my great aunt called last night- she knows we're going through all this- from my grandmother, my aunt doesn't hear very well on the phone, and she told my g-ma that she had dreams the other night of us having twins! (I have told very few people about my constant dream about twins! oh no!)

happy af dance for sonya! now what do you get to do? start on stims soon?

yes- I missed aej coming on board! glad you came in! very cool you girls have the same dr. that's fine- the more the merrier! I know there's a thread abuot reach in charlotte- so I assume there's more from your area too. I don't mind driving. lunch and shopping would be fun- or even a girl movie.

back to u/s today- last night was the most uncomfortable I've ever been so far- I think my ovaries are ready to explode! seriously every step I take, my belly seems to "jiggle" a little and it hurts. it's fine when I'm lying down but even sitting upright isn't the most comfortable. I guess the gravity. Hope I can trigger tonight!!

well i have been the worst possible person anyone could want to live with the last 48hrs, poor DH came home last night and before he had taken his shoes and coat off i was nagging at him for not putting the car in the garage and blocking my car in!!! Worse thing was i didn't even need to get my car out until this AM by which time he had gone to work!!! then to top it all because he didn't give me a kiss straight away i started to cry and told him he didn't love me (( i wouldn't have wanted to kiss me either after my outburst with the cars))) someone only has to look at me wrong and i'm either crying or want to rip their heads off if i carry on like this in work they will end up putting on the mental health ward!!! as a patient!!

well i had better end now or you will all be falling asleep if you haven't all ready

Sha - oh dear, the meds are really getting to you, poor DH!! however you have the best excuse in the world....i think it makes them appreciate you lots more when you're not on the drugs, they realise how bad it can really get.... big hugs xx

Sonya - finally she makes an appearance !! so do you start yr BCPs now and then go on for 5 days and thats it before stimming?

Anna - I spot for days before AF and i always ring the clinic and they always tell, is it fresh red blood and I say no, and then they say, ring when its fresh red blood!! I'm always worried that I may get my days wrong because of spotting and actually bleed..... double check with yr clinic, but they say fresh red - hope that helps.

Janice - really sorry that you've been put back again...you must be so disappointed. How are you feeling after the op??? Stay here and we will look after you - there will still be alot of us hanging around in April to support and send you loads of PMA.

Well it is raining and icky here today. I had the worst cramps ever! I worked a half day and came home to sit on a heating pad. Ofcourse my cell phone has rang 8000 times so I cant get any rest!! Damn clients!

As for my protocal the dr is calling me back this afternoon. He is concerned because I had some issues with some meds last time. So I sitting here just waiting.............

shantala- I started stimming on feb 20th pm- so 8 days- right with you.

just had to post- today went great at u/s. they expect to get 30 follicles out- not all will be mature they said- but wow!

AND DRUMM ROLL PLEASE!!! I finally trigger tonight! 8:30 pm with 5000 hcg. they said dilute the hcg in 2ccs of the water and take a 1 cc shot. i will ec on saturday at 7am.

I'm so excited!
and that's not the best part either. we didn't know how we were going to pay for dh's apiration- tomorrow at 6:30 am est- keep him in your prayers- it was going to be $3,790.93 just for the hospital bill not counting the dr charges. well- they ran it through his insurance and 100% paid! whoo hoo! so if they paid the hospital bill, they certainly will pay the dr, don't you think? I am so relived! we're paying for all this out of pocket- insurance has helped a little but not nearly enough!

have a great night everyone- I might not be back until sunday- we only get dial up at the house and I won't be working tomorrow...

Didn't hope to see such a quick response after joining in! Thanks rae especially. Btw, I'm planning an April trip to Finland to see Nine Inch Nails concert in Helsinki. And another thing, I was reading your story from the beginning of this topic and thanked god the ticker updates itself - sometimes it's so good to know the happy ending.

Sha - I know too well the thing with weird moods and after worrying my dh for a while, I now learned to think positively. When I feel for saying something ironic, I just stop myself and say something nice instead. Almost awful how much it helps. I sometimes even forget I've been married for 10 years already. Fighting the chemistry - huh!

It's really dreadful weather in Estonia right now and the news from todays u/s aren't better either. My left ovary is very lazy, producing only 2 very small follicles. The right one has more, but I didn't dare to ask, how many... 2 are big enough to collect. My RE lenghtened the stimulation with Gonal until Monday. I was glad to hear my predictions were correct about the EC date. It's just that the HCG infection I was expecting to get on Monday is in the reality something called Ovitrelle (0,5 ml chorion gonadotrophin alfa).

Otherwise it's too much work and time flowing too slowly. Hope you all have it better.

God evening ladies...it seem like everyone is plugging away. I am having a hell of a time with the damn pill, it is driving me crazy. I hate that you have to take it when you are TRYING TO GET PREGNANT...LOL

Has anyone else out there done the protocol without Lupron??? I am very nervous...my Dr said that Lupron keeps you from prematurly ovulating. My doc thinks my body did not like Lupron...to harsh! If something goes wrong and I ovulate on my own then all is lost! That would really suck! I don't think I could handle that.

Stephanie ~ I did not do Lupron for my last protocol b/c my RE did not think my body liked it the first time. I had poor egg in numbers and medium quality...then NONE fertilized with ICSI! Highly unusual. He took me off of Lupron for the 2nd try (called it a ZEV protocol) and I had a GREAT response for my age. 17 eggs (good quality) and 11 fertilized! 5 went on to day 5!! My RE says it does affect some women negatively - but it is on the rare cases (like us I guess ). So don't worry - PMA!!!

Kandice ~ A girl movie does sound good! There are lots of movies my DH won't go see and would be more fun with the girls anyway. I did meet Sonya on the REACH-Charlotte!

Just a quick update from me...got FLOW this morning!!!! It's not as heavy as my previous af's but i think I see red (TMI! ) Called clinic and scheduled me for baseline U/S and bloodwork tomorrow. I hope I could start stimming this weekend!!!
