skidoo,
yes this time was different. with my stim process i was on a higher dose of menopur, so i got more eggs and of better quality. and then before FET i was on lupron for 20 days. last 2 cycles they had me on BCP to down reg. I also did a few things myself that i thought might help. i drank a cup of detox tea every day after my stim process for about 2-3 weeks (this was in Dec) to help cleanse all the meds out my system. because I did FET i had time to do that but if you do a fresh cycle you can't take herbal stuff. i made sure i drank plenty of water, normally i'm very bad about that. especially during my 2ww i have been drinking like twice my normal amount. after my last 2 ETs I got a little dehydrated. I actually tried eating pineapple this time. started 2 days before ET until 3-5 days after. I still have some in the fridge. I went easy on that because there has been conflicting opinion. Also i took a flaxseed oil capsule every day and also ate ground flaxseed on my cereal. which I always do anyway but stopped when i was cycling before because i was afraid it would interfere with my hormones. but I have since read some research that it may help with implantation. Oh, and I reduced my sugar intake, which was really hard because i have an insane sweet tooth. I also did an extra day of bedrest, prayed more than i have in a long time, and of course just tried to stay positive. :D whew! that is pretty much everything that was different. I think a combo of tweaking my protocol and being a little healthier helped. but still I must wait for confirmation tomorrow. I'm 99% sure but still there's a little nagging voice in my head saying what if the test is wrong?! eh, well only one more day! my fingers are still crossed, hoping that I get a strong HCG count tomorrow.

Image it's official, we have a BFP!!!!! I'm so happy! I was so excited to finally hear my RE tell me my test was positive, that I forgot to ask about my HCG count. oh well, I have a BT on Tuesday I will ask about it then. He said that in about 6 days we'll be able to see if there is 1 or 2. Thanks for all your support these past 6-7 months. I don't think i could of kept my sanity without you. ((((hugs))))
