I'm on progesterone suppositories and told DH outright that there's not going to be any action as long as that icky stuff is in the picture. If he had suggested something about my hands/mouth I would have smacked him (verbally at least) - and to be honest, sex is the furthest thing on my mind, what with the stomach pains and nausea. That day'll come... Luckily DH is great and understands that I still need cuddles and extra tenderness!

hi there Nicky thought i would update you i start sniffing on the 1st of April all being well with AF a bit worried about the dosage this time as I'm on the maximum amount you can get so i'm worried about ohss is there anything i can do to avoid it

Hi Guys, don't worry about the injections - I actually find the acupuncture far worse than the injections and if you're using the pen it's even easier.

Thanks for asking after me Rae - I'm always going to be different being an old wrinkly, but I started down regging on Thursday, for 2 days only as there's not really a lot there to down reg!
Started Oestrogen today for 2 weeks and will have scan on 27th Feb to check ok to start the progesterone pessaries. FET then will take hopefully 4-5 days later. ( Have 4 grade A's ready to thaw out, then we will choose the best 2)
I'm busy surfing for some comfort music, and girlie films to watch while I'm off, not that you need to hybernate for a couple of weeks, but any excuse for me finally to get hold of the remote control is good. Was thinking Holiday and Devil Wears Prada- any further suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'll be having acu before and after the transfer- and they even have a "womb room" at the acu so will be able to relax before being driven mad by stressful driving of DH. Topped off by a hypnotherpay session, I'll be wearing Laura Ashley dresses and eating muesli all day if I carry on like this!
I would strongly suggest that all those of you who are worried about your DH's libidos over the next 3 months - Dunking Donuts do some really good ringed donuts on a special offer at the moment.

Oh Nicky, I completely got that it was a joke - what I was trying to say was that even my sense of humor concerning this is kind of poor right now, as I'm feeling so uncomfortable, so even an innocent comment from DH might be a little bit unwise. Glad to hear that you have a super supportive husband!

I'm scheduled for a hysteroscopy and polypectomy on Tuesday 2/19. RE says we are still going with IVF schedule as planned...whew!

So sorry that you'll have to have the operation, but great news that it won't mess up your IVF!! I'm happy for you.

It's not like hysteroscopies are fun but at least they take a minimal time to recover from. Good luck!!!

Hey everybody!!!, I am back from the cruise!!!!!!. I was great, me and DH had a fantastic time there!!!!. Very relaxing!!
But the only bad thing is that the evil AF showed up on the first day of the cruise , so not only did I have to worry about the freacking tampon while on my bathing suit (sorry if TMI), but now I have to delay my cycle one more month ....
So, Nicky, let's start over with my dates, delete everything you have on me and we'll start over. So now AF is due on March 11, there I start BCP's for a month, and AF is due again (around April 8th), there I start with the estrogen patches until transfer which should be around April 22nd (ISH...)..........hope this time AF doesn't play little games with me....

Anna....good luck with your hysteroscopy!!!!

Hi girls I am sooooo sorry been MIA!!! Well it started off as simple busy weekend , then the computer at home would keep crashing, i would get so far reading through messages and it would shut down on me!!! So annoying, I'm trying to beat it now...write as much as i can before it shuts down! So i will have to make this message brief..no time for personals today....

Just to update..i got my schedule on valentine's day..i start sniffing tues 20th (anna will be thinking of you...i'm glad our dates are still pretty much the same!) then i have a scan on 6th march to check lining has thinned down, if it has then i start taking injections at this point for nine days, i have two other scans on 12th and 14th March to check if follicles growing (oh i so hope they do!) then egg collection possible 16th or 19th March...can'y believe it's all happening!!!!

Steph...hey how are you doing...i'm scared computer might crash so i haven't read your most recent message but i hope your doing well! and thanks for missing me!

Nicky the list is super dooper....glad to see things are well on there way for you...not long before you start sniffing!

So many new girls...welcome....coco i liked your long story about co-worker at work! Marcia...my family live in birmingham, and my sister in coventry!!! I come up from london frequently.
