HI CHVONNE~

I DID AN IVF/ICSI CYCLE BECAUSE I HAVE HAD BOTH OF MY FALLOPIAN TUBES REMOVED AND WE ALSO HAD A MALE FACTOR ISSUE. AND LOW AND BEHOLD I GOT PREGNANT MY FIRST TIME. IT IS POSSIBLE. I WAS SHOCKED. I FIGURED SINCE WE HAD BOTH MALE AND FEMALE ISSUES THAT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW CYCLES. I HOPE YOU HAVE FIRST TIME SUCESS AS WELL AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF DURING YOUR CYCLE.

GOOD LUCK!

ERIN

I had IVF done 3 years ago. I had both of my tubes removed, but my husband does not have any issues. I too thought it would take several attempts, but we got pregant the first time. Our daughter is such a blessing to us:)
We will be starting IVF for the second time in May. I am so hopeful that it too takes on the first attempt. Just remember to stay positive.

Hi,

I'm another first time-success story! We had 3 failed IUI's and then switched to IVF and we got pregnant with twins!! We have unexplained Infertility....we just needed a little help.

I got myself so worked up with each IUI and was devestated when they failed. For my IVF, I was super relaxed and resigned myself to the fact that it was out of my hands. It would work if it was meant to be. I now look back on my IVF experience as such a posititve, special time.

I wish you the best of luck.

Hello

I too had my tubes removed and was so lucky to have a BFP on my first attempt. My beautiful daughter is now 9 1/2 weeks old (although not due for another 5 weeks!) She getting bigger every day and I look forward to when she can come home.

Nicola you are with one of the best clinics in our area. I went to the ACU in the Eastman Dental Hospital, Grays Inn Road. I did email a few hospitals because of my diabetes and they were the only ones who replied to me!

Chvonne it's great that you found this site now. There will always be someone on here who has been through what you're going through or is going through it at the same time as you. I wish you every sucess, and you too Nicki.
