Carolyn hope you are doing well just wanted to wish you good luck for et weather its tom or tuesday you must start taking it easy hope that you are able to sort out your accu for before and after et comon little embies grow grow sending hugs .
Yes i've had quite a good weekend had hair cut yesterday and went a bit short serves my own right for being in a mood fore i went there and told her to cut it all off lol have been working all day today so now just louning around catch you tomorrow .
Angie hope that you doing ok just think you will get loads of eggies soon .
Jen thanks for adding me but not in cycle at moment hope yours is going well .

Just popped in quickly to say good luck to Carolyn and Shantala. Am at work tomorrow night so will have to wait until Tue p.m after work to hear all your news but will be thinking of you both

Carolyn - Yep Lola is doing fine since i bullied her into starting her 4th cycle, she was dithering a bit and need some time out but is now on the road to her BFP

Injections are going ok but still a bit nippy however its amazing how quickly you get the hang of preparing them----but never the pain

So Sunday has past. Going to get the ironing done as will not be able to do after ET and then try to crash out. Read that normally only 50% of embies make it to D5 so more than a little concerned.

I'll update you as soon as I know what is going on and where I go from here.

Caroloyn - go those 5 day embies! They sound like they are doing great.
Shantala - good luck with EC on Monday. You are also doing brilliantly .
Jen- glad the injections are getting easier for. Sniffing in the cinema eh? It made me think of all the wierd places I have injected this cycle:

In a changing room on the beach, in a park, in a dimly lit restuarant loo, in my office at work and I have had a couple of sniffs on the train and tram (haven't plucked up courage to inject on the train yet!) Any one else got any funny locations?

My update is follies have woken up a bit - a couple are a good size and we are looking at Friday for EC. But numbers not so great - only 6 (compared to 20 last time) - oh well , what will be will be. Have updated the list. Better do some work now. A

Carolyn—You do have a point. Right now everything rolls off my back. I was sitting in so much traffic on the way to work on Friday. I didn’t even care. I was just smiling from ear to ear. I do pray the number shoot up by Friday. Good embie count! Let us know what the progress report is tomorrow! I know your little ones are doing great! Grow embryos!! Grow embryos!!

Shantala—Almost time for your transfer!! You excited? Do you know how your little embies are doing?

Jen—Sorry the injection hurt so much. Have you tried to ice the injection shot first? Hope it gets better for you!

Angie—Wow you have shot up in some crazy places. Awesome!! Lol Unfortunately I didn’t shoot up in any strange places. We rearranged our life around my shots. All my shots have to be done between 8pm and 10pm.

OMG. Sitting at home waiting for the embryologists call. This is as nervous as I have ever been through all 3 cycles. Both the BFN calls were heartbreaking but AF had already been present for a couple of days so I knew what was coming & the call was just validation of what we knew already in our hearts. This feels like I am sat on a knife edge.

Slept ok. Got up and got ready for work but no point leaving home until I know where the heck I am going and don't want to be on tube and miss the dam call. dh now gone to work in car so he can pick me up as required. House very quiet. Feel lonely so where do I come here - to talk to you terrific ladies. Cannot eat as feel utterly sick.

All this and we have no news. Are we going for transfer or have none of our 6 fighters made it up the hill to D5. The longer that I have to wait the more that I am thinking oh they must have bad news for us.

They called me at 8.45am on Friday and 8.15am on Saturday, now it is 8.50am. This is sheer agony.

Mumtojazzie - we need to hear all about your wedding. Did you have a fab day. Many congratulations. 5 days to go. Wow. Bring on another BFP for this thread. What a wedding pressie that will be.

Shantala - thinking of you right now and hoping that EC is going to go so well for you hun

Angie - you seem determined to allow your life to go on regardless of all the days of stimming. You are a strong girlie. May be there are less this time but they may well be better quality and that is what it is all about. Especially for the ladies who are not teenagers anymore. Friday EC. I know that this has been such a long time for you but hope that this week speeds by. And by Friday there may be others that are a good size. You know my best shot story. At the Killers concert. In the encore. In the actual stadium. Cannot do better than that

So the suspense continues. 1 has fallen by the wayside but I still have 5 running for us!!! Wow. Really pleased with this. Still at morola (spelling stage) and not get to blasts as yet. But all 5 are still progressing/dividing so they are hopeful that they may make it. OMG. But they want to wait and do a D6 transfer. Has anyone else waited that long!????

