Well done Lisa well I am just crusing at the moment on Progenova tablets and Mandy is injecting on day 2 , she will have a scan on Wednesday 5th which will be very excieting and I too will have a scan to see how the linning of my womb is doing. it will be all systems go from wednesday we hope . My clinic has never done a known donor from a satilite clinic before so this is all new for them and so far so good. I think we should start a thread just for the 2wwters as well as the testers as I have already started. then we can keep an eye on the ones in waiting! What do you think???????? Hi Girls We've been told we can carry on having sex but we never have we've always waited silly things go through your mind!!!! dh as made the tea tonight,feels weird when I'm not feeling ill and I'm laid on sofa,but I'm determind to relax until I go to my brothers engagement party on sat I feel I could go for an hour,I'm also trying not to drink de-caff tea or coffee I've got some fruit flavoured bags but they arent the same but its only til the 10th. Does anybody know when the embryos should implant,they were day 3 embryos when frozen? Tracey good idea about another tread,glad to hear things are moving nicely for you. Lisa glad someone else is testing on the 10th,is there anybody else on the 2ww? everyone else hi and I hope everything is ok Love Gemxx

Good morning Yeah...I've ovulated, just waiting for a phone call to say when my FET is Mon/Tues? Gem - Brilliant that it all went well, keep yourself busy to try and take your mind off it. I think the implantation if you naturally concieve is 7-10 days, so for us it would most probably be day 4/5 after ET. Hope everyone else is OK, I will post again later. Love Ambar xx

Hi all well now officially a 2ww, 1 x 4/5 cell and 1 x 7 cell were carefully returned this morning. I have been told to rest for a few days no cooking or housework, thankfully dh was sitting right next to me when they said that. LOL I am going to lie on the settee and watch 'in the name of the father' its supposed to be a great film. Traci theres are first for everything lets hope you are first time lucky. x Lisa/Gem joining you at last on the twinge watching, mind blowing, temper tantrum 2 weeks. xx Ambar - great news, let us know what day. Wait for it girls. I exceeded my March count today - 31 eggs!!! Most they've seen for a long time. thank god they didn't trigger me four days ago else it would have been more, as my oestogen levels were over 22000 then !! still, quantity doesn't prove anything as last time even though I got 27 eggs and 13 embies none of them were good enough to freeze. Have a feeling the quality of my eggs isn't anything to write home about. am of course still worried about ohss so am drinking gallons and on the loo every 10 minutes - I do not want to end up in hospital again. op was fine, I was out, but hurt like hell when I came to until the painkillers kicked in 20 minutes later. not sure why I produce so many eggs. is this PCO? has anyone else had this number? waiting for the phonecall tomorrow to tell me how my embies are - a bit worried that this is a Halloween conception !!! I mentioned Damien to the nurse and she looked horrified! if embies are ok will have et Sunday or Monday. gem and Lisa C - glad to hear your transfers went well. hopefully I'm not far behind you!! Traci - not long now 2wwers - hang in there! I have never done 2ww before as last time I was in hospital with ohss from day 2 of 2ww and they tested my hcg levels on day 5 of 2ww and knew I wasn't pregnant as levels were going down instead of up. hope I make it this time. LOL. beckym xxx

Hi Traci I stimmed for 9 days starting wityh 225 menopur swapping to 225 of Gonal-F and then coasted for 5 days to wait for oestrogen levels to go down!! Best of luck to you and Mandy for Wednesday!!! have fun tonight. I have malteser bags at the ready!! beckym xxx

Hi all Becky I had approx 20/30 follies on my IVF I was on 150 units gonal F which they dropped to 75units on day 3 I basically coasted for most of the cycle! They got 9 mature eggs but the quality was poor. they said that I responed to treatment like someone with PCOS although I don't have any of the symptoms. I had 6 eggs fertilise but quality was grade 3 and grade 4 it may be that you have a similar condition? The good thing is that every cycle is different and egg quality can improve so it may be that this time your embryo quality will be fine. Let us know how you get on. Hi everyone traci you must be getting so excited after you long wait fingers crossed for the scans. interestingly my FSH level was 2.5 which I was told was good if you have PCOS isn't FSH levels supposed to be high? good luck for all those on the 2WW. Hi OCBs, Hope you don't kind me butting in - wanted to add a bit more to the 'loads of eggs' debate (I've posted on your other thread too Beckym). . . I'm suprised they kept you on 225 units of gonal F Becky - I began on 150 one day, 75 the next, then like Aly was dropped to 75 a day after they saw the size of the follies on the first scan! I don't think PCOS makes any difference to your FSH though - it's your age/egg reserve that affects FSH. I have mega PCOS (about 2 or 3 AF a yr) but my FSH has always been fine; PCOS does make the ratio of your hormone levels a bit mad though and is often how they diagnose it, apart from looking at your ovaries - I think they test your LH/FSH ratio on day 3 of your menstrual cycle (my GP did this but it was so long ago now). Anyway, huge luck to you all, and hope to see you all on the other side v soon! Beck x

Evening Just been told my FET is Monday at 1.30....wow, just hope 2 out of 6 of our little embies survive....on a three day wait, hopefully in training for our 2WW. I think I'm in the trick or treat flight path, door bell again, must go and be scared, not hard at this moment in time. Hope you all enjoy your weekend, another few days closer. Hi Beckym if 1 of them does the trick thats all you need, think positive we are all behind you. I had the halloween thoughts aswell, well I am known to def have demon thoughts at times!! Lisa P - just to reply to your question about work. On my last IVF I took the 2 weeks off, I had planned to go on the sick, my GP is good about it, but during e/c I pulled ligaments in my neck so found it hard to swallow/move etc. So I had neck injury on my sick note where as before he has put nervous dibility. That makes work colleagues make up all sorts of excitig stories about you. ( I wish my life was that exciting LOL) This time I have decided to go in and see how I get on. If it gets to much I will just go off as this is the most important thing to me. I think you just need to go with how you feel and what you think will be the best thing to do. Good luck Lisa xx
