hi karen and sarah just wanted to see how you are both getting on. The pain of the failed tmt has faded now and i'm ready to get back into the tmt again. how do you feel about more tmt. I have booked another appointment with the rosie as we have decided to have di. so might fit a go in before xmas, will have on a nat cycle so it should be much better. well i'm of to dublin with a girl friend this weekend and i'm going to shop and drink until i drop.. well all those months with out drink i think i need it. well hope you are both well and look forward to catching up. from july ann

Hi July Ann Glad you are feeling positive again......... I went to Cornwall last weekend & it was very relaxing, so batteries are now recharged. Have been popping in to keep an eye on things but am not posting as much. Am trying not to think of IVF until we start tmt again as it starts to take over a bit, am trying to focus at work at the mo!! (trying anyway) We are going to do another FET but I dont want to be having ET over xmas as we are going away to the inlaws & also going to a dinner dance NYs eve so a lot of darting about etc.. & deffo wont be relaxed......... It all hinges on when AF arrives, if she arrives in next 2 weeks, which she probably will(feel a bit pmt at mo) will wait for next one. If she arrives after that we may start then......Hope this makes sense, basically, am trying to plan it so I have ET in january....Our clinic is moving to new premises so if we have ET in jan will be at brand new hospital(last et was at scummy NHS hospital as our clinc does not have embryo dept in current building) Think it will be much nicer in new clinic, they did not even have facilities to get a drink at the NHS dept... Not sure when to expect AF after FET. After IVF when I got OHSS my first proper AF was 3 weeks late but with FET they do not stimulate so assume she should not be late!! But who knows!! Anyway, am waffling......making up for lost time Take care & lots of love to all other SCBs +ve vibes to everyone on boards Sarah xxx

hi sarah great to hear from you. I'm the same with the board's sometimes i want to post then I think how many tmt I have had it could upset or make the person i'm posting feel negative.The ocb have had some great results. I think I would wait if i were you, the new clinic sounds like it will be a much better place to have tmt. You could be the first one to get pg there.That would be great.Cornwall is so lovley this time of year, hope you had lots of walks on the beach. I have had af it arrived on time and was not that painfull, pmt was a bit bad. I have really gone of the rails with my drinking and smoking lot's of late nights and loads of sex ( dh is very happy). when we do the ivf i'm normally really good. I have not even taken the folic acid, think there is enough in my body to last a while. well that is enough about me from july ann

Hi July Ann and Sarah, Yes I am still here. Been popping in but not posting much as I am in the waiting for test results stage at the mo. Next tests are 17th of Nov so HOPEFULLY by xmas we will have some news, and I can jump back on the treadmill again in Jan. Will be doing a fresh cycle then as only have one frozen blasto left, and my body doesn't seem to like them, so we are hoping that armed with whatever new info we may have it will be "new year new baby(ies) with any luck!! I'm glad to see you are indulging in all the naughties July Ann. I am an ex-smoker, but certainly keep up my end with the drinking!! Have just been on a day trip to France, I only got 50 bottles of wine (plus a couple of nice champers), should last until christmas! DH and I have given up on the sex since last November. My sex drive has gone completely down the toilet, there is to much pressure on us to "make a baby", and DH has decided he doesn't want to do it until after a baby is born - He could be in for a veeeeeeery long wait! I think he must have gone off it too. Anyway, he is in Japan at the moment, flies in, flies off to Australia, flies back to Japan, and won't really be back until the begining of Dec, so not much opportunity for anything this side of xmas anyway. hi girls just thought i would let you know what i'm up to. well have just got back from the rosie and we are going to have di, so no drugs just have to pee on a stick and when I surge I go in and have the sperm put in and then wait. I'm due to have it done around 4 of december, what a good xmas present that would be. I have a 11% which is quite low but We can have 6 goes. We decided not to tell anyone yet just see what happens and i'm just going to carry on going out and enjoying myself. sarah have you booked in for fet yet, karen bet you can not wait for hb to come home.I bet when he get's back you will feel up for it if you know what i mean. well hope you will keep an eye on me. all the best july ann
