pep - your posts make me laugh...ooohh, its exciting that you will only be a week behind me! our babies will be due within a week of each other!

rae - sorry to hear about your last couple of days. what a scary situation. i'm so pleased to read that the bleeding stopped and everything is well though. i know it doesnt mean you can relax now but at least your mind must be at rest a little now.

kia - glad your family has gone (in the nicest possible way) to give you a bit of time to yourselves. its so funny to read you had to pluck the courage up to do the jabs and you're a nurse. its not the first time ive heard that!! glad you did it though!

nerms - hi hunny...been thinking of you quite a lot too! hows the sniffing?? sorry to hear you're having trouble wanting to sneeze but glad that the mint tip is helping. yes, i get the horrible metal taste about 10 minutes after too!! glad you do too!! and no, i didnt have a scan to check the lining, they simply did the blood test. sorry if you've already said but which sniffer are you on?? and how long for?? have a lovely time in dubai!!

sok - doing the double AF jig for you!! (sorry dont have it with me but am doing it at work!!)

anna - so glad to hear that the op went well. please still take it easy though!! but woohoo on it all going well.

nimble - hey hun!! i start stimms tonight so we'll see how it goes. i'm soooo nervous!! cant believe they made you practise on yourself! in front of everyone, that must have been awful!! haha about the water bottle. sounds like me!! i know it sounds silly but i just forget to drink! when is it we have to drink loads? is it during stimms? good luck with collecting meds today and talking to your DR!

jstrand - please dont worry about the needles. i hate them too and was really nervous but if you can pinch yourself than you can handle accu. once the needles are all in it is soooo relaxing!! i promise!!

well, as for me, i phoned yesterday and they told me i downregulated fine and can start stimms tonight! and then i go back for a follie scan on the 2nd march (which is only a week tomorrow!)...so all good!

just thought i would pop in quickly before i go to work, see how your all doing and by god everyone is moving along nicely.

Rae-well done on the explanation of the Septum, its not very often you find someone else with the same problem.
anyway i finally saw a Dr at the Obs & Gyn, thankfully she is a friend of a friend so she took the time out to explain. well in this area they don't Op unless it is causing recurrent M/C which in my case isn't a factor as i have never become pg. She carried out an scan and she is under the impression that it shouldn't play a part in becoming pg, but...... when i do (PMA) i might not be able to carry to full term!!
so its just wait an see. trying not to worry about that now.
So how you feeling today? hope your still not feeling too shaken just think of that little heart beat honey

Nerms & shantala how's the sniffing going, i have never sniffed, both clinics i have been to have inj for D/regging. do you carry on sniffing with stimms??

Hey, just to pop in & say I am here!!!!

No the house still isnt sorted and the hole remains, issues with the insurers too, they will only pay for the water damage, not the hole that the plummer made looking for the leak!!!

So yes, im stressed. worn out and kanckered!!!

Sorry I haven't posted, but as you can imagine things are crazy here!!!

Hoping to get this done before i have to start IVF......

Just spent th last 40 mins reading every1's posts. seems liek we are all getting off the start mark now!!! Great huh???

Jstrandlund: I also have been looking into accupunture as well and they are really booked here. I am not sure if I will do it or not. I dont know if I can handle anymore needles then I will be having in the next month. Good luck let us know how it goes. Is there a price difference with the accupressure?

As for me I am having light cramps and I am grumpy (just asked my dh) He left a plate on the counter with the dishwasher empty and I almost bit his head off Poor guy! Of course he could just put his stuff away and avoid the argument.... sigh MEN. Anyways so I hope that AF will start here soon! Sometimes my cramps come 3-4 days before AF so who knows.

hi ladies

kia - yes, i carry on sniffing whilst stimming. but at a reduced dose. so rather than sniffing twice in the am and twice in the pm i only sniff once in the am now and once in the pm.

nicky - so sorry to hear you are still having such a nightmare!! thinking of you!! i would offer to help you with the list but i'm currently doing the dec/jan one so cant. can i ask you a little favour on that note? when you get a minute (or whoever is doing it) could you add me in for a follie scan on the 2nd march please?? if you dont get a chance please dont worry. its really just if someone else is taking it over for a little while!!

Rae, thank you for the explaination, it is nice to understand so then you have a better understanding of what others are going through.
my friend has two wombs - is the same? She has been pg about 9times, unfort lost 6 but thankfully has 3 healthy children.

Jill - there is nothing to worry about with acu, just lay back and relax - it the sub concious that when you think about it, you feel it, most of the time you don't feel a thing. Enjoy

Shantala - i'm so pleased for you, to finally be on the stims - it makes it all real..... and a scan next week, wow, its all happening so fast now for you isnt' it. I'm so with you about forgetting to drink....do you know today I took my bottle to about 3 mtgs, not one sip !! I was told to drink through out but it was def more important for stims.... I try and mix it with ribenna or squash and then it is easier .

Kia - I'm injecting thankfully - not really into to sniffing, not that I'm into injecting myself ever , but I hate that taste in the back of my throat however if needs must, then would do it.

Nicki, sorry to hear the house stil a nightmare, insurance companies are real tight arses when it comes to paying out ...i''m sure they make half the stuff up when they need to pay! I hope you sort it soon - hate to think of you being stressed especially know..... think of lapping waves, white beaches, blue skies.....

Mrs B - welcome to the thread - you don't have long to go, think you may be one of the first 2ww'rs.

Sonya - here's hoping that AF arrives soon and that she not the wicked witch she normal is.

Yr post about yr DH made me smile, mine is exactly the same with plates and dishwashers..... he will either just pile his stuff on the counter and not put it in the dishwater like yrs, or worse still, he puts water into the bowl and puts his plates in there and leaves them......they don't get even hand washed aaarrrrgggghhhhhhh

I picked up my meds today, 3 days to go and then I am on the nutty train . Saw our Dr and she is filling all the forms in for us and then we just have to wait to hear whether our PCT accepts it! That was all there was too it!!

TGIF is all I say....

nimble - thanks, yes, it really does make it real now. cant believe i have a scan in 8 days. they even said that if i respond well they might give me my trigger next friday to take saturday!! it really has gone really fast for me. i better make the most of it as i'm sure the 2ww wont be like that!! ah, the drinking thing..... i'm such a nightmare...what can you do when you forget?? its definitely easier to mix it with stuff. i absolutely hate squash but found this one in asda that is gorgeous. its north american cranberry and something else (or something like that)....but its still hard when you just forget!
