Wow Cheeky, that's the best news I've heard in a long while! 3 HPTs can't be wrong! You had 2 blastocysts right? I guess they can tell by the hormone levels if there's a chance you have twins. The headaches are a sure sign as your hormones are probably going into overdrive right now. You must be over the moon. I guess by the end of the day tomorrow, you will have an official blood test answer. Congrats to you and your DH

test in the morning and then straight back to work that'll keep me busy until the test results this arvo. wow the worrying is never ending.

ozstock I was suppose to have two blast but out of the 4 eggs thawed only one made it to blast stage.

It's Positive I'm pregnant got the bloods back this arvo yippee

The nurse said my levels are good progest 40 and something else 400 Oh I don't know she just said it's good WOW. I just can't believe it.
Any way enough of me hey jomae hows the ovulation testing going. I hope it's going good.

Cheeky! Wow what great news! 400 would be your hcg levels. If you had two embies put back, I would be thinking twins! 400 is a high level. You must be so relieved. What is your due date?

Hey miss molly i'm not to on the up with these levels and whats good and what isn't. Thanks for that and due date is november the 10th. Wow im just listening to the 5.00 news and a young mother left her new born 4 week old baby in a shopping centre toilet floor in the Gold Coast doesn't that just piss ya off. The babies okay though. Farout

Sorry ladies had to go to brissy for neices birthday on sunday and then had bloods monday and then transfer today (wed) so i couldn't get near a computer so with that said

CONGRATULATIONS CHEEKY HOW EXCITING YOU MUST BE OVER THE MOON. could your embie possibly have split my hcg levels when pregnant with the twins was 470 either that or you have a really strong pregnancy. excellant news enjoy enjoy enjoy. cheeky maybe your the beginning of a good run for the aussie and kiwi thread mind you it may be skipping me this time they hadn't missed ovulation apparently that happen sun the 4th so the transfer happen with in a good time limit which was a releif. the trouble was we had four embies the first two thawed died the 3rd one didn't continue to devide but didn't die so that was put back and the 4th one that was originally a 6 cell lost four cells in the thaw so it to was put back but as a 2 cell. so i'm not to optimistic and can see us needing to do a fresh cycle that i'm not looking forward to. the doc also had trouble putting them back like the first cycle but not the second cycle i had skin grown over the opening of my womb which is also very small so regardless of the other problems we have conceiving i still wouldn't have got pregnant naturally which makes me wonder.

But on a good note the people living in the high rises across from the room i was in this time couldn't check out my goodies as i was facing the other way HA HA if i was facing the window i was going to wave to see if anyone waved back just imagine my shock if they did though. How stupid it was the first thing i looked for when we went in today.

congratulations again cheeky well done i new it had worked for you when you mentioned the headaches hey what due date did they give mid november or so.

i'll have to go back through the posts better to reply to all will catch up shortly great to see the thread so busy

Wow Cheeky! I held off coming online to check your news until today, when I should have come on earlier! What fantastis news! Just something to think about....I also had strong positive Hpts early on and then had a beta hCG of 380 and I have twins....it may be on the cards for you too! Are you having a secong beta test? What a great start to the Aussie and Kiwi thread's year!

Jomae - thats great that you had the transfer in good time. Sorry to hear that your thaw survival rate wasn't so good but I will sedn you loads of PMA anyway. When is your test date?

Kery - I had no real trouble with the Synarel but it just smells like your snifffing nail polish remover and I hated the feeling as it ran down the back of my throat. But no other real probs. I live in Brisbane itself. Its been so darn hot up here though.

Well, DH and I are celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary today. He said the sweetest thing last night....on TV they were talking about wondering if you married the wrong person and he said I know I married the right girl! What an absolute darling!

im a egg doner and my husbin has a versectomy and i was wundering if any one know if there alowed to put my husbin sperm in me after my next egg donation in end of april? i don't wont to go throw ivf for me and have heeps of eggs to freses that could be some one elses i just wont to see if i can fall pregnet sort of natrally. im going to arsk tomorow as my nerse is away to day but i like some in put if any one knows?

I knew you would be busied up with family and ovulation blood things.
We'll thats great news they put two eggs back keep positive and my fingers are crossed for ya. At least you didn't miss ovulation and thats good you didn't have an audience at egg transfer haha. Wow so ya reckon thats high 400 beta gosh that would be even better if there were two babies. So is your beta suppose to double every 48 hours. Anyway I hope this is the start of something good for the ladies on this thread yay.
Hey Em we'll I couldn't wait till thursday for bloodtest. I took 3 hpt and all were positive so changed the blood dates and yippee. And my second beta test is this tuesday.
Welcome white I'm sorry I can't help you out on that issue but im sure one of the ladies here will be able to help u out.

thanks for your replies i think i'm going to need the luck this time it does make me even more greatful that we were lucky enough to have Jacob. It just seems to be so hit and miss if it works or not.
Welcome White what you are asking doesn't seem to be impossible you would need to check with your specialist but i guess they would need to do a procedure called TESA on your husband to retreave his sperm have you considered trying to have the vascectomy reversed this may be something you want to look at 1st. Anyway welcome and good luck

It's been a while between posts for me..life is hectic with two little one's, but I do love to lurk about and read everyone's news..thought it was about time I posted though!!

Cheeky, Congrats on your results, as the girls have said, 400 is a fantastic number, means its a nice strong pregnancy. I look forward to reading about your first scan!

Jo, can't believe you've had your transfer already..so sorry I missed that. How is young Jacob coming along? Ellie is six months now and has started solids, she has one sharp front tooth which has given her a bit of grief but is otherwise fantastic. Annie is two and a bit and just lovely (and at other times we use "time out"..just like the super nanny!!..works a treat I have to say!!).

Em, how is your pregnancy progressing? Can't believe you're already sixteen odd weeks through. Where will you have your big 19 week scan? I'm a bit of a Frank Carmody fan myself and went to him at the Wes for scans with both girls. Will you find out the gender?

Tiger, how are you old buddy? Long time no chat..Almost time to finish up work?, how is your fabulous hubby?

MissMolly, how did your first scan go?, sorry if you've posted about this already. When is your due date?..So many questions, just soooo excited for you my love!!

Hi Guys,

Bel - good to hear from you! It has been a long while though as I'm actually nearly 23 weeks at the moment. I had my 19 weeker at So+Gi at Southbank where they do the 4D ultasound so I got a lovely pic of my little ones. I have to have a 26 week scan but I will have that at QDI which is where I work as it won't cost me anything.

White - I can't help as I know nothing about egg donation. Sorry.

Cheeky - Good luck with your second beta....I hope its just as strong as the first.

Jo - Hows the 2ww going? Hang in there.
