Champa, Sticky baby dust!! (I know I'm behind on this  ) I have everything crossed for you!

Lola, congrats on boy girl twins!! 1 of each is great. Must be so great to know what colors you can buy now.

I'm going to have to buy a scale so I can keep track of how much I'm gaining. I don't feel or look like I've gained much. my jeans became tight when i was stimming. I think my lower ab area is very slightly starting to pooch. DH says I already am showing, but i think mostly it's bloating from all the weird stuff my digestive system is going through.

Oh... we saw the HBs last thursday. everything is within normal. :) I get another US next monday. It's amazing how much they change in a week. I showed DH a website showing the stage our babies are at, he was amazed that they had eyes already. So cool!

Champa- I had two 8 cells and 1 7 cell and i turned up with twins..GOOD LUCK!
Lola - I cant wait to start doing our nursery...how exciting for you.

Mia-Your so right about how amazing it is to watch how much they change from week to week. I have been fortunate my RE did 2 ult and since i am being followed by a Perinalogist for high risk i have had 3 ult already with them around 10, 13 and 16 weeks and my Level II is Wednesday in which i hope we are able to determine the sex's. IT IS JUST WOW to see the changes and how quickly...........

Well off to spend the weekend with my in laws. I definitely have a pregnant look ..nice hard round belly and already having to wear maternity pants...tried the unbutton of my own low rise pants but my one twin is just lying to low and that didnt work but for only a week.....

Good luck everyone.....and continued happiness to all...............

Champa - I'm thinking all positive thoughts for your upcoming test day next week. I too had 3 embies transferred with this cycle (only had 3 eggs retrieved....) 2 were 8-cells, 1 was a 6-cell. So, it seems lots of us had a similar story in our successful cycle. I hope it will be that way for you too. Hope you're hanging in there in the 2ww - the second part was always the hardest for me.

Mia - good to hear about your two little strong ones! Can't wait to hear about your next Scan on Monday! Keep us posted!

I've got a big day on Monday too - my 3rd OB appointment, as well as my 2nd level 'anatomical' scan are both Monday morning. DH is taking the morning off to go with me. I still get nervous before all these scans, but hoepfully all will go well. I also had my second blood test for the 'sequential prenatal screen' this past monday (second part of the NT scan/blood test a month ago.) I guess they combine the NT scan and both blood test results and I should have my final screen results for downs soon. If they still look good, my OB is recommending no amnio. I'm finally in maternity wear and am looking actually preggo instead of fat....thank goodness. No baby movements yet, though, I think it might be too early (I've heard week 18-20 is more 'normal' for first time moms)?

Hope everyone has a great weekend....take care,

Mia- :) U must be so excited to see the eyes... I am very happy that everything is working out good for u.

lmsb122003 - knowing that u had 2 8 cells and u r blessed with twins!!!.. it's really raising my hopes. I'll try to think positive and hope for the best.

Suzhan - Thanks for keeping my hopes high. I am trying hard not to think about the results. But u know it doesn't always work. I agree, it's really difficult to survive these 2ww ;) We have a festival this weekend and I am glad that it will keep me distracted and I won't have much time to think about the results ;) Good luck with ur scan on Monday. I am sure everything will be fine.

Take care,
Love,
champa

Champa --- I am so excited for you, only 5 more days until your pregnancy test! Wishing you a nice strong BFP!!!!

Suzhan --- I always get a bit nervous before my US, but once I see the babies, I forget about everything. I am already almost 20 weeks and still don't feel any movement, (and they say with twins I should feel it earlier), so don't worry about it. They also say with a first pregnancy it usually takes longer. I did not have to do amnio, as my test results were really good. I was so happy, I was afraid of all the risks. Good luck with your scan on Monday! Soon you will know the gender as well!!!

Imsb12203 --- I cannot wait for you to find out the genders. It had to drop some tears when they told me. It was such a strong experience you will remember forever. I have a big round hard belly already too.

Mia --- I kept several websites about the baby development at my Favorites on the computer. It was amazing to see how they change almost every day. I am happy that everything is going so well with your twins! The pregnancy has been going so quickly for me and time is just flying! You'll see! My friends are already planning a babyshower for the first week of May.

Wannababy--- how are you doing? Have they confirmed the gender again? Are you still having a girl?

Girls, my nausea is completely gone now. It took me almost 20 weeks, uffff.... Everything is much more easier now and I feel great!

Just a quick update...

All with the baby was great with today's ultrasound....the doctor even found out the sex, but we held strong and decided not to find out (eek!)

I still have a complete placenta previa (placenta's completely over the cervix). There's still a chance it will move back up into the uterus, but with a complete previa at this point, the chances get lower. So, I have to watch for premature labor/bleeding and will likely have to have an elective c-section if things stay as is. Otherwise, OB is fine with continuing all other activities as 'normal' for now, except no heavy lifting. I'm trying to just stay focused on the positive....the baby was healthy and strong.

champa, thinking of you. Hope to hear those wonderful words from you. Good luck!

Yesterday we finally had our 3rd US. it was supposed to be last monday, but the billing rep at my clinic had to wait for aproval from the medical director at my ins co. they didn't want to pay for another US so soon. my clinic has had to get special approval from my ins co. for each US. I'm happy it worked out because each US is about $800 (for a twin PGcy).
Anyway, everything is looking great. :) Baby B is slightly bigger, but they are very close. They even have close HRs, baby A's is 171bpm and B's is 175bpm. It's amazing how much they've grown in 2 weeks. They we're just tiny specks in their sacs, you could barely see them. now in the US it looks like they are filling up 1/4 of their sacs.

suzhan, good job holding strong. You will have a wonderful surprise on the birthday! I absolutely want to know my babies' gender asap!

Lola, you poor thing.... MS for 20 weeks, aaack! I really hope mine goes soon. I think my RE is starting to wean me off my estro and Prog. hopefully that will lighten my nausea.

Dear Friends,
It's a BFN. I was a little upset. It took me about few hrs to get over it. I was very hopefull that it will work.

Now I am taking control over my life agan. I've decided that this is not end of it. I'll keep trying again with same passion but won't leave enjoying life as it comes. I am planning to take 2 months break before I start again.

Thanks for all ur prayers and wishes will always need them.
