hi girls, Guess what??? i had another crappy day, I am so fed up with work just want to get rid of this week now, had another cry!!!!

I just want to be pregnant and then 2 fingers up to my work!!!!

Honestly, it's not my bosses, they are cool, it's just the way the company is going and what they expect you to do in a working day!!!! too much.....

On the up side dh's parents sent us some money for the IVF, not the whole price but about a 3rd of it, so thats good!!!

I am feeling down, feeling sad, and dont know know what to do, fed up with my friends keep blocking me out, just coz I dont have kids and they all go out and do stuff with their kids and i dont fit in, they say they dont blank me but they do!!!!

It's so hard, living this life....Why us????

Lucy, my last cycle will be this one too, well for the the next year at least.....But lets not worry about that!!!!

Sorry for the negative post, but thats the way I feel really. Parhaps my post 2moro will be more cheery!!!!

Lets hope so, I hate feeling like this

Ohh, Nicky, so sad that you are having another crappy day at work, that sucks, you don't need more stress, enough with all this IVF thing, if you don't mind telling me, what is it that you do? (at work I mean). I really hope things get better for you!!!. About your friends, that is sad, they shouldn't do that, mainly if they are good friends and know what you are going through, but some people just don't get it, they can't or don't want to understand it for some reason, I don't know. But we are all here for you, when you need a good rant, here we are all ears for you!! (or should I say all eyes....

)...

Today I had another HCG, waiting for it to go back to zero, still waiting for the results though, will see what happens...........

Guess what another shite day at work!!!! Arghhhhhh!!!!!
I am fed up with it all, basically 3 people left at Xmas, and now we have the extra work of 3 missing people, also sales targets have gone up by 70% this year, was just about getting 100% last year, but this year it'll never happen!!!!

Every night this week, I have done an extra hrs overtime, and gone in earlier on Friday too, 6 extra hrs!!!!

I work in Finance.

I am a sales advisor.

We sell financial products, loans, mortgages etc....

Vicky, how did the HCG go??? Have you got results yet???

Lucy, how's ur w-end?? did u see youe niece, did u go swimming? I have recieved ur email, I will reply soon ok.

Love to evryone, hope youre all having a good w-end. I feel like going out and having a few beers, but i cant trying to detox ready for this IVF...No plans for this week yet, Dh not in yet so I'll wait and see if he has any idea's

My HCG went well, it was down to 17........but they still want to repeat another next week because they want to see it below 5...c'mon!!!!!!!!!!!!!, give me a break for once!!

Nicky, the HCG is the pregnancy hormone, it is what they test to see if you are pregnant (it is also the hormone that the HPT's test). Since my m/c they have been following it, they want it back to zero so I can start my new cycle. Friday was down to 17 (from 8,000 two weeks ago), so next week will probably be zero, finally...........

Hello ladies...hope you're all having a good weekend! I haven't posted in a while but have been reading what all of you guys have been getting up to....

Nicky...sorry to hear work is so tough, but I think along with your detox you really should try and de-stress, externalise yourself from the problem a little..keep reminding yourself it's work, and it's not your problem, normally i do believe in giving all to work, until it starts to affect you negatively! All the best...if that doesn't work book a massage with DH daily!

Vicky..i hope your HSG keeps coming down, i saw what time you posted (british time) and thought what is she doing up at that hour then realised your from florida..or Argentina originally, DH and i went travelling to south america about 18months ago....loved it, my fav place was Argentina- BA in particular..i loved! So where are you from? My spanish is a little pigeon...but I tried!!

Rae...sorry to hear you have a cold....hoe you're taking lots of vit c and that you feel better very soon! You're right better now than later!

Anna...happy belated birthday for a few days ago...my wishes were with you...no bonuses for guessing what those wishes are

Lucy...i hope you have recieved all our positve vibes...hopefully this is the one and if not then it will be great to move on...at least we have options right? Shanatala...where are you? havent heard from you in a while...how you getting on? I'm sure you're eagerly awaiting the 30th! Hope all is well with you!

