I am currently doing a FET cycle. Today is CD14 - 10th day of Progynova 2mg tablets and Estraderm 50mg Patches. I was taking 3 x Progynova daily and 2 x Estraderm patches per week for a week and then doubled the Progynova to 6 a day last Friday after 2 of my patches fell off.
I had my first scan today and my lining is only 6.1 . Next scan will be this Friday CD18.
Anyone have any hints, old wives tales or clues on how I can thicken my lining?
FS doesn't want to increase my meds any more.
Think milk is meant to be good for this- I read the Zita West book and it advises this and brocoli and tomatoes - vitamen b1 is supposed to be good for it as well.
My lining for fresh cycle has always been around 8 the 3 times I did it. We did a frozen cycle this time and I have heard that it was easier to get your lining better with the frozen cycle due to not taking the high dose stimulation drugs. So, our goal was to try to get my lining to a 10 (wondering if this was my problem as everything else looked good). So, I was on the maximum estrogen shots and estrogen supp and my lining was only measuring 6-6.5. So, we went a week longer to see if that would help. It didn't. So, we tried a week of viagra suppositories (RE said it can help maybe 10% of the time increasing the bloodflow to the uterus), and still my lining was 6-6.5 depending on how he measured. We decided to go for it, and transferred two 5 day blasts and I am now 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and my numbers were pretty good. Just so you know, don't give up, it can happen (as long as you have the triple lining they look for also). The thing that kept me going was that my RE has a patient right now who did donor eggs, only had a 5.5 lining and is pregnant with twins.

well my scan on friday revealed that not only had my lining not improved after doubling my pills, it was actually .1mm smaller!
So, I decided to cancel. FS said that i had triple line and that was ok with a FET but I decided not to risk it
So, will spend the next couple of months researching ways to make it thicker naturally - including acupuncture.
