I hope I can get some called in tomorrow before the transfer. I wish you could call me and tell me a joke before the transfer so I can get some of that laughter thing ya'll talked about :D . TTYL

Kswann,

good luck shel, you will do fine!!!

welcome Julie, the tww is a killer isn't it? When do you test, must be soonish now right?

i'm with all of you ladies on the jealousy thing, people getting prego without really trying, makes me mad when I think of all we have to go through. I do try to put it in perspective in that at least I have my health...

kbarry, welcome, I see you are testing tomorrow, wish you all the luck in the world, let us know how you go...

Hey Kswann thanks for your good wishes, transfer was good, have been having a laugh lately. I think I am more relaxed this time round with so much less drugs in my system. Having said that the nerves of the 2ww are starting to bite. Just felt a big stabby pain in my uterus which is what I had last time just before AF came and subsequent BFN. How are you finding the wait??

Hi. I'm new to this forum, but it's comforting to know others are in a similar situation. My fertile-myrtle family doesn't seem to know what to say to me. I have endo and it's caused fertility nightmares. I have a son who is 4 from a fresh cycle. The IVF process was such an emotional roller coaster that we've put it off until now to use the FET's. We had 5, transferred 2 on Feb 9th. I'm super anxious b/c I've had two episodes of spotting. Both only lasted about an hour or two and were not heavy (see it mainly when I wiped). Wondering if this is normal? I have my blood test on the 23rd.

Wishing you all the best of luck.

Fertile mertile - that's funny Torrie. I'm in the same boat. No one knows what to say to you - they look at you with big doe eyes of sympthany - I hate that. This time around, my husband and I told no one. No one knows what my status is. I pretty much told our families and friends that we didn't want to talk about it anymore and we'd let everyone know if we ever get good news. I just couldn't take the questions, especially since none of them were able to truly understand what infertility is like.

Try not to worry about the spotting - it could have been implantation bleeding which is a good sign :)

Testing tomorrow - been less focused/stressed about the outcome - maybe I'm relaxing a bit.

Wishing everyone luck!!!

FET went Smoothly

Post by schel67 »

Hey Ladies,
The FET on Friday was go great! I am so happy with the outcome. They thawed all 6 of my Embies. 3 out of 6 survived and looked wonderful. They were 9,8, and 5 cells. All three transfered and were placed at the right spot. Now I'm in 2 ww and I wish and pray for a BFP for all the ladies here. Thank you so much for your kind words and support!

Excellent to here the FET went so well, schel67!! Positives thoughts for you while you endure the 2WW.

I had my pg test yesterday...finally, BFP! I think I'm in disbeleif now after so many rounds of dissapointments. My Beta HCG levels were high on day 8 after FET. Dr. said it was very good. Go back on Monday to make sure the levels are increasing properly.

Good luck everyone that is still in the 2WW!!!

Kbarry - Wow! Congratulations, lucky you. That's so amazing. You must be so so happy. Let us know how you get on tomorrow. How many goes have you had out of interest? Hopefully you can be telling your friends and family that you're in the club soon and move on with your life. That's what I've found so very hard about this infertility lark, like our lives are on hold until we can get preggers and move onto the next chapter.

Schel67, lots and lots of luck to you, you so deserve a positive too.

Torrie, hi. we test on the same day so good luck to us! it's my fertile-myrtle friends that don't know what to say to me and I find it really hard to socialise with pregnant friends, another 3 have announced they're up the duff in the last few weeks! ugh! As the 23rd gets nearer the more scared I get. How exciting you already have a son through IVF, gives us all hope.

Fiona, still got 5 days to go til the test as it was a 2 day transfer. it's a urine sample I have to hand in on Friday not blood like you ladies seem to do, seems to be all very different in the UK. What stage are you at Fi? You are so right, by the way, good health is a wonderful thing, but pregnant folk still stink! Except you kbarry!!! and anyone else who's gone through the hell that is infertillity! Not that I'm at all bitter.

kswan, hope you're doing well, how's it going?

I'm feeling a bit disapointed my boobs aren't as sore as they were and I've got slight cramps but who knows.

Good luck everyone

Hi Schel,

Yup, doing great. Just heard from the dr - beta levels are still increasing as they should. Had first early u/s this morning too - saw a yolk sac - next Monday we should get the heartbeat!

Hope you join us over on the Pregnant After treatment boards soon!

Hang in there - just a couple of more days of waiting for you! Happy thoughts for you on Friday!

HPT was a BFN

Post by schel67 »

I took a high sensitivity ( 20MUI ) HPT test this morning. It was a BFN. I don't think there is much of a chance it would change in 2 days. I scheduled my Beta test on Friday at 0930 . I'm just need to accept this and move on. I think I'll take a break and try again with a new donor around July. I'll continue to check the boards on occasion. You all have meant so much to me. Good luck to you all!

Thanks for the support,
Schel

Schel

Sorry to hear about your HPT test result, I certainly hope that your blood test result is different. Am thinking of you. Fee
