Hi Wannababy,

I hear you! This is so freakin hard! I too am hoping the hunger is related to having a BFP, that is the way to think.

I've gotten waaay to carried away with hpt's and very discouraging, I thought I saw a very faint line the other day and now it's not there, I tried the same test with 6hr fresh morn. urine and nada, so I guess what I saw was residual hcg, sucks. I even tried a non dollar store hpt called Answer Early and that was nada.

Hope you can start relaxing alittle you still have a ways to go, try to distract yourself somehow.

Yes, unfortunately I have a long way to go. Trying not to think about it. I just ate a bunch of junk. If I"m not pregnant and eating like this...I have some serious dieting ahead of me.

Hey Girls!
Well it was a comfirmed BFN for me this morning. It really sucks! They want me to do another beta on Wednesday just because that's the way they do it. They also wanted me to keep doing the progesterone suppositories until Wedesday. I have stopped though. I started getting a rash on my chest about 10 days ago and since then it has gotten worse and spread to other parts of my body. Well from like Friday until now the rash is everywhere and I can't even sleep it itches so bad. It's ABSOLUTELY terrible. So I went to my PCP this AM who said my body was majorly allergic to something I'm taking and they gave me a prescription for Prednisone, which my ER wasn't going to let me take until the 2nd BFN on Wednesday. I told them I couldn't stand it anymore so they are letting me take it. Have any of you girls ever heard of this reaction to Progesterone???

Patsy~ Still no BFP in the HPT's? Keep your chin up though. We all know you really won't know the real answer until the beta. Stay positive. I'm havin lots of positive BFP thoughts for you!!!

wannababy~ Welcome! Wishing you lots of luck on your beta on 3/1!

Hello Patsy

I finally broke today and took a hpt today and it was positive but I refuse to get excited because of the chemical I just went through. It nothing worse than thinking you are and then the RE tells you different. I decided that I will take a hpt everyday till my beta. Todays hpt was positive but it was a faint line so hopefully it will get darker as the days go by.
1st FET 12/7/06
ending in chemical preg
2nd FET 2/15/07
Beta 3/1/07 159
2 beta 3/5/07

Hi girls,

Well, I'm out, got a big fat Negative. This sucks! I'm so dissapointed, I was hoping this time was different, that maybe it would work the first go but of course not, crap. Never get frosties, always have to do the whole thing again, ugh.
I hope you all get positive results and don't have to feel like this. Nickster, how're you doing? Hope your hangin' in there, don't let this post get you down, I"m just venting, there's always a chance until you get "the call".

Patsy~
Well I guess were in the BFN club this month together. I'm sooo sorry to hear that you had a BFN. I was so hoping you could be the one to bring us good news. Well try to keep your chin up and stay positive for next time.
Do you think you'll do it again soon? Or are you like we are right now and not even thinking about next time yet?

Hi Nickster,

Did you actually get your blood work results back? So sorry if your fears were confirmed, sucks.
Since I am very type A I am actually planning on doing the next cycle which in my clinic would mean ET would end up happening end of April. I think this all depends on getting my period before then. I'm going to try to set up a meeting with my RE on Thurs to go over this disaster and see if there's anything we can do diff. next time.

Hey Patsy!
Yeah I had a negative beta on the 26th and it was confirmed today. It really does suck!
That's good that you are going to start again that soon. We aren't going to before I find out about this allergy that I have to the Progesterone supositories. I have to talk to my OB (he's out of town right now) but I will probably have to go see an allergist. I don't want to risk this happening again and I'm not sure if there is any substitution for Progesterone. I have 2 embies frozen so hopefully I will be able to do it and use those. I guess we'll soon see.
Are you doing ok?

Hi Nickster,

Sorry to hear about your negative and also of your allergy condition to the progeterone, wow, that makes it even more fun huh?? I wonder if there is a substitute for prog. I dont recall hearing of one but also have never paid much attention to it either...I hate it too for other reasons that you probably have too like pain and lumps ugh!
For FET I"m pretty sure they have to preg your uterus with prog. or something to make it a cushy environment for embies so definately a good idea to plan ahea, let me know what you find out, you've peaked my interest.
We met with our doc yesterday and I peppered her with questions about the cycle, she said my eggs looked fine and that it's just a matter of numbers that since I was able to conceive my dd it should happen again but maybe like last time it may take several cycles ughh! I just have to keep plowing ahead and hope for success until we either go broke or I go insance whichever comes first. I'm probably going to do the May cycle and give my body a little rest.
Hope your doing ok, it's good news that you have some frozens, good luck on your next cycle.
