much charlie78 for your well wishing. JS, I also have PCOS so I will keep you posted on what goes on. I went to a PCOS clinic and I requested ovarian drilling. However, my OBGYN refused. I was so tired (crying constantly) of the crazy menstrals. My menstrals would often come every two weeks or it would come on and stay a month or so. I'm sure you can understand the waterworks. SO even after all of this IVF, I hope that my menstral corrects itself.

SO I hope the best for all of us out here. I know that we all have gone through our own journeys that brought us here. SASSY I wish you all the best. You are such a GREAT person and you deserve it! Lots of hugs, prayers and baby sticky dust to you.

JS, I know that you are disappointed after all you have gone through. But I have found that when I am disappointed, if I have a listening ear, it all seems a little better. So I know that a higher power, has put this desire in our hearts and it will come to fruitation. So keep your heads up and if any1 needs to chat, just IM me and stay positive.

Aunty - I'm really praying that my trigger will be Monday - but the rate my follies are going I'm not sure! My nurse mentioned a re-scan Wednesday which would mean 14 days of stimming! That can't be normal or good can it? I hate the unknown! The 2ww is going to be unbearable - if we ever get there!

Charlie yes its great slow and steady is good for quality of your eggs, i know it seems like ages im guessing you will get the go ahead monday you will see big changes ...are you getting pains?...this is odd for me to have pains so early so im a bit worried i have cysts and it's not follies so im getting a bit nervous now that would be such a downer if i get stopped now because of stupid cysts...

Ok Aunty here i go i start stimming tonight my gonal, menopour , antibiotics, baby aspiring and continue on my lupron at 5ml now .. so i am sooo excite it!!! it is real now they talked to me about the blastocyst i want to do 3 or 5 days with a higher rate of success on a 5 day and higher rate of multiples... uhmmm... will see on that one , well for now this willbe for tonight and on tuesday i go in for blood work. She told me that it seems i have 15+ possible follicles on each ovary wow!! i think that is a lot she said i am responding very, very good i am soo happy fingers crossed that this one works...like my first!!..