Sorry if I have missed anyone out...this list has rapidly grown!!

As for me, i went for my baseline scan-which i have had once before, and at this point everything was normal, but on friday the sonographer thought maybe i have PCOS..i don't know much about it-she said she thinks it's low grade and she said she usually diagnoses it frequently, she wasn't very clear but suggested that final diagnosis would be following hormonal analysis D2 of AF...if my LH is abnormally high this confirms it...apparently I did ovulate though this month..so hopefully AF will arrive on time! I was a little upset at the time...mainly because i don't really know what this means for me, read a little..or alot really....about it but each case is so individual so it's hard to say really. Yesterday I was very distracted as a couple of weeks ago we had a lot of wind in uk...a very old and very tall tree fell in our garden into next door neighbours, and the neighbours after that and two inches away from the garden of the neighbours after that...and my diy dh decides it's fine...no sweat we'll cut it...worryingly he really enjoyed using the chainsaw!!

So we were busy cutting and clearing...hard work...sure to have lost a few pounds! For all our non-uk friends..you may be thinking my house/garden is big and the tree must be huge..everything in london is very small...so is my garden..but for added drama i think it sounds more effective to say the tree fell accross almost 3 gardens!! still it was about 80 foot tall!

hey nerms...thanks for asking...yes, cant wait to see whats going on on the 30th...its so hard not to get my hopes up!!! omg, sorry to hear about your tree!! the weather is a nightmare here isnt it?! anyway, i'm not quite sure i understood whats gone on at your baseline but from what i can gather they think you may have PCOS but you will find out for definite on D2?? whens that?? thinking of you and hope everything goes well...hugs!!

nicky - sorry to hear you're having a crap time at work. we are very shortstaffed as well at the moment so i know the pressure you're feeling. hope it gets a bit better soon!!

Nerms, Thanks for your story about the tree, I totally can visualise it, I thought you were gonna say your neighbours were being aresy over it or something, did everyone help, or was it down to you and dh....?
Did the Insurance pay out for damages??
I know that wind was awful huh??? we didnt have major damage on our house/ but I know lots of wind took power down here for 4 days....
A couple of our small trees blow over, but we saved them, and have tied them back to the fences/walls!!

PCOS, doesnt sound good, did you not know this before??
How odd, are thay sure it's PCOS???
In the early days of investigation, i was told i may hve PCOS but I haven't too many nurses think you have it when it's just a large follicular cyst. Have you managed to search any info on it.... Whats next??? Can IVf still proceed?? do u need another scan???

Karina, I have all of my hols accounted for using 10 days for IVF and have 10 days in summer, and 5 days in October and then the days over xmas and new year, so no time to spare, to take time out!!!
But u are right sod it, as long as i go in and do my stuff sod everyone else, I'll try that 2moro!!

Nerms, right now here in Florida is 10AM, I will find out after I post what time is it there in the UK, but I believe you have 5-6hs more than us. So you have been to Argentina?, I am originaly from Buenos Aires (BA), so I am glad that you liked it!!!!. I have been living in Florida for 3yrs now. I have been to the UK a couple of times, I love it too!!! Loved Cambridge, I spent a whole month there, when I was in high school(long time ago

), learning english, and of course the beautiful London!!. Where are you from??. Regarding the PCOS, there are a lot of girls here in the forum that have that and had no problem getting pregnant, but from what you said you might have a very mild form of it, if you even have it. Have you always had irregular periods? (that is one of the main signs of PCOS).......wish you luck for your bw!!!!

Shantala, we are so close to the 30th!!!, you are almost there!!, good luck and hope that they tell you you can start right away!!!

Nicky, when I m/c'd I was 9wks (the embryo was actually 7wks when he/she died...), this all happened at the end of December...........

I finally called an acu doctor, one of the ones my RE recommended, I made an appointment for Feb 8, so that is when I will officially start acu, I am so excited about it!!!!. But this Tuesday I am going to the seminar to find out more about acu, so will keep you all posted!!!
