Deb - No you are quite right this isnt an easy game and if you are right about it being a bfn then my heart goes out to you!! I have heard of Bourne Hall - it has a great reputation!! If money isnt an object then dont give up - it will happen for you eventually - its just how long you can afford to play this lottery and whether you are strong enough to keep going -but it will happen in the end!

This is my 6th icsi attempt at Centre for Reproductive Medicine in Plymouth - It is an NHS unit but I pay around £4000 for t/ment and drugs. This is the 3rd time I have got to transfer stage - I have had 2 attempts where the 1 and only egg didnt fertilise and 1 abandoned attempt. The only thing that keeps me going is that when my eggs do fertilise the embies are top grade so I feel there is hope no matter how slim - I am hoping for a miracle!! They do happen!! Have you read the 'Dreams can come True' thread on the general board - If not you must!!

Well girls it's a BFP!!!! I don't know how "big" it is though we'll have to see. The first question I asked was "what was my hcg?", because last time it was so low. This time it is only 48. My dr says it's fine and I asked it he was worried about it being chemical. He said no so hopefully things will progress. I am excited, but feel like keeping it in perspective at least until I see if my numbers double. My dr said to come back in a week to retest, but my dh wants to go back sooner. We'll see what they say. Anyway, thanks for caring about me and my bfp. It's so nice to have the support. Deb I still wouldn't give up, you just never know. Good luck everyone else waiting to test!!!!

Deb -- I'm so sorry to hear your news but let's keep thinking positive. I've heard of people that came on and still was positive. I'll be saying a prayer for you tonight .. get some rest and try not to stress {{HUGS}}

03232 -- I'm w/ ya girlie!!! BFP BFP wooo yoooo!!! lol the needle on me went back/forth , stopped and then started going in circles ... ok first I'm counting down for the 16th (BFP) now I'm looking forward to the US lol this just never stops. Ok let me calm down & get through the first step first and that's for a + .. good luck to ya for the little boy you want

Well Girls

Not good news from me today - think af has reared her ugly head as when i wiped this morning slight red on the loo roll - very small admittedly but from what i can gather its not good when its red!! Had brown spotting previous cycles but still were bfn. Will monitor it today but dont hold out much hope. Not feeling too bad as I think I am getting used to it not working!!

Please don't give up hope yet. I woke up 2 days before test day and had cramps and pinky red in my panty liner, and when I wiped (sorry TMI

). I was CONVINCED it was all over so caved and did a test and hey presto, BFP!! I could not believe it! I called the clinic as I was worried and they said it was probably implantation. As soon as it was there, it was gone again and I am now 5 wks pregnant!

Don't give up!! I have read a variety of situations with bleeding and everything was ok. Relax, if you can, stay positive and think baby!!!! I'll be thinking of you and praying your bleeding goes away and the baby snuggles in! Congrats on the BFP! Have faith!

Good luck with your testing in the next couple of days. Don't worry about your bleeding it could mean so many things. Lots of baby dust coming your way!!!! I'm retesting Friday so I'll let you guys know.

Today I had my test and as I suspected,,,,,,Its a BFN! I kind of guessed that yesterday so me and hubby had a good cry yesterday. Today was the confirmation.

Caz - dont give up - stay positive - sending lots of luck your way

Well pee stick confirmed my bfn today - not to be for me again this time!
Just looking forward now to getting my follow up appt. and discussing next time - might even consider changing clinics - we shall see.
