Hey girls...

Ange: WHAT??? DH said "no candy"????? oooo babe, you can come raid my candy drawer any day  . (doesn't he get how dangerous it is to deny a woman stimming of ANYTHING she wants??? he must not be aware of the "ivf defense"! )

TC: glad to hear you straightened out the situation. Yep, don't know i would be happy eating frozen diet meals 3 times a day either! nice work! Enjoy your scary movie.... LOVE THEM!

Aunty: thinking of you tonight... I pm'd you

Whoops, Ange, missed you while writing...

Ange: yep, will be quite the sample size (very cost-efficient, no?!). As we have had 21 ferts in my first 3 cycles, this would make 50-60 ferts in total once i am done w/3 more. Now... if i don't have a single chromosomally nl one in 60 ferts???? I would have to be thinkin' that is a big ol' neon sign from the big guy above telling me that there are other things for me to do in my life  . Like be a cyber aunty! Or go do relief work in africa (my secret passion), or oooo, solve global warming  ! Anyway, i do understand your anxiety about having chromosomally nl embryos. I'll tell you, for those of us with problems in this arena before, i love that pgd is available. So trigger tonight? Yipee! I love trigger as it means NO shots for a whole 2 days! Enjoy!

Jackie: i'd say ange explained it pretty well as far as i know. You get a report after the biopsy... i think it was a day or maybe two for the final report. (now i did it also for aneuploidy... may be different if you are testing for something else)

Ok, I can't keep away!

Aunty - I am keeping everything crossed for you today, in fact I have everything crossed so tightly I am one big knot! :D I will be thinking of you and can't wait to hear how you went.

Lisa - I am feeling ok honey. I had a bit of a bad day yesterday, was very tearful and a little panicked. DH is away on a stag weekend in Ireland (great timing!) I guess I miss him and just want him here for reassurance. I had a good cry with my friend who took me out for lunch and felt much better afterwards. Don't get me wrong, I am so happy about my BFP but like I say, having waited so long for this I guess I find it all a bit overwhelming. Plus all those hormones flying around!
How are you doing?

Hello,

Sorry for butting in on your thread. I just wanted to wish Debs all the best for today. I'll be thinking of you and DH. I'm praying this is your time.

Debs thank you for asking about Ellie. She is doing really well. Friday she was completely off CPAP and yesterday she was moved out of her fish tank into a fish bowl! After being nearly 9 weeks in the incubator I did get a little emotional seeing her in the cot, she looks like a proper baby now. She's now 3lb 5oz. She just needs to get bigger and take all her feeds orally rather than down the NGT.

Best of luck again for today. Everything crossed.

Lots of love and hugs

Jo