As I need to have acu beforehand, they have told me to work on the basis that we go for it tomorrow at 10am for ET. His words were that he would be amazed if there was nothing to transfer at all. So another 24 hours to wait. My acu guy was v positive about the fact that 5 from 6 had made it this far.

They will not call me again today as they will leave my little ones in the incubator. Don't like to take them out too much. Tomorrow is going to be quite a day as they will tell us the update when we get there.

At least I will only face a 1ww+1day wait at the end of all this!

Carolyn - that is so good - so happy for you! Will you able to concentrate at work today - I sure can't - everything seems to be falling by the wayside. I think your trigger shot location will always be the winner - it's summer here too don't forget so more chances to get out and about.!When I did my first cycle in winter, I was a hermit and did every single shot at home in the evening! Hope the next 24 hours passes quickly for you.

Shantala - you will be on your way by now - for me it 's beddy byes.

Just had a melt down evening - and had to page the dr 3 times - he finally called me back. Feel a bit embarrassed but today after my scan I blew up like a balloon - my tummy was really swollen and I started feeling bit nauseaus - was convinced I was hyper stimming so didn't want to do my injection tonight. Anyway he said he was very comfortable I wasn't, after scanning me today, so will just have to trust him I guess!

Hey girls! I've been away for a few days…lots of action to catch up on!!

Carolyn- Congrats on your embies!! WOW they are doing great!! I'm so happy for you and cannot wait to hear about your ET tomorrow. Sounds so promising. How many are you going to transfer?

Shantala- Soooo sorry I didn't get on here to wish you luck before EC honey!! I hope it goes quick and easy and you are at home resting in no time. It sounds like you had the perfect number and size of follies. Praying for a great fert report tomorrow!

Wanna and Mominwaiting- So glad to hear that things are progressing for both of you!! I hope we can all keep up the BFP trend you started!

Angie- Finally you have an EC date. WOOOOHOOOO!!!! Sorry to hear you've been feeling lousy but after 700 days of stimming I suppose that is to be expected. You win the Super Stimmer award for sure!!

Jen- Hey there!! I'm sorry you have to mess with mixing every night. That is a pain. And although I was nervous about the three shots it's really been a piece of cake so far. DH is a pro and I don't feel a thing since I always ice before. I will have to mix my trigger shot this weekend and I'm a little nervous about that. I worry I will mess it up and I only get one chance!!

Nerms- Hey sweetie!! I feel like I haven't' talked to you in a while. Great to see you popping in here. I have to check out the March thread after this and get all caught up on the news over there…

I think the list is a fab idea. Way to go Jen. Now that everybody is so far along in their cycles we definitely need to keep track!! Speaking of, I think Minerva should have had a pg test last week…any news hon? And I also think RebecaJ should be nearing the end of the 2ww?? Keep us posted!

As for me, started Stimms Friday night and things went very well. I have the pen for those and it's been so easy. Very relieved! I do feel like the Stimms medication stings a bit but I found if I put a heating pad on afterwards that helps. Still not having any side effects so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that continues. EC should be in one week….WOW!!

DH had to go to New York City today on a business trip so my mom came into town to help me with injections over the next 3 days. I'm too much of a baby to do them by myself!

I'M NOT EVEN SURE IF I POSTED WHAT ALL HAPPENED LAST WEEK BUT IT SUCKED......I THOUGHT THINGS WERE GOING DOWN HILL ON MONDAY BUT THEN I TESTED AGAIN ON THURSDAY AND THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS OK! NOTHING LIKE FREAKING ME OUT THOUGH. ANYHOW, I HAVE MY SECOND ULTRA SOUND 3/12 AND I SURE HOPE WE CAN GET A REAL STRONG HEARTBEAT THEN!
