sassy, the list looks fab, when is it the turn of us ladies for dinner, i will come over and give you a hand as i'm a qualified chef, don't do it anymore though, DH was a pattisseur, so foods good in our house all the time, any fasmily meals are always at our house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fed, your numbers look great, i bet you can't wait for the scan.

Shantala, glad DH is improving, how's the sniffing going? are you fed up yet?

Rachel, not long now, hope you are feeling calmer, please try and relax, the defrost success is over 50%, my 2 FET's i defrosted 3 and got 2 good embies from both, the first one 1 perished, on this go they just said how good the 2 were, they were vague? about the quality of the third, so i think it may have been within the useable guidelines, and they were trying to spare our feelings as only 2 can be transferred. I hope this info helps you, My thoughts are with you.

To everone on the 2ww hang in there, it will be over soon and we'll all have the good news.

as for me feeling fine, just sick of my cold, and i've got a cough to join it now, DH is concerned i'll cough the babies out or that i'm straining the muscles and they won't snuggle in, bless he is very stessed with this 2ww he finds it harder every time, i am definatley the calmer of the two.

beachbaby: so you've got a cold, too? Poor thing, and you're coughing? Sorry to hear about that... what makes me cringe the most, though, is your DH! It's the second time you post about his comments... poor thing, really, to be that anxious, but he's really not helping. Why don't you have him call the clinic in person and be told directly by the nurse that it has absolutely no impact on your implantation chances? I'd also tell him about the uterus being like a sandwich (and not really an empty cavity at this point) and your embies being like two peas in honey?

Okay, gotta run... next client... eeeeek flu really going now... I HATE blowing my nose in front of people, let alone patients! Hehehe usually, it's the other way around with them!

As for me, I will not be starting for about 17 more days. I was supposed to start last week but AF came really early and I wanted to make sure that everything was perfect so we decided to wait another month. Im not sure that all of the meds were out of me since it has only beed a month since I was cancelled. Getting very excited to start and be in cycle with you wonderful ladies!!

hi just a quick one to say congrats to Ange - what alot of eggies for you - nice one - relax now.

Lara - sorry you are feeling upset - I think the FET protocol is harder - all the estrogen I had to pump that time made me loopy - you may remember my melt down before christmas - i am sure you were one of the lovely ladies who calmed me down. I too was lucky with my thaw rate - 2 out 2 thawed successfully with no losses to the others still in storage.

So good luck with your Valentines Day FET - give them lots of LOVE!

What fun to have Valentines Day appmt ??!! - I have one too but mine is just a scan.

Thanks to Sophie (really enjoyed your account of the egg retrival - wondered what went on during that process as I was under general anaesthetic) and Beachbaby for your good wishes. I really appreciate them. I'll be testing on 26 Feb if evil AF does not show (like last time). No doubt I will succumb to an HPT prior to that date.

Hi Ladies,

Sophie, My DH is okay, he does not stress me out, i am a very calm person with a very positive outlook on life wheras he is the opposite. luckily he can still have a drink to calm him down!! I told him about the honey sandwich. I think its more to do with guilt as we have a male issue, lots of sperm antibodies and slow motility, both only minor factors but due to being 2 straight to icsi. Also we have our own business, so extra stress and if iam off it all falls on him, Poor love.
Anyway back to the grindstone, staff are driving us crazy this morning.

Im sorry honey that you are feeling this way!! I know how hard it can be mentally.

You feel like you can do the "I dream of Jeanie" Blink and it will all be over and you have your BFP!! Thats how I feel everytime thru the 2ww.

i have to tell you I had a cold too this last time. and more than 1 person told me that your immune system gets weaker whn you get pregnant and it is common to have a cold early on.hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Hello Everyone...JUst wanted to let everyone know that we had our u/s today and we are having TWINS!!! everything measured perfect, 2 sacs with 2 yolks, no HB yet but i go back next tues for another u/s and hopefully we can see them then...My due date is Oct 9... AHHHH i still can't believe it actualy worked...good luck to all you stimmers, EC, ET, FET and 2wwaiters...thanks for all your good wishes
